These guys cleaned my car to perfection. I was so impressed, especially since there had been so much dog fur on the rugs. They were able to clean I to all out. I will definitely be going back here!

Brought my car to get washed and had the works done. Reasonable time and price however, once finished I asked if they could vacuum the seat again to get the crumbs out of the crack and one of the guys told me that it is an extra charge. Like really…I thought I paid to get my car vacuumed. Then I asked to have the seat wiped in the back after they sprayed air freshener and it was all over the leather. The same guy said we don’t do that it’s an extra charge. I’m sorry but was that too much to ask to have it wiped off so it didn’t soak into my leather!

A great example of actual customer service. Everyone seems like they want to be there interacting with customers which is a much appreciated rarity. And they do a great job - not a rush job.

My sunglasses were stolen out of the center console of my car (where I deliberately buried them when I was in the drive up line) and the glove box was rifled through. Called management and they said they would check the cameras, but after multiple attempts they never got back to me. I have been using this company for over 15 years, but never again! Guard your valuables like a hawk at this place.

Recently, my mother went in to have her truck washed. One of the techs broke the driver mirror. The manager agreed to replace the mirror, but replaced it with an after market mirror and now the mirror case is wobbly. The owner in particular is disgraceful. He has been nothing short of rude, irate, and irresponsible. Judging by other reviews on FB, he has a pattern of this behavior. Shameful.

I called all day to speak with someone and never got an answer decided to stop by after work and the lady was a little rude with her tone with talking to me wasn’t til the end of the conversation when she lighten her tone no matter how ruff your day is customer service is a plus even if they could help me her tone turned me away. The looks she gives you are as if you asking a dumb question like she is frustrated don’t know the quality of the work but I will shop around before I go here!

I have been coming here two years and I loved it. Today I came and the people that worked there were not dressed well at all. I saw three or more mens underwear. A truck started rolling in the parking lot with no one attending to it. A lady was in the parking lot cussing because a they lost her floor mats and would not help her. I felt like I was in a totally different place today and I did not like it.

Took my vehicle to Auto shine today, Got a Car Wash. Received my car when its done and there was still dirt on the lower skirts of the car, so I mentioned it to the employee that dried my car. No problem he wiped it up and addressed a few other spots that he had missed. But the problem really didnt arise until I got into my car later that day in the proper lighting and realized that theres hard water spots everywhere on my glass, my paint and my trim. Everywhere. This was due to my car sitting at the end of the tunnel for too long after it was washed and the sun baking the water onto my glass as well as paint, trim and other exterior components. Now Im stuck with a car it has hard water etching everywhere, and will need to be professionally polished to be corrected. Needless to say Im pretty upset for the fact that my paint, glass and trim will now need professional correcting to fix the hard water spot etching. Unfortunately Ill never return to Auto shine again due to this experience.

Having worked at a full-service car wash for 2yrs in St Louis, Ive had my ups and downs in this industry. Id have to say the outside and overall appearance of the business is somewhat low quality but I think it gives the customer a good ole-fashion car wash experience. The wash itself was pretty good based on me usually washing my own car. The interior wasnt bad either. The biggest downside is their throughput. It took a good while to finish because theres only one long and narrow line to the track. After prepping and sending, only one employee works on the car. For tipping purposes this makes sense, but for overall customer satisfaction it doesnt. Thats why I gave 4 stars.

I have used Auto Shine for over 14 years and was always very pleased with the service. But my last visit an item was missing out of my carl contacted the Mgr. And was asked to return with my car for him to look under my sits as if l couldnt or didnt do that my self. I explained that l live 33 miles away and couldnt return that day. The city was under a storm watch so everything was closed for four to five days. After reaching him later on He claims he viewed the video and no one took anything out of my car 🚘 This was the only place l was with my car that was unattended. So will not return. 😩

$19 to just wash outside of my Tahoe and $7 for simple spary-on Rainex! A bit too much!! Ouch! But service for towel drying was excellent.

I have never been disappointed in the auto shine on Wilmington Island they do a great job I dont have to walk behind them or double-check them they will stay working on the car until they get it to your satisfactory the manager of the car wash is out there with them and he even checked them after they are done always extremely friendly and more than happy to answer any questions that you have

I took my car here today and was highly impressed with the car wash service they provide. I had taken my car once before to a competitor on Abercorn and left there grumbling and complaining about the service there. Today’s wash at Auto Shine was so much better. They agonized over every detail of my car. They were friendly and pleasant to talk to. They have scents to choose from in the air fresheners they offer. Their competitor had no options. At the competitor I had to waste 10 minutes waiting to leave because their traffic flow was poor and no signage to help the process.The highest praise I can offer is to say I will return, which I will to Auto Shine. I will never go back to that competitor.I recommend this business to all who care about quality service.And they were much less costly than that competitor.

The outside of the facility does not reflect the quality of the work. It was the best car wash Ive had in a long time. They lose 1 star because it took 1 1/2 hours. It seems like the cars all just sit outside after they are washed by the machine while the attendants finish up the interior, windows, wheels, etc. They need a better process to get the cars out quicker.

Quality. Takes a little longer than it should ... especially at the vacuum area. Worked a high volume wash in Detroit long long ago, so much respect and the quality of the job is great. Just could be more efficient

Wow, what can I not say. They were courteous and very good at cleaning both exterior and interior of the car. They even cleaned around the gas cap, I mean, who does that! Love this place. I highly recommend the rainx for the windows. It lasted a long time. Tip well, they deserve it.

Dont go there expecting to get in and out. They actually clean your car. No shortcuts. Sometimes I ask myself if they realize that is my car and not theirs because they work so hard. They keep up with my visits with my car tag so I dont have to. Luv u guys and thanks.

Always came here to get my car washed whenever I was in town. Got a package deal a few times where you can get your car washed as many times as you want in a month for like $60. Totally worth it! I’ll recommend this place to anyone. I was a regular and they always remembered me and my car. Customer service was always top notch. Too bad my job made me move.

Jason is NOT a man of his word..My car mats was obviously torn by one of the workers. I know they did it because I just purchased my car the week before. I did not have my tag on my car at that time. He told me he would review the video and get back with me and of course he never did. Management of this particular auto shine spot sucks tremendously.

Horrible service. I paid to have my carpet clean for 60 dollars plus 25 to have it clean. and all they did was vacuum the carpet. Stains all over. I do not recommend and will never come back here.

Reasonable wait time, definitely faster and cleaner than if I did it myself. The armorall left my car kinda greesy, but I just wont get that next time. The customer service is always great though.

Went by today and got the works $36 + $5 extra to have dash and doors armoralled. the passenger side got several scuff lines down the side just on the doors. I dont know if this was from the machine that washed it or maybe something rubbing against it while it was being cleaned. I couldnt wipe it off with a wet rag but think it will come off with some rubbing compound. either way, I wont be a return customer

My car came out the machine with tiny little spots all over it. The workers arent bad it could be their machine. Rather wash it at home but dont always have time.

They broke a large piece of plastic from my dashboard. It was already cracked so when I saw it... No big deal. When I got home I noticed that they also broke my wind diverter on my passengers door.I talked to the guy that did the detailing as I was leaving and he told me I was good to go with no mention of the damage they did.They are closed today but I will be going by there tomorrow. Im sure Ill here about how theyre not responsible for the damage.If they fix the damage I will repost with an update.

I needed a thorough interior cleaning, and was having a hard time figuring out which package to select. The attendant said the Armoral option was $12 added onto whichever wash you got. I chose the deluxe for $26. One of the included options was air freshener, which I particularly wanted. The customer ahead of me was asked to choose a scent, however I was not. I asked about how long it would take, I wasnt in a hurry I was just curious, and was told 20 minutes. An hour later my car was ready, the vacuuming was sub par, there was still a few crusty bird poop shots on the exterior, no air freshener was used, and the Armoral. Omg the Armoral. There was SO MUCH on my dash it made a blinding glare while driving, my steering wheel was so greasy I could hardly grip it, there were literally drips of Armoral still in the corners of my air vents and around my instrument panel. I was really disappointed, Ive only ever gone AutoShine for my vehicles, but for $32, there was still grit in my seats and some trash on the floorboards when what I particularly wanted was a a really good vacuum and a clean smelling car, Im sorry but Ill take it somewhere else next time.
