First and not merely gonna be my last visit, customer service was QUALITY 1. I wasnt able to get the pin in the box the worker was quickly to assist WITH A SMILE. he had to get assistance and the situation was spon rectified, awesome way to run a business, tipped them well for the experience.

Very low monthly prices for a great wash. I come here 1 to 2 times a week and love that they have towels to wipe off drips on wipe out inside of car plus free vacuums too. Awesome place!

The people were great. Did exactly what I asked them to do. Vehicle had been sitting since before Christmas so you can imagine what it looked like. Had so much green on it. They got every bit of it off. Did a fantastic job. Thanks guys

Sunday was a nice day. So I decided to wash the car. After going through the car wash the car wasnt clean so I mentioned it to the person in charge and he arranged for me to take the car back through a second time and had the helpers make sure the car was clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As a result thats why I return to this car wash on a regular basis.

My favorite place to go keep my truck clean. They do a good job but they need to fix the tire shine its been broke for about a month.

Not sure why this place has so many good reviews. I went there and got their second most expensive wash option (which was $16, there most expensive one is $20) and after I went through I had to spend a good 30 min touching up and washing my exterior cause it was still dirty essentially everywhere, which I shouldn’t have had to do. The car wash should have done that in the first place. Keep in mind, my car was not absolutely filthy either, I’d say medium dirtyness. I won’t be returning.

Ive been using this car wash for 2 years. Ive always been happy with them. I used it before it changed to Savannah car Wash. However now after the first of the year they are getting rid of the interior . Unfortunately if you get rid of the interior you going to lose my business after 2 years. I really hope an owner sees this and reconsiders keeping the interior open because not only will you lose my business youll lose a lot of other business on top of it.

Nice staff and quick service

I went to this car wash for the first time today with a brand new car and got a full service car wash for ONLY $26! I was very surprised by this since Ive paid much more for the same service at other car washes in the area. I was greeted by a friendly attendant that helped me make my selection and take my payment. The car wash itself was very thorough (and entertaining too). When I pulled into the detailing bay, I was greeted by everyone that was out there working. The young lady in the office gladly made change for me and told me they could also get cash off my card if I needed to. Since I never have cash, this is a super convenient option for me. I will definitely be back again and again and again! :)

Delayed review from July, as I went into labor shortly after our visit and forgot to review them. This is for you Luis! The people in here are EXCELLENT! Professional, and very helpful! They got us in early in the morning (8 AM) and did a full detail plus shampooed our seats AND carpets. They did a great job on the wash and wax as well! Our car was ready for pick up and dry 3-4 hours later which was surprisingly quick to top it all off. 10/10 and we have gone back to use their car wash again recently (also absolutely awesome, we are trying to budget in their monthly car wash plan and making use of its special additional car discounts!) We will be scheduling another detailing before the year is up as we have extra furry dogs (a husky and an Eskimo dog) and a new little member of our family and want to keep our car as clean as possible. They got rid of ALL the hair, the stains are gone, and the car smelled fresh for almost 3 whole months afterwards with just minor wipe downs from us inside between use. With covid being what it is, we are thankful to have an affordable place to get our car detailed so close to home. Not only that, but we are thankful for the people employed at this location and everything they did to assist us.

I was informed that car interior shampooing had to be purchased as a part of a car wash and that I would have to pay $60 either way. I should have not taken a chance with these people because not only did they do a poor job of shampooing my seats, but they were very unprofessional. Also, only a few employees were wearing masks. From now on Ill stickto the Abercorn location for my car detailing. They have more pride in their work, demonstrate professionalism, and wear masks.In response to the feedback to my original review, I was told by Serena the cashier that no manager was on duty.

Quick wash, friendly staff and most everything works. I see abrupt stop/start delay that will snatch my vehicle from time to time. Ive got an affordable unlimited pass so, Im there more than the usual customer. Overall, not much to complain about.

I like Savannah car wash. I never pay for mpre than a monthly unlimited basic wash for $20 per vehicle. I have a truck and car. While my mom pays $30 for one vehicle at another car wash with same package.

Love what they are doing at the Savannah Car Wash. When you dont have the time for a detailed inside and out clean and wash, you can do the outside only, and it still looks great. (No Hands on)

I have a monthly service but sometimes my car doesnt get clean I asked them once to help with the pine sap and they used their nail now my paint is scratched

Used to be the best car wash in Savannah but then slipped some. On many occasions I left with water spotted windshield because of the long wait between coming out of the wash until someone dried it. But as of today with the least expensive wash been $25.00 Im not sure Ill be going back.

Ive had the pass for the exterior and interior for several months now and generally go every week. They always do a great job. Usually Raymond and Emma do the detail work after the tunnel and they do a great job. Well worth the investment of maintaining your vehicle.

Giving 4 stars because I have been going to this car wash since it opened and Ive always been a satisfied customer, the wash pass is really convenient. But- I just went through today and saw a change of signage showing Savannah Car Wash so Im suspecting a change in ownership has happened. Not a big fan of the one on Abercorn.. If the service stays the same or gets better Ill keep my pass but well see.

I got a free pass to go to this car wash. I do not regret it one bit. It has some sort of volcano theme to it. I bet it is a lot of fun to take your kids to this car wash. The staff member working was also OVER THE TOP ENTHUSIASTIC. We even utilized the free vacuums.

I have had my cars washed here several times with satisfaction. Staff is friendly.The payment screen is confusing when it tries to lead you to buy a bunch of options.Also, see the terms and limitations in the photo posted.

I get the middle of the line wash with the interior wipe down. It takes about 20 minutes. They usually use two people and usually do an excellent job. If they miss a spot, let them know and they will jump on it. I tip both people but have never been approached for a tip and do not know their tipping policy.

The car wash and cleaning was good until one of their interior cleaner guy got issues. After I walked out to my car, some guy in the back yelled “Yo, you’re welcome”. Assuming I was supposed to say thank you to the guy because he cleaned my car on the inside for which I pay more? When I brought up the issue, the guy at the reception didn’t seem to give 2 craps about it.

Went to Elite for the first time today. I was quite happy with everything except I had 2 people cleaning the inside and the guy done a much better job than the feamale. Hopefully next time I will get the same guy... But as I said overall Im quite happy!

The employees are always professional and recognize regulars. My car is always clean and they keep their bathrooms clean!

What a trip! First class treatment for your car and the price is very reasonable. I live in Anchorage, Alaska, and I dont think we have a car wash like this anymore. Definitely cant get your car this clean for less than $50.

Today I decided to get the Hamerhead special. The exterior was amazing as usual however, it was the interior cleaning I had a problem with. When I came to check the car after they were done it looked like the car had only been vacuumed. Their was milk splats on the seats completely visible and all over the doors and head rests. I mentioned to the man that the inside didn’t looked wiped down due to the milk splats and dirt still on the seats. He basically told me that the milk won’t come off and so they just polished the seats. As I was frustrated, I went ahead and came to home to clean it myself. I was able to clean the milk off the seats with a damp washcloth in literally one wipe... I decided to go ahead and wipe all the seats and doors. The console wasn’t even touched and had soda spills all over completely visible. Keep in mind I have all black leather interior and you can clearly see if it was cleaned.The only seat that looked cleaned was the driver seat. I’m completely disappointed considering the price I paid.

I love this car wash. The staff is friendly the wash is excellent and the young men and women that vacuum work very hard. I have the full works pass. It allows as many washes and vacuums I want for 55.00. I seldom if ever give a five star rating. But the young people they have working there work very hard and do a great job. My car is always sparkling.

Went thru the car wash several times and it did a great job. One of the best if not the best wash in town. Sadly I was told my truck was to big to fit and the asked me not to come back. My truck is a stock truck from the factory and sad to see they can not accommodate trucks. The few times I did get thru it did a great job. I will take other vehicles there just not my truck.

Cant give it zero, so 1. Went to the country. It rained yesterday. Had wet (not dry) red clay on bottom. Went straight to elite car wash (not even home first). They advised it was TOO dirty & to take it some place else to have it washed & then come back to them to wash after. WHAT???

I went there to get my car washed and I had an awful nasty stain on my back seat and it smelled awful! I went to them and they were so helpful they told me they would do the best that they could and they Got the stain out! I really didnt expect them to get the stain out I just wanted it to be a little bit better and no smell! Lol and they went above and beyond I cant thank them enough for all their help my car looks and smells great now! Lol

This place has been a godsend. I drive up and down the street all the time and you pass several hand washing car places but it really takes a long time to get your car hand washed and you have to sit out usually in the sun. I love this place. I drive through the pretty colors on the windshield then I drive up on the Shaded area where I can get out and go into a cool Lobby have a cool drink if I want to. Also, theres a restroom and when I leave out my car is done within a matter of minutes I love it and they have a monthly thing that you can do which has my car staying clean.

Excellent service to the customer. Proactive in trying to avoid wait time. The manager, owners and employees all speak. Been there over 20 times and have yet to encounter anyone with an attitude. No slackers here! Everyone works.

Something has changed here. I have been coming here for over a year and as I set here in line I notice the cars are coming out streaked, glass isnt clear and clean as it use to be. This place is going down hill fast. Maybe they have changed chemicals, whatever its not the quality it use to be. Anyone else notice the change?

Brought my gorltriends Jeep here after camping with two dogs for 4 days. It was extremely dirty! The employees did a fantastic job getting everything cleaned out and looking like new. Thanks for saving my butt!

I have been here several times over the past year and the quality of the finished product varys all the time. From halfway clean windows and outside of the vehicle to very nice. Today its sorry. I have decided to try some place else. Not the same place as when it opened. If you want consistent, go somewhere else.

Paid $211 for wash wax and compound upholstery cleaning and leather conditioning. Left water spots on glass.....said glass wasnt included. Did a poor job on polishing chrome. Did a poor job on carpet in hard to reach areas. Didnt touch headliner. Spoke with owners and they said glass is not included and the headliner is not included and they didnt know how they would even clean the hard to reach places on carpet. Would not recommend if you want highly detailed only for low grade car wash. Not worth the $211.

Unclear in what they charge you for. Took my car to have the seats cleaned in addition to a wash. Paid, got the seats cleaned. The. Was told I’d have to pay additional, after having already paid once, to get the outside washed. I even asked more then once and was told I was good to go and then was told a different story just moments later. You just lost 3 cars worth of pretty regular business.I was only rude when she started giving conflicting info. We never once talked about having anything but the seats cleaned. I wasn’t concerned with having the rest of the interior cleaned. I wanted the outside of the car and the seats cleaned. I made that very clear because she told me we couldn’t do the outside when I dropped it off because part of the tunnel was malfunctioning. When I picked it up I verified that it had been fixed and I was good to go to get the exterior washed. She said yes. Then when I attempted the story changed. Try to justify it all you like, I was lied to. I was given service I didn’t want while being denied service I did want. Not a good way to do business. You have lost not only my 3 cars worth of business but several friends of mine won’t be going there anymore either. I’m going to find a place that actually gives me what I pay for and is up front and honest. I’m also going to make sure they know how to clean windows since you people clearly don’t. I always have to clean them when I get home from here because they have a film on them.

Elite Car wash (Savannah Car Wash) is usually my to go to to clean my car. But after today, I don’t want to visit anymore. I understand I get a basic wash for $25 but I want my $25 dollars worth car wash. There was still dust and stains all over my car I had to wash it off again myself. The workers also scratched up my car. Never again. I am very upset with my service. Please issue my full refund. I’d like you to repair the damages you and your workers did to my car. It happened 3 times. The first two times I let it go cus it was a small stain on my seating and door side. The 3rd time was a deep scratch you had left on my car. It’s very new. No product can help wash it off. My car is also very new and I would hate to having to pay more for the damages that I did not do. I was with the White Toyota Camry today. (04/29/20)(Updated: 05/01/20)Manager was very RUDE didn’t want to return my money $25 or pay the damage to my car. He asked me, FIRST I complained about my scratches then me complaining about my car being not fully cleaned and washed. I would like you to please check back your cameras, but I doubt your cameras would do a thing. They are not good enough to zoom in to see if the scratch was there to begin with. It might have been scratched by your workers accidentally while they are cleaning. No metal or seatbelt can hit my car like that because it’s a very brand new car. Seatbelts don’t sag now a days. Seatbelts PULL up. I understand you’re trying to give me a hard time, but I’m an upset customer. I’m pretty shooked to what you had to say, because the things you said to me did not add up.

Very professional and friendly staff. This was my first trip to this car wash and I was greeted by a friendly associate who helped me pi k out the right car wash for me (they have 4 that range from $6-$20) and vacuuming is free! If you want them to do it for you (you know, when youre feeling lazy) its only $10! I came per my sisters recommendation and I was not disappointed. Will definitely be coming back (especially during pollen season!)

Great product! Terrible customer service! The man that manages this place is rude and not very intelligent! Not trying to be mean but, he cant figure out simply tasks! We changed vehicles, failed to change it in the computer! Paid for the unlimited wash/ cleaning and was turned away several times because he had no staff to clean the inside of the car and very unapologetic about it and rude!! #goingelsewhere

As a Realtor I have to get my car washed very often, and because of that I have tried just aboiut every car wash you can imagine. I havent had my interior cleaned here yet, but after my experience I will definitely be back. I am strongly considering paying for the monthly pass. Keep up the good work and honest business.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have been here. Every time its just as good. The owner/manager is always there. He helps! Today I saw him many times and many places. From making sure I didnt need help selecting exactly what I wanted, inside chatting with all the customers while they waited, to prepping the cars to go into the car wash. And again as we pulled out waving. The staff is so nice. I always try to get the traah out for them then apologize for my childrens mess. They are so polite. And nice. Car was done it looks and smells amazing. Pricing is great as well.

Before being bought by Savannah Car wash they were great! My car was clean every time I went in car wash, since then my car always has dirt and dust left on it. It’s not the same.. not sure why. Went to car wash Sat and paid for the highest wash and my car was still dirty 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
