This place is a RIP-OFF. They change the price when you use a Shell credit card - they charge more if you use one and there arent any signs anywhere to indicate this. When I went to ask about it he just kept pointing to the shell sign and saying is more than advertised price, but there was no sign indicating its more. Every other place is less if you use a shell rewards card. Avoid these idiots. The driveway is a mess, the bathrooms are a disaster.

Hey Hey..Once again Im spending a ill. time in The historic township..Savannah GA..I began reusing this particular shell...for one..they have nice wide aisles for vehicles of every size..They offer both diesel ..as well as the three octane gasoline..to choose from...the people that own and run this landmark stop are truly nice...greet me with a smile they are very courteous..they have Bright lights the fuel and parking areas are safe ..I definitely recommend this location as a family safe stop and stretch area...

Not a fan of gas stations charging more for credit card

I was ordered to stop here during a road trip so my wife could buy peaches and pecans. I got some sodas. The restroom was clean enough and the service was acceptable neutral. I was left with no strong feelings one way or another.

1:23 am and they have the bathroom close. Worst Service ever

I was making a purchase of only 2 drinks at one of the 2 registers, in which they were already rung up in the register. The male cashier stopped helping me and went to the other register to START ringing up another customer, who btw had far more items than I did. I could see if she was already there, but she wasnt. I left and can not conclude why he did that! I dont know if it was due to being familiar with the other customer or if race played in. You never stop helping/checking out one customer to start helping another. ...thats bad customer service! !!!

Always great premium gases. Great for high end cars.

Gentleman came off as polite; until assuming I was speaking to him in another language while I was on the phone. So I hung up and he then took a compliment as an insult of his ethnicity. As I respect all ethnicities, religions given I am a international surgical nurse in New York, and with all that being said I will never return to that store or recommend it to anyone for his rudeness, even after the fact of making sure there was no miscommunication.Happy New Year but without my business or others business that gas station in Savannah would no longer operating. Every human being shall be treated with respect and respect all opinions. Education is key to success.Thank ou for you non kind remarks!!!!

Bad customer service. Very cluttered place. Never have I seen a shell like this one.

Gas was ok but the store clerk (male) had an attitude. I used a rewards card that does give points for certain purchases. He acted like a know it all and just skipped the points part for my transaction. Luckily, the card does have a symbol for purchase points. This location should train the staff.

Never come to this place again, very bad service, The bathroom is clause and the nighttime worker looks like he’s not happy I don’t know what’s going on but I don’t like that place .

Car wash wouldnt accept any form of payment (card, bills or coins)

0 stars....Awful smell, no bathrooms, none of the coffee machines work....this is at 3am today....Employee hardly speaks English.Pump somewhere else.
