I am entering my 3 year at the Fountains. Started with a two bedroom and moved to a one bedroom after my first year. Live on 2nd floor with a magnificent view of the lake and fountains. Very peaceful and quiet. Fish, turtles, egrets and herrings are always in site. Management has been extremely accommodating with all my needs. Maintenance team takes great care of the facility.

The property has great curb appeal, with excellent amenities and the staff is very friendly. However, with the amount of money we pay for rent, the quality and urgency in correcting maintenance issues is sometimes less than average. They key is staying in constant contact with the staff.

Dylan and Victor are two of the Maintenance guys who are literal life savers. They are so quick to answer the call when something goes wrong. I had a long day setting up a washer and dryer, I start my load and next thing I know water was on the floor. I put in an emergency work order and Dylan came over right away, and fixed the issue. Both Dylan and Victor are super friendly and make me happy to be part of this community.

Maintenance staff is excellent, especially Dylan. The new front office staff is unfriendly and non responsive to tenants needs. Although lease agreements state they will negotiate lease agreements and length of lease, they do not. Difficult to speak with manager.

I loved my apartment and I loved the leasing agent Christina. She would always listen and understand even though no help could be provided. As far as the office manager Debra, she could care less what people go through. No compassion for anything. You’re strictly an apartment number to her. I was charged multiple fees after my move in, moved into an uncleaned apartment, my garage was full of leaves and spider webs THAT I CLEANED! Upon my move out, they charged inflated charges after keeping my deposit. I wouldn’t recommend the BS I went through with this company. The apartment complex was decent, but just another money making scheme. Paid way too much to have dealt with all that I had to deal with.

I just moved to town for my job and I came in looking for a one bedroom to rent while I look for a house to buy in the area. I walked in and Catrina greeted me with a big smile right away. She made me feel very welcome and helped show me around the property. I immediately loved the studio loft plan and am looking forward to living here until I find a house to buy. My wife and I just moved in and we absolutely love it here! The property is very clean and well kept. These apartments have great amenities including a very impressive gym for an apartment complex. (Ive actually considered cancelling my current gym membership!) The staff is phenomenal, especially Deborah!

If I could give this apartment complex more than 5 stars I would! I had a short experience here, but it was nothing short of amazing! Deborah and her team were so welcoming and helped me get in and get out super fast and easy. The apartment complex was very well kept and I loved my little one bedroom! I highly recommend living here if you are looking!

Things seemed great at move in, but I guess management changed a lot over the year we lived here. The property could be maintained better, especially behind the buildings and in the back. Lots of trash. The inside of our apartment was always incredibly dusty despite constant cleaning; the HVAC closet was coated with a thick layer of dust and we were told by the office that it was our problem to deal with, and by maintenance that if they attempted to handle it, it would just stir up more dust. The provided air filters kept falling out of the AC unit as well. At one point, maintenance staff had to replace the units broken AC coil and we were stuck with a window unit for about a week. We had problems with the water heater from move in; it would go cold very early on in a shower and it took several repairs to get things improved. Also, we had a leak in our ceiling where rainwater came into our bathroom through the fan vent. We called the office emergency hotline, but since it was late at night, we didnt hear back til the next day. Honestly, the maintenance men are great people and hard workers, but are probably stretched very thin. The problems with the buildings and company are not their fault.Our apartment also didnt have the same amenities as others. I knew a handful of residents whose units had multiple different light fixtures installed, i.e. spiral and track lights in the kitchen area, which ours lacked, and when I asked the office if they could give us one, since I confirmed we pay the same rate and have the same style of unit, they said no and told me they were phasing out LED fixtures as folks move out. I know this isnt the case partly because I had friends move in after us and they had the lights still in their ceiling. Not to mention that when I left one of the closet lights on in our place for maybe an hour, since I was going in and out, the globe exploded glass all over my clothes and the carpet.The dumpster and gate also broke several times, and in many of these instances residents didnt even get a courtesy update. Trash piled up outside in the heat for days, and anyone could drive onto the property with the gate wide open, and we rarely got an email about it.We repeatedly reported excessively noisy, partying neighbors during quiet hours and it didnt accomplish anything, despite calling both the office and the after hours agent multiple times across weeks. Staff declined to send the neighbors a heads up email during the pandemic to prevent future issues. They basically told us that if we dont call exactly when its actively happening, and then if they couldnt hear it outside when they got around to the building, then theres nothing they can do.Upon move out, we and some other tenants we know were charged a fee to professionally clean the carpets. The property manager said that it was written in an agreement that either we must show proof we paid out of our own pocket, or we pay that rate, but none of us could find that clause in any contracts or notices we had. The Fountains sent our last bill to collections within days, and even though our receipts indicate we paid them a month ago, were still sorting all of that out. Its a shame because the place has a ton of potential, but the management and owner company certainly have work to do.

Couldn’t ask for a better property. The price really made me tilt me head at first but after seeing the quality the what I was paying for I could not be happier! Staff is excellent! I have severe social anxiety and the whole process of paperwork and asking for help is always a nightmare, the ladies in the office made it a breeze and the repair guys are always so friendly and nice.

I recently visited a co-worker and luxury is the last description I would use to described the living quarters..The pool was green and none of the numbers were being answered to be able to contact maintenance.The carwash service was broken and trash was overflowing.There were several areas that needed to be thoroughly cleaned and was a complete eye sore..I eventually left later that evening with little to no lighting outside in the parking area which shouldnt be a issue but definitely a safety issue.Know that I know first hand how it really is living in the fountains I hope my application gets lost in the trash by the back apartments...

They assisted me with a pest control issue today that involved my car, not their property, and were extremely empathetic and willing to help me regardless. Poor customer service. Was trying to find new living space, the girl didn’t even want to show me around the property, answering questions was even difficult for her to do. I don’t believe answering property questions should be a big deal if you’re new to the area, but maybe she just wasnt in the mood to be helpful. Walked up before closing the door was locked.

I have lived at the fountains for 5 yrs.I love it here and I also love the current staff. Professional as well as very personable. My complaint is with the corporation. They have not one concern about the tenants. They raise the rents every single year. They care not about the fact that you may not be able to deal with the current raise which can be anywhere from $150 to $300. NO NEGOTIATION AT ALL. The utility bill has just had added Common Electric. The gym, the game room, the car wash station as of this month. at is all I have been told. It started with $9.28 this month it is $11.70.. There was no notice of this addition they just added it to a clause that was aleady on the leases under electric. READ YOUR LEASE WELL BEFORE SIGNING. TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS EVERY YEAR BUT THIS TIME I MISSED IT.. So my 3 bdrm with utility and electric and rent increase is not $1800. Not including the rental insurance. Also they do not tell you of the increase to the Amenity fee.That went up also.

When I first moved in, I was very satisfied with the environment of this community, but some unpleasant experiences happened later. In the first week, the street light next to my room was broken and I was noisy by the sharp noise. It’s been almost a week. I went to the office many times to explain this problem, but it didn’t solve it right away. I couldn’t study and couldn’t sleep in the noisy environment for a long time, and my heart was very uncomfortable. After 4 days, my family write an email to thisthe manager of the community once again emphasized the seriousness of the matter. Finally, it took a week to solve the noise problem. In addition, what makes me most dissatisfied is the attitude of the staff in this community. They are very impatient.Their tone and attitude made me feel their impatience and unfriendly, I don’t care how much deposit I deduct, or whether I pay more every month, basic respect and friendly attitude are necessary.

Love the scenery and the layouts of the apartments. Ms. Dee and management made me feel welcomed! I was very impressed with their willingness to make my moving transition as smooth as possible! Paid $365 for initiating the application for renting an one bedroom apartment. They stated that $65 for application fee and $300 for secure deposit. After I paid the $365, they sent us a document of the “Offer to Rent.” In the document, included many fees that we never seen or never told before, such as $300 remote fee, $65 of utility setup fee, and $1065 of secure deposit (was told $500 at the beginning), which are a lot of hidden fees. We emailed them to address the issue, but they said all fees are necessary. After many consideration, me and my friend were no longer interested in the apartment, so we requested for a return of the $300 secure deposit they we paid upfront. However, they said they cannot return the $300 secure deposit to us, as they stated that the secure deposit that paid upfront is non-refundable, which is stated very unclearly and very illogical. When I see the words “Secure Deposit” I immediately assume that is refundable given that their no damage to the apartment, which I never lived in.

The staff has consistently been professional and extremely friendly. Even though I would receive a 30% discount off my rent from the property Im employed with I choose to stay here. I’ve lived in apartment living 90% of my life, mainly with my mother but this is my first time having a place of my own with my name on the lease and I’ve only been here for half a month but I already love it. The main reason I’m writing this is bc the ladies at the leasing office are the best. They’re always so pleasant and extremely helpful with all my questions and needs. I sometimes feel like I’m driving them crazy with all my requests and probably obvious common sense questions, but they’re always so patient and cheerful to interact with. Not to mention the pool is beautiful and who doesn’t love peloton equipment in the gym. A nice touch is the screened in patios and granite counter tops, honestly I’m very happy with my new home. But my main reason for reviewing is to give a special thank you to the awesome employees who work here, So thank you all for being so amazing!!

I am new to the Savannah area and the Fountains at Chatham Parkway caught my eye. It is convenient to where I will be working so I gave it a tour. The three consultants who helped me where Nikki, Christin, and Sam. I couldnt be happier with the experience I had while touring there. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about not only the property and amenities, but also the Savannah area in general. The property is beautiful and the apartments models I saw seemed spacious. I dont like to make rash decisions, but this is quite the place. I thank Nikki, Sam, and Christin for helping me out and showing me The Fountains. This is a property to be proud of.

From the time I walked in, totally frustrated with downtown living and no parking, The Fountains has become my retreat.I love the staff’s response, whether mechanical or personal issue (I’ve lost my key); always friendly always prompt.When I go to the office, they always engage and seem truly interested. MILITARY BEWARE!The office manager now is really nice BUT If your neighbors are smoking weed or any other substance and the smell seeps into your apartment nothing will ever be done about it. They claim to talk to the person, but the person continues to do it if not harder. Would much rather live on post with more space and family oriented environment. This Apartment place is more for college kids, hence why they don’t have a playground for kids only a dog park, I should’ve known better.

A year and a half ago after I moved here I noticed some concerns, with community lighting, trash compactor, snakes, and staff. I am pleased to withdraw my previous rating and replace it with another upgraded one. In the past 6 months there has been a great improvement on the overall community.All the lighting has been upgraded to brighter and more reliable led lighting, the entire community roads have been redone, potholes repaired, and a new sealer applied which makes the community POP. I dont use the pool but I see that the furniture have also been upgraded as well. The maintenance team is quick to respond and handle all issues in a very timely manner.However, with all these wonderful great aesthetically pleasing upgrades, the jury is still out on the staff. There has been changes to the staff at least 2-3 times in the past 10 months some good some not so good. I know we all have good days and some bad days, but when your working in a in a customer service environment, then you should listen to your customers.My only concern now is my receipt of my packages. It appears to be improving for now with the addition of the 2 newer ladies. They seem to take the time to ge up and check the packages. All in all, If I was looking to move somewhere I would move in here, as it is safe and close to the job and the places that I shop at.

My experience here so far has been one of the easiest moves that Ive made. And I actually love my new home! I definitely have to give credit to the clubhouse staff and the work they put in. Their customer service ever time someone walks through truly shows their care about the renters and their community. Follow your lease and you wont have problems. Not to mention, the amenities are 24/7, meaning I can go for a swim at midnight if I want and have no issues!

My wife and I moved in 6 months ago and have had zero complaints. Any issues are immediately resolved and the ladies in the office are some of the most professional and understanding people Ive come across down here. As for some of the complaints about the trash and front gate, they work just fine if people use them the way they are supposed to. The grounds are always clean and well kept and the clubhouse is absolutely beautiful.

Renter beware!!!!The incompetency of the staff at this place is amazing!Not only did they misplace our rent check each of the first three months, they proceeded to hound us with eviction notices. Each of those times the rent check was sitting in their mailbox, and they proceeded to apologize and state that they would be more diligent in checking their mailbox. Really? Most people with a brain check their mailbox on a daily basis, especially a place of business.Things got better over the next few months...We decided to purchase a home and terminate our lease with the early termination penalty charges. So we put our 60 day notice in and payed the two additional rent payments as stated in the lease paperwork. So they received our notice letter, that months rent, as well as the two months rent in December.Three months later, they still hadnt cashed our check. (Thats three months after our last day at the complex.) We called and emailed once a week to find out what the status was, with zero response. We had to contact the owner of the property out on the West coast to find out why they had such incompetent people working for them. Its funny that we were the ones having to ask why they hadnt cashed our check. Typically its them sending notices...We finally settled everything a few days ago, and what do we see in the mail this evening, a collections notice.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an apartment community. This place is a joke!The only thing positive about this place is their maintenance staff. Top Notch!

Will not rent here again. Rent went up from $817 to $969 with no explanation. Online they advertise a 1 bedroom to be between $859 and $889. They say negotiation is available to lower the rent renewal which is a lie. Youre not able to speak for yourself in the negotiation even though you are the one that pays the rent. The assistant manager negotiates for you to the corporate office which is the same person that doesnt even bother to know your name. They only took $25 off of the rent renewal and said that was the final negotiation. In the lease you sign it states that the market rent is supposed to be comparable to similar properties. When I showed the rates of other properties that were cheaper with more sq.ft and the same amenities in the area, they said the properties were not their competitors and failed to properly mention who their competitors were. They would not adjust the rent price to match what they advertise online. They are not interested in keeping current residents that pay on time and give the property no problems. Residents are moving out everyday. On top of that, the apartments are infested with German roaches. You pay for pest control every month for them to spray water on the ground because whatever they are spraying is not killing the roaches.

When I first moved into the residence in June 2017, the community was in the process of making improvements. Many things were not to my satisfaction (e.g trash bin always full, lights out in the community, slow to fix things in the home). I shared many of these complaints with the staff.Fast forward to today, the management team has taken huge strides and effort to really make the community a better place to live. All of my previous complaints and concerns have been addressed and continue to improve on a daily basis. The staff has come a long way and I have nothing but good things to say. I cant highly recommend this community enough. Staff members who listen to their residences and make vast improvements are hard to come by. Great place to live and the monthly gatherings make this place truly feel like home.Keep up the good work guys and if youre on the fence about living here, dont hesitate to talk to the management team and address any concerns you may have. The staff will make huge strides to make things right for you.

I am a international student study in SCAD. The experience of live here is terrible. This is the first time I feel horrible to talk to people in Savannah. The manager called me liar for something uncertain.I know there are might be some people they are dishonesty, but me and my roommate are not.My English was not good to debate with them, and I didnt know what I can do. When I back to my room, I cried, I never cried that hard in Savannah. After that, I afraid to go to the office. Now, I moved. However, Thanks god. God teach me how to forget. This place is a must avoid! My partner and I are scad students. We lived in the apartment for one year and rent was going to go up about $300 for 575sq ft! We were told when we moved in they negotiated raising renting prices. Then the year comes around and new management says they dont negotiate prices. We were also told that we didnt have to worry about the carpet because they didnt clean or replace the carpet when we moved in and would replace it anyway when we moved out. Lies! Took our whole $300 security deposit AND charged us more! Moved to a new place on a nicer side of town for 400 more square feet for the same price we started at here. Not worth the money at Chatham! We payed $90 for two gate keys and 10 months of the whole year the gate was open/broken so it was not a gated apartment complex. On top of that both of the remote keys died 1 month in and we were told we had to replace the battery in it ourselves or pay $4 per battery after paying NINETY DOLLARS for them! The complex always smells like trash because the trash is always over flowing and they just let it pile up to a crazy amount before doing anything about it. We left for home for a week and came back to the air conditioning unit broken, overflowing with water and BLACK MOLD was growing through the sheetrock in the wall! We were told they had cleaning spray that would kill it but it was still there after and smelled. This apartment complex is the worst experience I have ever had. Avoid this place if you dont want them to rip you off, take all your money, and lie to your face or you may end up in our apartment with the black mold they still cant get rid of!

We have only needed maintenance twice and both times we submitted a work order (easy online access) they were completed the same day! The management was also extremely helpful when we decided we wanted to transfer to a unit w/ an attached garage and even called to let us know the second one was available instead of us having to call up to the office several times (we had dealt with bad management staff like that in the past). We love how pet friendly the neighborhood is, and everyone in the neighborhood is always very kind. My friends love coming over to the pool as the pool itself and the grills are so well maintained ! Overall, I have had the best experience here and am very happy we chose to live here !

I lived here from March 2016-June 2016. Horrible move out experience; everything is all bright and shiny when you first apply and move in. When I tried to move out, I was told to give the staff a 15 minutes heads up before the final walk through; I went ahead and scheduled an appointment the day before just in case. Glad I did- the staff had no idea what time my appointment was, no record of it anywhere, and they were 30 minutes late to do the walk through. I signed the walk through and gave them a forwarding address for my final utility bill and security deposit- which I was assured I would receive in full. It is now August 2016 and I got several calls from a collections agency last week stating Fountains had tried to send me bills and turned me over to a collections agency. Upon further investigation with Fountains, someone had keyed in the wrong numbers and switched my account with someone else and I did not intact owe anything. Except the final utility bill. Oh, and the cleaning fee. Oh and the maintenance fee. NONE OF WHICH I WAS TOLD ABOUT NOR WAS IT ON THE LEASE. I was assured that this problem of the collections agency would be fixed and I would receive a call in the next two days with a progress report. I did not hear from anyone so I called the morning of the third day; my call was answered by a central office with the assurance that Fountains would call me back that day. That did not happen. Nor did it happen yesterday when I called and left a message again. Nor this morning. Nothing is being resolved. Seems like its time to contact the Savannah Chamber of Commerce.Update: I only received my security deposit AFTER I had a lawyer call the office. I received it on Oct 20, 2016...a full 4 months after I moved out.In short: worst customer service ever and could potentially screw up credit because of lazy, uncaring employees.

Absolutely horrible staff and manager. When I first moved in, I had major bug issues to where it was affecting my health. No one in the office believed me or addressed the issue until a month later. And even after bringing up the bug problem, I STILL had bugs. I originally signed an 11 month lease with them and had to leave 15 days prior to the end of my contract due to work but I still paid the full amount till the end. They tried to charge me for things that were not mentioned in the contract. I tried to reach out to them for an explanation and no one ever returned my phone calls or emails. Next thing I get is a phone call from a collections agency. Absolute worst communicators, are not willing to assist, and are extremely rude and disrespectful. Please be aware.

Please Please Please believe all of the reviews you have read. The office staff especially the manager Eve are incredibly disrespectful and rude. Anytime we call with an issue in our apartment she has the absolute worst attitude. Moving here was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. The gate is ALWAYS BROKEN. I even had solicitors knock on my door and try to force their way into my apartment. When I complained about the broken gate I was told by the manager Its just gonna get broken again once its fixed anyway-- so you might as well forget about it I pay for a LUXURY GATED COMMUNITY. Not an acceptable answer. My husband is in the military and we chose this place solely because it was gated. I have called corporate literally 50 times and have never received a phone call back. We put our money down 6 months before we were to move in only to be told 3 days before we moved in that we were not going to be able to move into our apt. and had to move into an identical apartment. By identical they meant an upstairs apartment when we put our money down 6 months in advance for a downstairs apartment (we have a toddler). We signed the lease before we went in to the apartment-- which was stupid of us. I had to change my forwarding address, electricity, cable/internet, etc. It was awful. There also was a 5 foot water spot on the ceiling... come to find out its an actual water leak that we are still waiting, 2 months after move in, to get fixed. Please run from this place. All of the negative reviews are true I promise you that you will regret living here soon after you sign that lease. We sure as heck do.

The rent used to be around $1200 for 2 bedrooms and 1 garage, Officers are very nice and friendly.However, they increased the rent to $13XX-$1400 for reletting promotion in this Summer and charge extra 2-3 months rents for moving out.We exactly clean all stuff like we moved in at first for future tenants, the 1 month rent for deposit only returned several tens dollars.Thats a pretty good apartment that you must consider about moving in it.

I would absolutely give it a zero if I can! My two other roommate were planning on move in on September 1st this year. We went to the leasing office 3 months before September to talk about the leasing and everything, and our expecting move in date was settle on Sep. 1st. The stuff talks us that she was pretty sure we can move in on that date, so we booked the international flight based on this date. However, during the summer, we got their calls saying that the earliest day we can move in is Sep. 6th, which was unfortunate but fine to me, because I had to spend a lot to stay in a hotel since I couldn’t change my International flight. When we were about to move in, we got a call from them the day before the move in date. We were told that we could not move in tomorrow because of the hurricane, which was just ridiculous! One of my roommate and I had 6 suitcases in hotel and were ready to check out the next day, my other roommate were driving all the way from Florida to here with a whole car of luggage on the day we got the call. We had no where to put our luggage and no where to go, and they didn’t care! They can just change the move in date on the contract as they want! It was a horrible move in experience and it really opened my mind the leasing office like this really do exist on earth. So if you’re planning on moving here, don’t! Save your money for other places that really worth it!

The staff is very nice and accommodating. Even with a snafu during move in, they helped us in every way possible to make sure the rest of the day/days following were as smooth as possible. Any reviews stating otherwise were either disgruntled persons or people who did not take the time to understand the situation surrounding their complaint.

We love it here! Our dogs have made lots of dog friends at the dog park, we like to go fishing at the pond, the pool is awesome, and all the neighbors are really nice. The only thing I can think of is that the gate is open a lot and the gym could use a` new treadmill & dip bars. The staff is always really friendly when I interact with them- Im not sure why some people give it a bad review. My boyfriend is Military too, but Ive never felt unsafe when he isnt here. In fact, I feel very safe & all the neighbors would definitely go out of their way to help if I ever needed something.

Horrible staff who are unable to complete the simplest of tasks. They refuse to return phone calls. This complex cannot even keep the trash removal on schedule, which leads to a horrendous smell all around the area. If I could give negative stars I would. Rent at your own risk.

I moved here from out of town and started working at the front office at the same time. They were so helpful with my move in process and made me feel right at home. I can say that the first thing that I learned is how much the employees truly care about this property and its residents. There are constant updates to the property and its a comfortable/safe enviornment.

There is a reason they have low ratings. Do not recommend this place to anyone. The manager has no management experience and no professional, or social, skills. She lives in the complex and watches residents, hoping they do something wrong. If you have a maintenance issue, it won’t be resolved in a timely, or professional, manner. The residents can be seen doing drugs in the parking lots and on their patios, making a lot of noise when they do it. No one seems to care. Not to mention the residents are nasty and hateful, much like the manager and the staff. The grounds are not kept very well for how much you’re paying to live there. It’s just dirty. They allow children to play in the dog park, on the dog park equipment without supervision. Between the hidden fees and fine print, you would think a crook runs this place. Paying way too much for what you get.

I have four words to say about this place DO, NOT, MOVE, IN.Dont pay attention to the advertising of this place being a gated community. Cause its not!! Gate is always broken and when it does work, only last for maybe a few days, maybe not even. Man love paying for things that dont work!!The staff, specially the manager is basically like the waste disposal / trash compactor. Lazy, disgusting, full of excuses and no respect for others. Believe me, the other reviews are true! Anything that would go wrong, or unable to get in contact with these people is basically a tenants problem not theirs. Oh and consider yourself lucky that you do get ahold of someone and they show some sort of respect.Not saying much, this is the first review Ive ever written in my life. Hopefully its the last probably will be but, not that kind of person. Unfortunately it seems that people only post reviews when they are upset about a situation. I have lived at the fountains for a little over 2 years now. I have never had an issue with office staff. Any maintenance related issues with my apartment were taken care of promptly. The property is located in a location that is convenient to SCAD, Armstrong (soon to be Georgia Southern RIP Armstrong), downtown and the beach. I feel like the prices for this property are the most reasonable in the area as I did an extensive search before moving here. This was one of the few properties I visited that the model actually looks exactly like the apartment I moved into. I would certainly recommend the Fountains as a place of residence!

Everything have been easy breezy in my new apartment! When I came to move in, they took about 10 mins to get all of the documents and give me the keys. The apartment looked brand new and I couldnt wait to use the amenities. There have been a good bit of people at the pool but nothing crowded and noisy. Just perfect for a Saturday! Maintenance has always been accomodating and the property is very well kept. Im very happy that I went with The Fountains over a few of the others in Savannah!

I moved here from northeast Georgia, and really had no idea where I wanted to live. I looked in Midtown, Whitemarsh, and everywhere in between. When my girlfriend and I found The Fountains, we were sold. The office staff was welcoming and super helpful. The amenities are the best around, and getting everything signed and finalized took little to no time. The apartments are updated and reasonably priced compared to the many outdated and overpriced apartments around. The living areas are well layed out and the bedrooms are adequately sized and provide large walk-in closets and open bathroom floor plans. The complex puts on many events at the clubhouse to allow residents to meet and have a good time. We are very happy with everything so far!

Never lived here but apparently they are crooks. They make it difficult for you to leave at the end of your contract. They ruin your credit score, by sending a collections agency after you. They have racist management and they have a snake problem.Check out the other reviews of people who actually stayed here. Not the fake five star reviews but the real ones.I though about renting from them but Ill go somewhere else.

The wrost experience I have ever had! I pay a deposit of $320.00 for the first available apartment in September my move in day was January 15. I didnt hear anything from management until December, because I called to see what was going on! When I called they told me they wouldnt have any apartments available in January, so We had to change our move in day to March 15. I got a called from management towards the middle of January with my apartment number I was super excited because finally something was going right. When March came around I gave them a called the day before I was suppose to pick up my keys to make sure what time I need to be there and the assisting manager couldnt find my name to match the apartment number they gave me back in January. Now I was beyond piss, because I already had everything set up to turn in my apartment that Friday to move in that Saturday to the fountains . The assistant manager was explaining to me how someone already lives in thats apartment and she cant kick them out, and the next available apartments wont be ready until April 7th. She was very apologetic but with an attitude and said that it happens sometimes but not all the time! WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT? That shouldnt be happening to anyone at all now I have to find out where I am going to live how am I going to pay for storage. They were willing to give me an apartment with a garage attach but at this point I didnt care about the garage I was just so piss of not having a place to live and after I pay so much for my deposit for them to make a mistake like this! I wont be living in the fountains I found someone else with better staff and costumer services and I will be getting my deposit back from the fountains. Just want to warn anyone to double think about moving to the fountains the management only think about themselves and customer service is horrible!
