The new management of this property is really turning things around. With starts, the park-lot has been redone and more remodeling is coming. Looking forward to what’s to come next for this property in the future. For the money it is still lower then other places around.The property is beautiful as well,with a nice court yard with sidewalks and Palm trees.The office manager is amazing and sweet and you can tell she has a heart for residents and the property.

This is one of the worst places to live. The property manager is unprofessionaland unfair. The crime is horrible here also. I cant wait until my lease is over. I hate it here

This apartment complex is located in the center of Savannah. The new management is wonderful, so happy I found a great place to live. I am definitely making this my permanent home!

It sounds like a group of high schoolers work in the office without any supervision. I called the office and the young lady who answered the phone was talking to, what sounded like, a co-worker at the same time she was talking to me. I had to ask if her if she was talking to me, because she ended up saying I just cant hive you information right now. Can you call back tomorrow morning? I was in such shock that I didnt immediately respond and the girl started laughing and saying I just cant, Im sorry. I really cant give you information right now, but call back in the morning. I... there are no words. I just couldnt imagine living some place that has an office staff like that.

We went for a tour and were made to stand in the sun instead of being allowed inside the office(which had those please wait here stickers about every six feet anyways). We were not met very quickly at all. I had hoped that the fact that we made an appointment would mean they were at least ready for us but unfortunately that was not the case. The unit they showed was a model unit and as soon as we got in the unit our tour guide removed her mask. She didnt know the pricing of the units at all. We had to stand in the sun AGAIN while she went to confirm the price shed been telling us was correct. Spoiler it wasnt. We will absolutely not be renting from them and hope their office staff learns to be more welcoming to prospective tenants in the future.

Ive lived here 40+ years and I love it! Seriously, i believe a lot of negative comments are frim people who complain about everything all the time..no matter where they live! Our maintenance guys are great and the office is equally great! Im happy!!

The women working in the office have been incredibly helpful and respectful since Ive moved in. At one point I asked to switch apartments due to a maintenance issue, and Sonny made the move so incredibly easy for me. Anytime Ive needed something I have been met with understanding and empathy. Theyre making some great improvements to the complex, and I am pleased to be a part of it.

I lived a Winsor Arms, I love this property and the manager is amazing. she is very professional and maintenance is always available when I had an issue. Great place to live!!!

The office staff is so helpful and nice! There’s a dog park for pets, and lots of grass for them to run around on. Location is really close to grocery stores/restaurants.

Been leaving here for almost a year now.. my only concern is the kitchen cabinets.. they are too old and dusty.. I put my clean dishes inside but every time I wanna use them I have to clean them all over again. The wood in the cabinets is all rotten and it brings out the dust that looks like soil. Hope they can update

I have been living here for over a year and I have never had any problems. My neighbors are great, the office staff has always been helpful, and the location of my apartment is wonderful. I live in a townhouse, which I absolutely love. The cabinets are outdated, but overall I have had a great experience here.

I currently live in Windsor Arms, horrible place to live. Mold in bathrooms that have been painted over, leaking sinks, loud and outdated heating and air, dirty carpet, dirty wood flooring, holes in closets, doors not installed properly...etc anything you can think of. I hate it here, management doesn’t care they just want your money.

I love everything about our apartment. The size, setup, cleanliness, and the location. It’s quiet and the neighbors are nice.

What happen to helping customer said I have evictions on my record from a place I never stay at before place a joke bathrooms old carpet cheap walls dirty..

Very UNSAFE place to live. When you first move in, of course they will tell you that’s the safest community. I encourage you to ask other tenants.

They are awful ... attitudes are ugly .. I have an eviction from them when I left waaayyy before I even got an eviction ... even after they said they will work out something with me .. they don’t know what they doing and every employee say something different every time so everything be a misunderstanding ... need to be more organized

They have a rule where they can walk in your apartment when ever they want. And when i confronted them about it they said its there property they can walk in when ever they want to. But the office people are really niceUPDATE! So they came in my apartment while I was at work and my friend was over so she let them in. She left and locked the door with my key and turned off the air. Once i walk back in my apartment that is 761$ a month for a 1 br. It was freezing cold my air was set to 65 and my door was left unlocked. Im so done with this place

I just moved in last week and I got EXCELLENT tenant service from the team at Windsor Arms. The employees are very polite, helpful, and friendly. I enjoyed being in the office with them and The cabinets are indeed pretty outdated, but nothing that cant be overlooked.

Although the space was great it was super overpriced..... especially considering the roach infestation that they would do nothing about. Its savannah, there are roaches But this was like nothing I have ever seen before. It was absolutely deplorable, and they refused to do anything about it. These roaches seemed to pour out of our kitchen cabinets. We are very clean people but had to spend outlandish amounts of money on home bug repellent, traps and any kind of reinforcements we could think of. They only sprayed once every three months and when we first saw the apartment during the day youd never know, but when we moved in everything was crswling. It didnt matter what we did they dis nit ensure the cleanliness of underlyi g i frastructure or our nwifhbors, it was terrible. They refused to do anything about the holes in the walls between apartments and did not take any of our concerns to heart. When I moved I took nothing with me because it was so disgusting. This place is terrible.

This place is a horrible to reside. The apartments and townhomes are old and need to be rebuilt. The management will NOT fix anything at all. I had holes in my kitchen sink, bathroom looked like a one star motel, horrible customer service, etc. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

Im really tired of the washers and dryers never working in the complex. The machines are really outdated and take your money Every time. The staff needs to do something about updating some of the washers and dryers......

The Heat is Unbearable to Sleep@night or day in this apartment Upstairs in Windsor Arms... The AC unit is Old and Outdated.. thermostat is Useless!.. filter is FILTHY.. The Maintenance Workers is Rude and seems to be annoyed that they have to do any work in the apartment when a maintenance request is required!..

The cost of rent in a townhome apartment without a dishwasher is not worth it. The upgrade of a townhome apartment should be highly considered.

The rent is extremely high for what your paying for would not recommend. After lease is up Im out of here.

Cant ever get people on the phone, had someone sighn for a important pacage and no help from the staff.
