The front office, especially Julie, was extremely helpful and always kind. They made sure every random maintenance request was completed and checked in to make sure it had been. No question was too minor for them and they always treated me with great respect. The apartments are immaculate!

At the moment you enter The Bowery it feels like home. The management is the best, she is always making the resident feel great, they are super friendly, professional and always do their job with passion (that is something you dont see in a lot of places). The amenities are great and they even have a coffee machine at the lobby for their residents. If you are far away from home this is the best place to be living, is supper cozy and you wont get home sick believe me. Something that I really like is that the neighbors are super friendly. 10/10

Overall it is pretty good. Almost all questions can be solved by asking the staff, and the staff will reply quickly and enthusiastically. But it is undeniable that the sound insulation inside the house is indeed not good enough. It is often inevitable to hear the residents sound upstairs; the sound is from the floor is not the human voice. All other things are ideal, the house is very new and beautiful, the transportation is convenient, and the location is perfect for me.

The Bowery is phenomenal. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. On the rare occasion I did have a work order it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself was beautiful and top quality. Loved calling The Bowery home!

The Bowery in Savannah has been home for my daughter for the past two years while she attended SCAD. She has graduated!! Julie S. who is the manager is absolutely the best and she truly cares about the facilities and the residents! Grounds and building are well maintained and security is first class. As a father, we could not have chosen a better place for my daughter to live. I would recommend The Bowery for anyone looking for a first class complex to live. We will miss you Bowery!

I loved my time living here! Very close to downtown and Forsyth Park. Also very clean and well-kept. The managers were kind and helpful and made my time here extremely easy. Would highly recommend!

The tenants hang out in the patio past midnight so singing songs extremely loudly so that all neighbors, even down the street, can hear them and cant sleep. They should definitely have some rules against noise past 10 or 11 pm.

I am a current resident of the Bowery and have lived here for over a year. This is by far the best place to live. New appliances, gated parking and friendly staff. Julie, the lady that runs it, goes above and beyond for the tenets and is always there for anything you need. Overall the best place I have ever lived.

Highly recommend this apartment building for Sav residents! Unbeatable location and amenities- especially the outdoor patio grilling area. Julie is the best too- super helpful and easy to work with. Great experience here so far.

The Bowery was my home away from home for the last two years while I completed my degree. I honestly, got a little emotional leaving because I had become so close to the building manager, Julie. She is both amazing at her job and a friend you can count on. Rarely did anything go wrong in my apartment, but a lightbulb needed changing or closet shelf needed adjusting, the job was finished within a day. A great maintenance team and building manager is always key with rentals, especially in Savannah. Dont take your chances with older home rentals or Drayton Towers (former tenant). Pick The Bowery, it will save you a headache with both your apartment and your car parking.

Given that it appears my previous reviews have been scrubbed, let me again elaborate on how terrible MyNicheApartments is: When our lease ended they slapped us with nearly $3K in erroneous fees plus another $800 for a few pieces of trash left in the unit and a small table, which the property manager actually **took home for herself to put in her own home**. Despite being told we could move out iteratively and pay day-by-day, we ended up paying for 1.5 months additional rent we didnt owe.Having researched their other properties, this is not an uncommon practice for this company. Moreover, upon going back to the building to retrieve my $1200 Schwinn bicycle, which had my name on it, I was told that the bike was no longer my property as I had already turned my keys in. Even after summoning a police officer, they refused to return my bike. It took me calling multiple city officials who intervened to get them finally to agree to return my bike on what they referred to snottily as good faith. The nerve of this company to treat tenants in this fashion is unfathomable. Stay far away.Apparently, too, the property manager has no knowledge of free speech laws or what defamation actually is; see the screenshot here for her threats to have a company attorney take action against me for simply requesting my bike back. I have made zero false claims. Having studied libel law at Columbia Law School, I think I know what counts as defamation. I also know I have the right to share my story of the way this company treated us as tenants, despite us paying premium market price for a building that constantly was losing power and having various issues that required emergency maintenance.Also, if you view the first email, youll see the property manager claim the bike had been destroyed. Which was clearly a lie, and I knew it, because I had a Tile locator attached to it, and it was showing up in the bike room just as it always was.Ill let the emails speak for themselves.P.S. – They give move-in discounts if you write positive Google/Facebook reviews, so take the 5-stars with a grain of salt.
