I just moved in here this past February and the rest of my family moved in mid March. Honestly, I really like the management team here. I’m new to this state and area and they’ve been incredibly helpful and patient with me.The beginning of my stay here was a little rocky to be honest but the management that now runs the property only just bought this complex in September 2020 and they’ve had to play a lot of catch up according to a few of my neighbors. Long story short, once they got a new maintenance team, things have really gotten amazing here. Random stuff breaks, as anything does really, and their turn around time to fix this is really great! Even when I became an over baring, and slightly paranoid parent, they were willing to listen to my complaints and brought in someone to clean my air ducts. (I’m a little intense when it comes to my kids health.) the only downside about living here is that some of the residents are (a minimal amount) less than intelligent and have broken the security arm thing that protects people from running into the gate. They’ve literally broken three of them. I’m not putting any blame on the management or the maintenance team for that. They can’t stop people from their choices.The only thing that I would request is a larger dog park. That’s it. I love it here. That’s the only thing I would change realistically.

I’ve lived here for a month and my AC has gone out NUMEROUS times . The apartment complex is not well unkept and honestly embarrassing to have guests over for very basic things, like air conditioning. Will NOT be renewing my lease. 0/10 recommend

Don’t live here at all. The office find way to charge you a lot extra money. When you check out even you clean the room very well, they won’t give you any money back. This office is horrible. Everything is not new before you live, but they let you to pay these old furnitures.

Dirty carpet! Old dishwasher, more than 20 years old and damaged, can’t clean my dishes but can break them, the manage team never wants to replace it. Awful living experience. I will tell all my friends that don’t move there.

I can’t say enough good about this complex and all of the staff here. My daughter and I have moved around all over the country and this is by far our favorite place we have lived. Safe, clean, huge units, affordable, and fun. Not much more I can ask for. Kelly at the front office is always super helpful and very understanding. They are always doing fun things for residents like waffle parties and Halloween events. We love it here!

HORRIBLE! Apartments of such quality as these is overpriced. Best to choose The Legends, The Fountains, and The Mark which is located 2 minuets away from Walden. All of which are better priced and of much higher quality. I am paying $1,488 for a 2 bed 2 bath old run down unit. When its time to extend lease they want to go higher than that to $1,508!!!! Its as if they want you to move out. When I moved in there was a lamp fixture that was missing from one of the bedrooms and we requested for someone to place a light in the fixture to which we were told that our rent would be higher if that is done. Ive never heard that before!!! We did not complain and chose to replace our self. Old carpets, broken fridges, old sinks and not to mentioned an always broken GATE! They should not advertise as a gated community! This place needs remodeling or greatly lowering their rates to suffice the quality. Its the oldest apartments on the block. Mandatory valet trash service included which we never use. Other than that the residents here is just like anywhere else. The only thing that this community has done right is get rid of Lu Hall who was the manager. But I truly feel that we have been taken advantage of as price does not suffice the quality and our requests were not taken seriously.

Safe apartment which is tough to find in Savannah. All of the staff are great. Kelly’s always been responsive to any concerns I or the other residents have.Maintenance staff is always out there no matter the temperature:). No issues so far.

This 5 star is for Cory who came out of his way to fix the timer on the freezer during this period of time. He’s an amazing person who’s always smiling and good at what he does! I wish I could give him 10 stars!!

I have lived at this complex for over five years and I LOVE IT! The grounds are beautiful and well kept... the pool especially!The location couldnt be better... just minutes from downtown, the airport, and shopping outlets. The staff are wonderful, patient, kind and helpful. Maintenance is always in a timely manner, in fact the staff couldnt be more helpful. They have been more than patient and fair with any complaints about trash, giving residents ample opportunity to comply with the lease requirement. I feel safe and secure here and the staff go out of their way to create a “community” type atmosphere. Very happy and thankful to be living here!

Friendly and hard working staff, especially the maintenance guys, on more than one occasion theyve helped me out or provided me with answers to questions I had about the property. Huge shout out to Marvin and Tommy! Thanks guys

(Updated)I could not live here longer (I lived only 4 months) because of an unpredictable reason which no one could expect, but I am glad that I could leave without any complex problem. I will get all deposit back, just needed to move out.The staff is kind, but apartment is not new. I still have a good impression about the management. :) it is still fair to live in here!

Walden is a great place to live!! I love it here!! So beautiful and peaceful. Raymoni is always helpful and sweet when I go in for packages!!

Fountains at Chatham and Legends at Chatham are way better than here. My friends live there and they have never complained about anything . They have no trash fee, no late responds to services request. I wish my lease ends soon so I can move to there.

I really enjoy staying here a t Walden！ My friends a n d I are happy to call this home。Raymoni is t he best！Shes always willing to help a n d will go above a n d beyond 😄

I like this apartment home and I have been living there for two years. the apartment be managed well and they are really friendly people, the location is quite and safe. best apartment in savannah.im currently in one bedroom one bathroom plan, perfect place for living.

Walden is phenomenal!!! This is my escape away from school. Raymoni at the front office is always amazing and helpful ❤️

Ive been here at the Waldens for over 3 years. Love it!!! Quiet, sits off the main road so very private. The staff is awesome!!!!

Lived here for a little over 3 years. Management and maintenance teams were always helpful. Its a big complex, sometimes you need to remind them about your workorders but its not too much trouble. Unfortunately they also had a 24 hour cheap soda machine and i was often pitted with the choice of laundry or coke. The coke always won.

Terrible apartment. very poor rental experience. extra charge often. Service so slow. Mandatory garbage fees, but often forget to collect garbage.

Ive been living here for about a month now, and I would say its OKAY. When we moved into our apartment there was a lot of damages, and things that had to be fixed (lights being out, drawers not being able to pull out, carpet coming out, toilet was/still is broken) The residents here are very disrespectful and loud, blasting music by the pool until 3 am. on weekdays & weekends, which is very frustrating when you have to wake up early for work. Another really disappointing thing is the trash situation. People leave their garbage bags on the stairs,there is food/trash left on the stairs and on each apartment floor, and when you go by the dumpster it is over flowed with trash bags, furniture, and boxes (it seriously looks like they do not take the trash out of the dumpster EVER, because ever since we moved in the pile around the dumpster gets larger and larger). It smells terrible and looks dirty.. The laundry room is very small, and not taken care of. It is a pretty large neighborhood, but residents have to share 6 washers and 6 dryers. Which is impossible. People take other people’s clothes out of the washer/dryer and leave them on top of the machines. People also get their stuff stolen all the time.The staff is very nice & helpful, I just feel like there is a lot of room for improvement.

Best place to Stay in savannah Safe and staff is so friendly greet manger Lu and Mr grafton, but some residence thrown there trash near stairs, And extra thing I recommend from the office is to Spray the insecticide around the areaThank You

Their room is very good.Only thing I dont like is that the office keeps our package and usually they tell us one day delay.So even if I order something online with overnight, i get it 2 days after.

The office staff is nice, but it is pricey.

Pool is really good, people nice but an apartman is really old.

DONT STAY HERE theyre slum lords! The manager lu hall is a big liar and the staff never knows whats going on! I had a situation where the floors where damaged and coming up before we even moved into the apartment and the manager lu hall said that they were going to fix it in a few weeks of us moving in..so a few months before our lease was up after the floor got really bad and I was complaining because my 1 year old was tripping over the floors..they decided they want to fix it..she told me to give them a date to fix it and she will confirm the date with the company well I didnt receive any calls but the company came to my house to and I told them I wasnt notified that they was coming...(they wanted us to take everything out our house to redo the floors and they werent gonna pay for any damages if they where ruined from being outside). I get a call from lu saying I will have to pay for the company coming out and if I wanted the floors done I would have to pay for it myself!!! I refuse to pay! And get this the floors were already expired so they needed to be redone anyways...haha but not on my dime! I THINK SHE JUST WANTED TO POCKET THE MONEY!! THEN LIED TO MY FACE SAYING I CONFIRMED THE DATE WITH HER! LIAR!! THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET EXTRA MONEY! AND THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!
