My maintenance experience went very well. He ended up having to completely replace my smoke alarms and Anthony replaced my dining room light. Earlier in the day he offered to take my trash to dumpster along with some boxes. That was so helpful to me. I would also like to commend Antonio for spraying some wasp nest near my apartment. I am very allergic to wasp. He stopped what he was doing and took care of the wasp right away. I see these gentlemen working so hard on a daily basis. Thank you!

Maintenance takes forever to actually get to your apartment. The apartments are nice but not worth the money you pay for them. The management is nice but not very helpful.

Don’t bother living here, it looks nice on the outside but if anything goes wrong with appliances or anything don’t expect speedy response. I went without ac for 9 MONTHS and the fix was actually pretty simple. Had a dripping faucet for 3 months and went without a washer for a month and a half. Then upon move out you have to give 60 days notice. Who knows where they are going to live 60 days prior. So of course we had to pay for another month. But the worst part is they did their final walk through without any of us on the lease there, and then hit us with a 1700 dollar bill 1500 of it saying the carpets were soiled and 200 for the apartment “not being cleaned” now I wish I had just got my stuff and left. I did clean that apartment. It took days to do. And how could our floors be soiled when we didn’t have pets! Normal wear and tear does NOT constitute a 1700 dollar move out charge. They then said we have 14 days to pay or it’s going to collections. I have called and called trying to get some explanation on this nonsense and no one has picked up or call back when I leave a message. This place is a scam DO NOT LIVE HERE.

We fell in love with Osprey On The Bluffs! When we toured, the apartment was gorgeous and the community was super clean. We could tell it was well taken care of by seeing maintenance working and picking up while we toured. Dominique was extremely helpful and got me everything I needed same day! Unfortunately we weren’t able to move to the area, but when we do we will absolutely be leasing an apartment here! Very impressed!

Lmao when they realize that scra does cover basic training because basic training is considered active duty. Perhaps they should have consulted with a legal team instead of a fat office manager deciding what she thinks is the law so they can bilk people out of more money.

Nice staff, unhelpful though. Very expensive for an awful living space. Within first week of living here appearances of lizards, small crabs, cockroaches, spiders began to be present, and then the place becomes infested with bugs. After one month, my arms, body, and legs are absolutely covered in bug bites and scars that will last a lifetime. Coming home feels like a war zone with unwelcome creatures and no way out. Paid an absolute fortune to live here too.

Look at this place and tell yourself you are happy paying $1015 for this place? No car wash, no dog area, no gas grill, a bathtub for a pool, a stretch area for a gym and at night you never have parking. On top of that the adjacent complexes to osprey are all ghetto to the max. Seriously if you want to pay 1015 for a place that’s worth 450 on a good day then go for it

Let me start off by saying my girlfriend lives in 2 bedroom 2 bath renovated apartment with a roommate. There has been black mold in the apartment stemming from a leak in the AC unit. The leak was not fixed. They were lied to about it being fixed on more than 1 occasion. Now in the meantime they have to spend 5 days in a 1 bed/1 bath UNrennovated apartment. There are 2 of them. Until their new apartment is ready. The office is not straight with you about whats happening, then when its a mess up on their part you get less than you pay for while they try to fix their mistake.

Run. Run as fast as you can and dont look back!We drove all the way across the country thinking we were moving in to an apartment we paid a deposit on (a month before) only to find out it wasnt ready and maybe next week. Next week? Then they used my emergency contact to try and get ahold of me to tell me my apartment is ready even though we told them we wouldnt live there if it was the last apartment in Savannah. Scared my poor daughter half to death because it wasnt even an emergency. This is the WORST managed office I have ever encountered in 45 years of life. Not only are they completely incompetent but rude as well, I felt like I was bothering them when I showed up after driving for 4 days to move into my apartment. Plus the property looks like a run down hovel, the pool isnt even filled. Thankfully we decided to check out Heron on the Bluffs of our own accord and it was a much better experience and Lisa is absolutely fabulous! Im glad we decided to check out this place!

Had I known, what I was going to go through when I considered applying for these apartments, I would of kept driving and never looked back.We stayed in our apartment exactly a month. 30 days, and had more maintenance issues than possible in the span of 30 days and on top of that we were sold a Crappy apartment that flooded. When we asked if the apartment flooded, manager lied to us and told us no. After 20 minutes of rain, our entire apartment flooded. They made transferring to another unit so difficult for us that we then decided to leave the complex all together. After we discussed this with the manager she told us she understood our situation and would not charge us for a termination fee because it wasnt our fault. After we already moved out, terminatd the lease, turned in the apartment, gave them the keys and just signed it overAn hour later, the manager herself who told me she wouldnt charge me, told me she had to charge me the termination fee. She continued to fight with me, and demand we pay the termination fee. These people dont care about your comfort as a resident, they especially dont care about you or your needs, and dont care about the conditions you are living in as long as they get money thats all that matters. These people, are slumlords and will do anything just to cheap you of your money. If your looking for comfort, ease and relaxation these apartments arent the one.And if you move in, demand to see the apartment before anything. Or they will sell you a vacated apartment that floods, just to get another rent payment. These apartments, let alone the staffing is not worth the amount of money you will pay here for rent. Trust me. Go somewhere else.Take it from someone who wishes I never even looked in their direction.

Management is terrible, maintenance is terrible, I had to fix everything in my apartment on my own because I would put in a work order for them to come fix what was wrong but they never came, and I asked the office several times, supposley they get a bug man to come spray the apartments but that dont happen, theres roaches and bugs all through this place, they dont keep up with anything, its definitely not worth the money to live here. They promised a pool, they promised a gym, and this was 4months ago. All they do is lie to your face and take your money.

Do not move here, management and maintenance are the worst. The owners of this property do not care about you, they want your money and thats it. I wish we never would have invested money into this place. Took almost an entire month to move in. As far as the sign that says renovated, their definition of that is Jerry rigging things, patching holes, and filling in gaps with pieces of wood.Management does not know how to lead their team in order to get tasks done. You pay 1k a month for an apartment that does not even have all its amenities done. Their routine is to show residents a model that got all its renovations done correctly rather than walk you through your actual apartment.Youll sign the papers and then you wait three to four weeks to get in while your move in date was suppose to be earlier than that. Worst apartment complex Ive ever been a part of.

I never write reviews on stuff but I just want to make sure no one ever has to deal with it here. Your renovated apartments you get will be unfinished or falling apart and no one will ever get in there to fix it. Ever. And if they do they dont actually fix it, they just tell you they are ordering the parts. The mail box situation has been insane. There are too many problems with this place and I dont think anyone even tries to fix it.

PROsMel is awesome, Cindy can be too. I have lived here since 2005 and I initially fell in love with the aesthitics of the property. The tenants are usually nice and for the most part it is a crime free neigborhood. Outside of an occasional burglary and shooting and domestic dispute, (but that can happen anywhere right)? They have done some amazing renovations to the property. It was a work in progress and and required of lot of patience with the noise, but in the end the changes were good changes.CONsHowever, despite the changes and the awesome staff the apartments still need a lot of work. Its like giving plastic surgery to a 60 year old the outside looks great but that inside though. The apartment complex has been bought out three times they are over 30 years old. Sometimes it takes a little while for maintenance requests to be completed in its entirety and can take a couple of revisits to complete an open work order. Upon speaking with the maintenace guys they have been shorthanded and can only do so much as two people. It seems to me that the office is only working in the capacity thats been extended to them and they may need new owners. If you think about going over their heads is gonna help ..think again. I have gone that route and the the home office didnt return my calls and the regional mananger couldnt find the time to address my concerns. When your needs as a tenant arent being met it can definitely come across that they dont seem to care about their tenants. Mel and Cindy always LISTEN to my concerns, but addressing them can take a little while. Its a big job to manage a rental property especially when your given a tight budget to stay within and your short staffed. The units are far from soundproof, If you have the displeasure of living in a downstairs apartment you can hear EVERYTHING. It sounds like elephants running over your head if anyone has kids or pets. My apartment the windows leak, has mildew (they sprayed it away now there is only the smell), electrical issues to name a few of the major concerns. My recommendation is if you decide to move here, because it is a nice complex overall, but they are OLDER so keep that in mind. If you have a concern with that then you should to find somewhere else to rent from. After all I have managed to stay here this long how bad can it be 😐

Imy boyfriend and i were told our apartment would be ready on the 10th of December and it is still not finished going on January 6th and when asked if I could have the appropriate rent back they told us we still had to pay the full amount of 960. Maintenence is absolutely terrible they continuously lied to us and told us they would be here to work on it and they wouldnt show up and he would lie to the front desk clerk about the work he did. Calling corporate so far has not helped us. We havent even been here 2 months and I am very unsatisfied and have never felt so u welcomed and neglected as a brand new tenant. Do more research and dont let the sample apartment fool you.

Its absolutely horrible here. Its one of the worst experiences Ive ever had to deal with in Savannah. When me and my roommates moved in about a day later the pipes to the water heater started to leak. After putting in a work order I thought they had fixed the problem but sure enough it was still broken. It took a whole month and blaming it on our NEW washing machine before it was actually fixed. And the only reason it was fix is because I had to stand behind the plumber and make sure he actually fixed it cause he obviously didnt know what he was doing the first time. And I have no clue why the other reviewer would even be able to put 5 stars on this place

I was told my apartment would be ready on July 13th, so I decided to set my move in date for the 18th. We tried to call back 6 times and emailed twice and received no answer. Finally we got a call back from the sister property, Heron on the Bluffs the day before we were coming down. I moved in on the 18th. That day, I wasnt allowed into the apartment without giving all of my information and signing the lease. Upon actually entering the apartment, after being forced to sign before I checked anything out, we discovered that this renovated apartment wasnt finished at all. The dish washer wasnt installed and actually was shorting out the circuit breaker, 4 of the electrical sockets in the living room didnt work, the screen porch door didnt have a screen, there were no kitchen drawers, the ice maker in the refridgerator wasnt hooked up, there was a hole between the dishwasher and the corner of the cabinets thatwas big enough that my cat could climb into, there were no outdoor lights. After giving a list of problems to the management, an electrician came and fixed the outlets and the dishwasher. But otherwise, Ive lived in this apartment now for 4 weeks and I still dont even have kitchen drawers or a screen on my porch (Ive now given management 5 lists of the same problems with no result yet) And now, 2 days ago, my air conditioner stopped working. Ive called maintenance three times and told the management twice (including today about 3 hours ago) and now Im sitting in my 87 degree apartment that Im stuck with for the next year because no one has fixed anything.
