Very rushed and only used one filing tool. Bumpy uneven poor quality. I would have rather paid for press one from the drugstore than have these. A construction worker can do better nail than you guys.

I LOVE this nail salon. They are all so nice and they ALWAYS take care of me. Leslie is my new go-to person! She was so sweet the entire time and totally turned my ugly, neglected nails into beautiful, simple pieces of art that I get to now show off confidently! Thank you Leslie!!!

AMAZING! My first experience here and it wont be my last! I cant believe how amazing my nails turned out! Im thrilled that they were able to do what I really wanted done. And for only $30! I got a gel ombre with sparkles! I literally couldnt be happier!

Natalie did my pedicure and was very sweet but I took my sister and the lady who did her nails did her nails how she wanted NOT how my sister asked. My sister picked a color and the lady told her she didnt like the color. Then she asked what shape and my sister wanted the coffin look but the lady said Im going to make them square, they look better. This lady did not have good customer service skills at all. Will not be back! Unfortunately my sister did not get a name.

I initially had a 5 star experience. However within 3 days of my service I had 2 broken nails on a natural dip manicure. I call to tell them what happened they tell me to come in for the repair. They then charge me to repair my nails. The fault was not mine it was the operator. Yet I was charged again for something that was not my fault. This charge was enforced by the manager who tells me they only repair after 2 days the 3rd day is full price. Im incredibly unhappy. As a local business owner myself, customer service is essential. will not be back on the simple fact that their customer service is lacking considerably!

I couldn’t make it to my normal nail place and I decided to try someplace new that has been recommended to me. I needed to get a basic gel manicure for my engagement photos. I tried to talk to the tech about color choice and she was not willing to engage and then she proceeded to give me the fastest and worst manicure I have ever received. The only redeeming part was the nail shape was okay. Other than that. This was a miss. I won’t be going back. It’s too bad this place was way closer to home.

I was visiting from out of state and walked in to get my gel polish re done. My nail tech was super sweet and did an amazing job on both my nails and the waxing of my eyebrows. Can’t beat the prices they have either. Thanks Champagne Nails for a great experience while on my vacation.

I’ve been here a couple times and have been really pleased with the service and results! Below is acrylic w/ gel. This is a nicer, bigger nail salon which seems to be open pretty late. I always come in around 5 or 6 without an appointment to avoid waiting. They’ve been able to see me right away the past two times. So pleased, I will be coming back!

This was my second visit here & I will be a permanent customer. Great service right when you walk into the door! The atmosphere is welcoming and very clean. I have Nancy do my nails and I love her! Tell her what you want and she will amaze you. Price is great!

Barely greet me. Then the woman that’s going to do the nails just ask what color? No a hello or anything. Seats me down. Another customer comes to complain about her nails and the employee asks me to move away so she can fix the nails of the other customer. No one hair of customer service or common kindness. I left.

I went in for a pedicure and a fill, my first time ever visiting. I called ahead and they were able to get me in that day. What I loved was that I was in and out without it feeling like they were rushing. Someone did my pedicure at the same time that someone else did my fill. They were extremely sweet, nice ladies. The shop was beautiful and everyone was very professional. Great experience overall!

I like this place.. but i had an appointment at 1200 and at 1240, i had not been started... Its not them I Im not super patient. They provide great service and my nails look great when i am finished.

Yvonne was awesome today. She takes her time to make sure you have the bombest massage during your pedicure. I also like how they offer you drinks, thats pretty nice of them. This nail salon is bigger than most of the salons Ive been to and they have more nail techs around, so I didnt feel rushed at all. I will be returning!

This is my second time here and both times I had an appointment and they make you wait but I think it’s worth the wait. The place is a lot nicer than other nail salons I’ve been to they give you water or other drinks there that make you feel so spoiled. They’re main focus is acrylic nails and they do an amazing job my nails look amazing they took off all my nails and put on new ones cleaned my nails and made them look perfect which is great since I’m a bit of a perfectionist and start messing with my nails.

Very relaxing environment! Great for kids too, my 9 yr old loves this place and all the people who work here too! Wonderful atmosphere and perfect attention to their clients.

I love this place! Very clean, organized, and the women do a great job of getting my nails right everytime! They also dont make me feel bad for asking for a little longer under the UV light. They have no issue helping me out! I love the beverage that came with my first couple experiences there too! Hope that part stays!

First few times where great, a week ago I made an appointment for 11:30 didnt get touched till almost one .. the older man didnt understand what I wanted and did a very poor job on my nails .. and there very rude when it come to paying, ( give me your card ) also when I was almost done I seen 2 little cockroaches running around .. yep so Im done with this place. Waste of time and money

This was my 1st visit and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is, like the name, upper class and sophisticated yet inviting, very spa like, with ample chairs and extremely clean. My nail technician, Julie, listened to my desires, took her time and did a marvelous job. I had acrylics with gel overlay. I also had a pedi and Angie gave me one of the best pedicures Ive ever had, also taking her time and making me feel important. The entire experience was wonderful. The prices are reasonable and I plan to be a regular customer. Thank you!

I asked the host how long to get a fill and was told 30-40 min, expect to be seated immediately but expect to also wait there for at least 15-25 min by the time the attendant started with my nails she was so rushed and hurt my cuticles and I expressed it! This is my 3rd visit to this salon and every experience was low. They do offer champagne.

Mimosa with my pedi! It is a long wait even if you make a reservation but I dont get my mails done in a rush. Its better to take route time, get them done, and just relax.

Toni is the best around. But be prepared if u make an appt you still will wait they dont take into consideration that people dont have 30 min to wait for them to take a walk in right before your SCHEDULED appt. Its quite rude and if I can find somewhere else to do as good a job I would never come back here 😡

The service at Champagne nails spa is superb with an offer of red wine, white wine or mimosa. the only thing is the staff took the unfinished wine without asking.

Its an okay place. Not the best. Definitely not coming back. Nails are bubbling and weird shaped. Did not like for my first time.

This was my go to nail place BUT after they turned me away today they have lost a faithfulCustomer. I went in on Thursday right before going to my goddaughter graduation, I was in a hurry & when I got home noticed my nails were lumpy & all different shapes. I went in today to ask if they’d be able to fix them& the lady that seems like the manager always running around everywhere helping everyone said no they were to busy to fix them.

The guy that did my nails did a horrible job. I ask for a specific look and he gave me something completely different. He kept leaving me to answer the phone, which I didn’t mind the first time but after the third it was getting ridiculous. He also went to deep with his machine that he broke skin. My nails look bubbly and lumpsided and He never cut my nails or fixed my cuticles he just glued some fake nails, something I could have done and slapped some acrylic. Now my natural nails are sticking out from the fake glued ones and gunk is now collecting there. Over all my nails look horrible, crooked, and they hurt too. Not worth paying $35 wich at first he said it was $30. Never coming here again. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

The lady who did my eyebrows was somewhat nice but my eyebrows dont look the same. At the end she left the bottom of my eyebrows with hair and told me to do them and said that it was to much work. All bad

A male did my nails and he didn’t do a very good job. I was there when they were about to close and it seemed like he just wanted to finish them in a hurry. He also left big spaces between my cuticles so they look grown out already.

Ever since I stumbled upon them last year for my birthday I haven’t wanted to go anywhere else!! They’re usually busy so I recommend making an appointment but they’re amazing !!

This is my first time here, I was excited to do my nails manicure and pedicure, first they told me they can do the design that I want, but after he started doing my nails the guy said no I cant do the design. He filled my nail really bad. I decided to do french because they cut my nails really short( I went there with long natural nail ). After the guy couldnt do the French the lady that deems was one of the managers did my nails, she was on rush and my nails doesnt look good.and the French are not even. This was the last time. I dont recomared this shop.

I always get my nails done there but this time I asked one of the workers how much was it change the color of my nails because I didn’t like the color I got before I had been there the day before and came back for that reason and the worker had said 10$ for gel and on their manual it says 7 still understandable and then as I sat down and the guy worker started taking off my nail polish another blunt order later told me “17” and I said why 17 she just said 10 and I was like okay well I’ll get the 10 dollar one and I left annoyed and called and asked for the same thing I got to see what they’d say and they literally said 22 for the change of color please get your prices right next time and too lie to customers that have been there for hours about not having a bathroom is cruel thank you

This is one of the best nail places Ive been to. They have been open for just a month and Ive been in 3 times!! I have lots of family and friends going here now! Its fantastic!

They didnt do what I asked. Whether or not you like how I like my nails shouldnt matter to them. They squared my nails when I asked to keep them rounded. Couldnt do hombre finish. And it took 2 hours for a man and pedi. On top of all that, it was so hot in there I was sweating. Never again.

Such a gem! They took me in early, had great service, and quality work. Also, the atmosphere is very relaxing.

I went here once before and my nails looked great. I came again and some older guy did my nails. Heres a list of all the things that went wrong:-was wearing used/ old/ ripped latex gloved when he started on me- filed my nails but did not have me wash my hands so all the nail dust is underneath the polish and my hands felt gross the whole time-kept picking lint off my painted nail then just painting over the lint.- left huge gaps between my side cuticles- dint even cover all the gel with a clear top coat so some nails have sots of dingy paint- proceeded to separate the skin that was fused to my nail with the COARSEST nail file... that was being rubbed into my skin over and over.... Im now bleeding from it so hopefully i dont get a staph infection from the used nail file-after he finished painting he used the coarse nail file on all my nails... which made the edges rough and destroyed the seal between my nail and gel polish- left splotches of gel paint on my fingers- since I did not get to wash my hands after the nail filing, the massage was essentially just him rubbing crumbly nail particles into my fingers/arms with his disgusting bumpy latex glovesIn the end I ended up with the worst manicure I have ever had/seen. Unfortunately I was too passive to say anything there and wasted 25$ on a dirty gel manicure with bumps and fuzz and blood and unfinished spots.

Dont bother showing up and expecting to get services until maybe an hour after arrival.. first of all she was over 1/2 hour late opening. And then someone comes in and swooped my spot 45 min before her appointment time. Not professional at all.

Mmmm, Im almost not liking the nails anymore, they dont make them so very much ala Carrera, they leave the nails unpolished and very uneven and you tell them the service you want and they do what they want.
