I love the set up of this salon. However I was not at all pleased with the customer service or the quality of my pedicure. I feel like my pedicure was totally rushed, the lady came off as if she didn’t even want to take me as a customer. My polish wasn’t the color I wanted and it wasn’t even set up when I got home hours later! The lady that did my nails was almost as bad. She sat on the phone for 3 minutes before even acknowledging I had sat down! It was incredibly awkward. She knicked my finger a few times with the electric tool they use and my fingers are so sore now.

This was the worst manicure I have EVER recieved. The customer service was horrible. There was an employee who arrived as my service was almost complete she gave me the dirtiest look. They sincerely need to be reported. Do not waste your time or money.

They shouldn’t take appointments if they can’t honor the scheduled appointment time. I can understand waiting 10 minutes but not 50 minutes. No thank you, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Lady cut too much around my nail, making it bleed, and proceeded to use acetone to clean the nail polish up. Didn’t even say sorry, and actually ASKED me for a tip. Yeah, nope, will never return.

I have heard great things about this nail salon, so I finally tried it. Super clean and nice staff, but my pedicure went badly. The gel on my nails cracked less than a week later (usually gel lasts 4-5 weeks for me) and it ended up flaking off and looking really bad. I paid more than I have ever paid for nail service in San Marcos as well. I ended up going somewhere else to get my nails redone only 2 weeks after getting the gel done. Will not return.

The pedicure started out fine, however when it got to painting my toenails and final touches - things went south QUICKLY. gel polish is intended to last and as soon as I left and started inspecting my feet they look TERRIBLE. every single toe is not painted fully. there are huge chunks of polish missing from the sides and bottom. it’s so bad they already look grown out and like I did them myself with regular polish. in addition to this - the woman painting them snipped the side of my toenail last minute and I immediately started bleeding. because of this I was given a 5% discount and this pedicure STILL ended up $67. all around terrible quality, terrible pricing, TERRIBLE. would absolutely not recommend for anything, even things as simple as a mani/pedi.

Nasty place and rude . Tried to over charge and when I questioned they got angry. The technician did a half way job. He used the same stainless steel instruments out of a plastic box and did not alcohol or sterilize.them before or after. After use he put back in box - nasty. We just moved here and I selected this place due to proximity to our hotel.

I have had Acrylic nails consistently for over 3 years. I know what can and cannot be done. I also know what to expect when I ask for a fill and a look based off of a photo. I have attached what I asked for and what I got. The gel color was not complete or dry when I left. The Technician whom did my nails filed so hard I was bleeding and did not paint the gel evenly causing bubbling. I could clearly see the large sign that read no refunds at all no exceptions so I knew better than to even mention I was less than satisfied. I only came here due to my schedule - I do have a regular nail salon I attend, they were simply closed so I thought Id try this place out. It was a huge mistake and a huge waste of money.

You will get ingrown toe nails from this place. Do not get pedicures from here.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed yesterday. The lady that did them was in a rush and the top layer of my skin was peeled off. I have two big cuts on both sides and they burn like crazy. I have been putting neosporin and a cold washcloth on them. I wont be going here again.

Not very good customer service and my acrylics look awful, paid for gel for them to come out not shiny and messy.

Was amazing! I wish I lived closer bc it would be the only salon I would visit. I made an appointment same day 2 & a half hours before we were going and it was super easy to get ahold of them and to schedule the appointment. We had a party of 5 for pedicures and two acrylic nail sets, we arrived 35 minutes early and they took us almost as soon as we got there no problems. The owners were amazing, very nice and helpful and treated us like special guests. Everyone was very satisfied with what they got in our group! ! Will definitely go back if Im in the area again!

Do not spend your money here. Go anywhere else.

I had an appointment for a pedicure and the door was locked. After waiting for about 10 minutes I called the number and was told there was traffic and the shop would not be opening on time. I was told to come back later that morning. I returned as instructed and found them to have more people in the shop than I anticipated. Most were in a group and not social distancing. The person who did my pedicure did not wear a face mask despite the fact that there was a sign on the door telling all customers to wear a mask. Very disappointed with this place and will not return.

Came in to get a fill and broken nail fixed. Was quick to be seen, however, it was by far the most painful experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. The lady kept cutting deep into my cuticles with the nail file (and automatic one as well) to where they were bleeding and ignored the blood oozing out. When it came to putting the polish on, it BURNED. She didnt even cover the entire nail or put enough coats on. So please be sure to ask if you decide to get your nails done here. Overall, the salon is nice and holds a lot of potential, they simply need to step up their services and pay closer attention to details.

I live in the Cedar Park area and was visiting a friend in San Marcos. We decided to get our nails done here and I will say, I would drive to San Marcos simply for this place. The customer service was AMAZING. They do exactly what you ask and keep foreign speaking to a minimum. They talk to you instead of each other. I don’t normally tip at nail salons because they are more focused to talk about you to their coworkers in a language you can’t understand. Not this place. This place got a good tip and a great review because I appreciate everything they do and their customer service. I will highly recommend this place to anything in the San Marcos area

I had been in need of a new nail place for so long, and I am so glad I found Antibes Nails. I have been to many other nail salons in San Francisco, but nothing quite comes close to the quality of work you find here. Ive worked with a few of the women here, but my favorite by far is Nina! She is so meticulous with every nail, and it shows in the end product.I love that the owner knows all the regulars names! Its cute to hear her shout greetings from her desk to the ladies walking in. She has no issue jumping onto the floor to work on a client herself, which is good because the place is always packed.The thing I like the most is that people are always happy with each other, so friendly as a relative.

Its also just a really friendly atmosphere. I dont live in Green Valley, only visiting, but its obvious that and she team are well liked by their customers, too, which makes for a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. This salon is great. Great services, looks clean, nice equipment, everything is satisfactory. The first man I had was nice. He was very attentive, cleaned up any polish that was out of place and didnt judge when I laughed during the foot scrub. Great pedicure.Great experience overall and was not expensive.

I went in for a pedicure and manicure yesterday and while the pedicure wasnt bad man oh man my manicure turned out TERRIBLE!!!! Iam extremely dissatisfied with the way they turned out I had to correct her constantly throughout the whole process and the girl could barely understand what I was saying so she kept on ignoring what I had to say unless I pointed it out physically and say it 5 times. She was not attentive to detail what so ever and seemed like she was in a rush. She did not paint to the end of my nail so one day in and they already look 2 weeks grown out. I wish I could post a picture but google reviews wont give me an option right now.The tips are uneven and my dip is bulging and uneven. Would NOT recommend and will not be going back again

Went in today for a regular pedicure before a date and the woman was very gentle and took her time even though it was 30 minutes before closing. She did a wonderful job and was very kind. Ill definitely be coming back with my friend!

I work a lot and dont get to treat myself at all!!! I just wanted to do something relaxing and feel good at the same time!!! This was my first and last time Im going to this place my nails were crooked then she tried to fix them and they were worse, the whole experience was terrible!!!

Went here to get my eyebrows done when my normal place wasnt open. I will not be returning, the woman was rushed and left me sitting in the waxing room waiting. I had to fix them at home afterwards. It was a very pretty salon and seemed very clean though!

They were rushing, poor quality, the shape of the nails is horrible, overpriced, they cut my daughters cuticles made them bleed and then put something on them to to stop from bleeding that stung her. Bad customer service big thumbs down👎

I am allergic to chemicals in acrylics and just found this gem of a salon! Organic powder dips. Adrian has a gentle touch and great listening skills (which most salons lack). Great experience.

Went on Friday to get a dip an eyebrows waxed. My nails came out good but my eyebrows have many bold spot and the shape is horrible. Wouldnt recommend them for eyebrows!

This place has so much potential but leaves you very disappointed. They have a great color selection and the place itself is nice and new. The quality of work was absolutely terrible. I got the same guy twice and both times he tried to talk the place up, talk himself up etc. He took his time but wasn’t detailed and didn’t really pay close attention which is something I appreciate in a nail tech. After the nails were done he abruptly got up, didn’t bother to look at them to see if everything was good.. which they weren’t. The top coat he used was terrible and ruined my gel polish. It happened both times I went there. They are way over priced for the quality I received. All around a bad experience. Like I said, this place has so much potential but I will not be going back.

I dont know why some one would even try to talk bad about this place. I went for the first time an hour before closing. They were quick, kind and gave the best full set I have ever had. Kim was sweet and was on point! I will be a regular after today.

I got the worst nail tech they had available. She was aggressive and rude. She said I was difficult in Vietnamese without realizing I can understand what she is saying. First of all, I asked for gel and for some reason she put powder?? Secondly, she was filing this my thumb nail and I keep asking her to file more because it was UNEVEN. I didn’t ask for a slope. Thirdly, everything she did HURT. Also it feels like there is thick glue under my nails. Finally product looked like some 3 year old did it, there are air bubbles and the paint was unevenly dried some places. I came out with uglier nails lol. I didn’t even bother to complain because I just wanted to get out of there asap. Ask for 1 of the 2 guys if you decide to come, but it’s not worth it imho. I’m sticking to my place in Austin.

Got one of the worst pedicures Ive ever received - and got charged the full amount. I pointed out areas on my feet where she completely missed. She just repeated, Youre all finish. Told the manager and he didnt offer anything off OR to even have her fix it! My wife recommended this place, as shes been here quite a few times, but even she wasnt impressed today! Add insult to injury, we upgraded to the $42 option.

Don’t come here! Run, Run Far away! The worst place and service. I went in for eyebrows and the lady did them very thin. I explained what I wanted before hand. She messed up so badly they don’t look alike and completely took of my arch. I’m devastated and now have half eyebrow gone. They were upset and whispered when I explained crying. At the end I am to blame for stoping by. I will never return and i will be spreading the word to others. This place will not last long here at all. I should have read more reviews.

I asked for a french manicure with powder dip. When the tech pulled out what looked like acrylic, I protested and told her I didnt want acrylic. She insisted that she was using the powder I asked for. Sure enough, it was acrylic. She straight up lied. This isnt the first time I didnt get what I wanted or paid for. Gave them 4 chances, I will not be returning.

If I could I would give them no stars. I had shown them what I wanted and asked if it was going to be more and they told me no and they still charged me. Then they put words in my mouth and charged me for stuff I didnt ask for and they were just arguing w me while I was trying to compromise. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Overpriced!! Not worth it. My shellac isnt even smooth, its bumpy.. and the lady got very impatient and started to just not care and messed up my nails.

Most horrible manicure I’ve ever gotten. My shellac peeled off after just one week and I have the most awful hang nails. One of them went all the way back to my knuckle. They also misshaped my nails very badly and took a very long time just to complete a manicure. Definitely will not be returning.

The only thing that kept this from being a five star is it is not very relaxing. Too noisy in the pedi room, no soothing music etc

I came in on Monday the 28th with my two daughters. We all got pedicures. I paid for 1 deluxe and 2 basic. Total of almost 90 dollars. I normally tip at 20-30 when we all three go. This I tipped nothing... the were very friendly, but my deluxe message felt more like a tickle, when scraping my callus he was also way to gentle leaving most behind. It’s now Wednesday the 30th and my toes look awful... he didn’t shape my toes at all... the place was nice and clean, but they need to step up on their service. Only one out of three looks good...

They do not sanitize there tools proper they leave out in sun and reused them un sanitzied ewwww

I came in this morning on sunday at 11 when they opened for a ez pedicure ez manicure and was hoping for eyelashes. What i thought was going to be a relaxing sunday morning turned into a rushed experience for me! They did horrible job i wasnt even in the salon for more than 20 minutes and he was done with my pedi! my pedicure was so sloppy as they started attending to customers who were coming in for manicures. I thought being early and first was going to win me good customer service experience and it ended in sloppy service. i didnt get the mani done or the eyelashes since they did so horrible on my pedi. This place rushed certain clients to get to others i dont recommend a place like this. The tech i got was a small man who rushed my experience from reading other reviews it seems like this same guy is getting this business one stars if i ever decide on giving them another chance i will not let a man do my nails

Overpriced for quality. The service menu has misleading information. The nail package I selected said it came with 2 free nail decals and the tech said that only applied to children. When I asked about it, the nail tech rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. Would not recommend!

The man wasnt paying attention to me or my nails he was too busy watching a game on tv. Snatching my hand around, paint is not evenly spread. I dont like it taking the polish off as soon I can. Also he complained about the diamonds saying he didnt know how to do it. But if you work there you should know how to do everything.

This review is way overdue...ive been coming to Nina and Ivan for a few months now and have never left with nails that are nothing short of spectacular. They are masters at their craft, and they take so much pride in their work, as they should! Nina is so booked, that the only way you can get an appointment is to set your next visit before you leave. My nails have never been this amazing. They are the only nail techs i would trust, and I will never go anywhere else ever again.

First time here and will never be back. They tell you different prices on the phone and when you get here up charge. Very rude young boy in here as well. Knows nothing and says too much.

I needed to get my nails filled and didn’t have time to go to my usual place. My shellac ended up being too thin and have gotten 3chips in a week. My usual place lasts a month. Not very happy.
