Ive been going here for over 5 years. Their prices are reasonable, and the people are really nice. And I love that they always have nice music playing in the background! The owner is super nice and they do quality work. Best to call ahead and make appointment because now that theyre in their new location they get a lot of walk in customers. Will continue going to them for sure!

Outstanding pedicure treatments. Site follows sanitation practices, and staff members are well-trained. Very enjoyable experience with expert trimming of toe nails followed with soothing foot and leg massage. My husband and I highly recommend this business.

These ladies know what theyre doing! Im not used to getting my nails done, and they were very gentle and had lots of options to choose from if something didnt work out.(Pardon the blue hands.! I forgot gloves while dying my hair...)

I made an appointment for 530 and arrived a few minutes early. Was not seated until 545, and walked out at 6:05 because no one had began to provide service. What is the point of making an appointment if service is not even provided in an appropriate window. There was no communication on to what was going on either. Waiting a few minutes for not bother me but the lack of respect for ones time does. I do not recommend this location

The gals at Be Polished are kind and courteous. They use good gel products, as some of the best and most long lasting pedicures I have had have been done there. They are very thorough and really take their time. I do not feel rushed when I go in there like I do at some of the other salons.

I scheduled an appointment at 2 o clock for a pedicure and I waited an hour and I still wasn’t seated a bunch of people were being seated before me and this other girl that were also set for 2,o clock came 3 o clock and I left. I would expect that if I was a walk in but I called for an appointment for disappointed that they think they can treat people like this

I had the most terrible experience and will NEVER go here again. I made an appointment over the phone for 2:45pm and got there a little before myAppointment. The man at the desk said it would be about 30 minutes. ( already PASSED my appointment time) and I wasn’t seated until 3:35pm almost an ENTIRE HOUR after my scheduled 2:45 appointment. Once finished, we asked for a discount for our wasted time and terrible costumer service and he shook his head and just said “no”. I paid and left, he didn’t say sorry, or ANYTHING. I do NOT recommend coming here unless you want to waste your time and be treated poorly.

I was looking for a place open late and close to work and I stumbled upon this hidden gem. Its a smaller salon, and from what observed busy and packed with return customers (which is always nice). I didnt get the name of the two ladies that did my nails. Both were polite and engaged in some conversation. I showed one a picture of an ombre nail set I wanted and she executed it perfectly. I love my nails and my pedi was amazing. I am definitely going back

They listen to what you want and do it. Fast professional and the atmosphere is relaxing. They line their pedicure spa bowl with plastic made to fit, so you dont have to worried about get what someone else may have. Its very reasonable and we love it. I recommend this nail spa.

$32 for a Euro Pedicure, includes callus removal, 15 minute foot and leg massage with exfoliating tangerine scented crystallized cream, then massage with a Shea butter and nails polish with color of your choice. I would have given 5 stars if Julie hadnt gone and paid more attention to the other staff speaking what I can only guess to be Vietnamese most of the time, also, she was very rough with the callous removing square thing and cut the side of my left foot where I had no calluses at all.

This spa is the best! Try the ombre powders, any color you want! Everyone is amazing!

This is the second time I have made an appointment well in advance for my daughter for her formsl(s). This is the SECOND TIME she had to wait over 30 minutes PAST her appointment time, which then made her late to her next appointment. My mom has begun going here for years and we are done!

First off I really wanted to give this place a chance. The first time I went, I asked for a regular mani but I changed my mind just as the lady was about to get started (I don’t remember her name). I asked if we could go with gel nails instead and she insisted that I asked for a regular mani so I couldn’t change my mind. But I let it slide because I think there was just some miscommunication and she understood very little English. The second time I went, I made an appointment but was ten min. Late. I was told to wait a little by the man who is always at the front desk. He said someone would be right with me when they’re done. I thought that was fair since i was the one who arrived late. An hour passes by and I’m not getting helped so I go up to the guy and ask how much longer I would have to wait and he rolls his eyes at me and gives me the biggest attitude while saying “miss you were ten min late so now you have to wait whenever someone finishes because we have other customers that are here.” I get that I was late but his attitude was completely unprofessional and this place could really use some lessons on their customer service. Luckily the lady who did my nails did a great job but it’s not worth it for me to come back again. Save your money folks

Quick to help but not so good at actually doing my nails. I asked for gel 3 times and they still gave me regular. Very rushed. The lady that did my nails kept talking to others and was rushing off to talk to others. So terrible customer service

Every single time I get my nails done and pedis I go come here.i rather not get them done at all unless I come here. They have always done really great jobs and there customer service has always been good

It makes me sad to say that I give them a 1 star. I had been going here for a little over a year. I was very happy with their service but Im not happy with my fingers at the moment. I went to get my nails done about 4 weeks ago. This time around, everything was rushed. After I left, I noticed my fingers started to itch and burn. I didnt think anything of it. I put ointment on my hands thinking it would go away but it only got worse. The skin around my nails started falling off and my fingertips started to swell. Im really hoping this all goes away. Its been 4 weeks and Im still in pain. Pus comes out of my fingertips. Im just posting this in hopes that it doesnt happen to anyone else.

The wait was too long and I called and made an appointment and they said it would be a 10 minute wait and it turned out to be a 45 minute wait. They helped all the white people out firstOh never mind we waited for 2 hours...🙄
