I am so deeply upset I have to post this because this place has been, not only mine, but my family’s go to place since my early high school years (2010). I’ve even recommended this place to a lot of peers because their work is that great. But wow, their lack of communication and professionalism has been lacking lately. I had set up an appointment for someone with a specific nail tech, turns out they didn’t have her scheduled at the time they had told me. The scheduling was through text so the mistake couldn’t have been from mishearing. So she ended up getting her services done by two other nail techs that did a terrible job and was overcharged… She had an unpleasant experience and won’t be coming back. So for my recent experience, a few days ago I called ahead to see if I could swing by for a quick wax, and Bryant lets me know that it’s been a slow day, they’ll be able to take me in between the tech’s appointments since it’s a quick wax. I show up and he tells me to come back in 3 HOURS.. I’m sorry but that is not ok. I left feeling so disappointed, especially after making a call ahead of time so I wouldn’t be sent back home, just for it to happen regardless. Not everyone has the time to go back and forth to the nail salon. This is not “professionail” as they claim to be. I understand having one oppsie, but when it’s reoccurring I have to take my business elsewhere.

Manager Bryant was so considerate and made me feel welcome and relaxed. The girls’ whom did my services were impeccable! Thank you for accommodating my three friends and I and encouraging us to laugh and have fun!

I would 100% recommend ProfessioNAIL to anyone! I am always greeted with a smile, professionalism, care and excellent quality service! Tammy & Lily are superb at their craft. They are my go to gals. Thank you Bryant for running an extraordinary “A” team. Very much appreciated!

My sister and I called and were able to get right in for our pedicures. Neither of us had been here before and unfortunately went to the wrong place at first. We quickly realized that and drove a little ways away to here. Upon arrival my sister realized she left her hydro flask at the other salon. They were so sweet here, they gave my sister a bottle of water and...the wonderful gentleman went over to the other salon and got my sisters hydro flask. In todays day and age, you rarely see service and caring like this. I will recommend this place over and over. The staff is very professional and gentle. We both absolutely love our gel pedicures. We got the Deluxe Spa Pedicure which was heavenly. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

The service and staff were excellent. The salon takes every effort to protect you with shields and other equipment.

Love this place!!!! Tami 1 is the best. I have been going to her for years and she does a wonderful job on my nails and gives feet. I have tried others but none get them right like she does. This salon does get busy so its best to make an appointment. Also, some of their regular polishes seemed old and you might be better off bringing your own.Thank you Tami, so happy I found you again!

Always get a grest pedicure and manicure. The salon is clean and the employees are friendly.

The experience was really comfortable. I accompany Soila flor to do her nails and all of them congratulate her, made her feel good.The nails? Beautiful and they follow your instructions, so i definitely will come back when in San Marcos😉

Got a gel manicure just last Tuesday, normally gel manicure last two weeks for me. But this time around my thumb and ring fingers, polish lifted by Saturday. Very disappointed

I love the place but the guy doing my nails didnt want to do what I asked. Next time I will.see Tammy, she is the best . Tammy did my sisters nails and they look amazing, mine not so much. I wont do that again.

Showed up at 5 and they close at 5. They still took my daughter and I and we were both getting full sets and pedicures. I didnt feel rushed at all.They ladies helping us were very sweet and laughed and joked with us too. It was one of their birthdays come to find out and she still stayed. Thank you for the amazing service. We will be back

I was nervous to come here at first because I rarely choose new places to go to get my nails done, but they did so amazingly!! They were very friendly, and gave me fast yet excellent service! They made me feel really comfortable and the prices are wonderful as well!

My daughter and I went in for pedicures and will not be returning. The workers here are not friendly. The lady kept trying to push us to pay more for additional services and gave attitude when we declined. Then at the end the guy asks us if we have cash to give a tip, almost demanding we tip. Also, they were serving alcohol to some of the customers. Curious if they have a license to do so. The place is nice inside but they are not Professional.

I love coming to this place, I show them a picture of how I want my nails and they try to do them similar.

I have been here before when I was in the area. It was passable when I couldnt get to my regular salon. I was unhappy with my pedicure there this time. There was a very young girl who did it. I dont think she said two words to me the whole time. No massage, badly trimmed nails and a bad paint job. Not coming back.

I am very picky about my nails (shape, color, durability, etc). I came here a few times early last year and the service and quality were good. I wanted PowderDip and they suggested Rose. Rose is the best! Very careful, caring and all around expert nail professional. Shes the BEST on powder dip nails and gel.

They burnt the area below my eyebrow to the point that it was bleeding and they did not apologize. After the waxing I ran out in pain and didnt look to see how my brows looked. Sadly Im not sure they removed any of the hair that I wanted trimmed up. Once my eye healed a few days later I got a fresh waxing elsewhere. Ill never return to this place.

My daughter went at this shop to have her nails done for homecoming 2018. She had her nails done on a Tuesday right before the nail salon was going to close. Fortunately an hour after getting her nails done one side of the nail chipped and the paint on another nail had bubbled and made a line through it. We went back 2 days later because we did not have time the next day and the gentleman at the front put the blame on my daughter stating she must have picked at it and told us he could not see us till the following day. I could see if it had been a few days and it broke but it was an hour after they were done. Unfortunately weve had great experience with other nail salons for special occasions and we will not be returning to this particular salon again. Customer service was very poor.

First time here today and I loved it! I came in for a pedicure and I think I got the super delux pedi. Great massage, comfy chairs, clean, relaxing and got me in quick with no appointment! They also had a lot of colors to select from. Thank you again Tiffany.Definitely will return!!!

Great service got the top pedicure package so worth it love how my nails turned out she took her time and gave me a great massage. They even offer drinks and WINE. Ask for Nickie.

Ive been coming here at least 3-4 years and Im very happy with the service Tina gives me. She is always very polite and very sweet and does a great job on my nails. This is probably the longest Ive been at any one place.

I asked for much longer than these are she kept telling me she could fix it I asked for round and these are oval and she kept telling me that she could fix it by the time I got to the point that she was going to fix it they would have been even shorter for her to round them$43 not happy

My French tip gel nails were put on crooked. There ate bubbles under the tips. Very disappointed. Professional is what they are not.
