Everyone was very friendly . The owner introduced herself and asked for my name. She took her time and put lots of effort to make the art mani perfect and also suggested the beautiful sparkle line on original design I wanted. All the staffs were also very friendly, so I felt very relaxed and comfortable. The salon is very clean & Sanitized with great customer service. Thank you!

The salon feels very clean and safe. They took My temperature at the door and ensured everything was very sanitary. Just went for the first time and I am beyond happy! For such a small place everyone was so friend. Small but clean place. All I did was show her an google post and she replicates it exactly. Amazing prices. Will definitely be back thank you ! From the customer service to quality, I give this place 5 plus. I did the SNS Nails, they look beautiful and last up to 3 weeks. I will defiantly be back when I am back in town. Probably the best pedicure I have had in a long time. My polish looked great and the massage was amazing! Hope to come back next time and get a gel manicure !!!

I went to work in the afternoon when they were about to close, I broke my nail so I need to check it out, the owner is very nice, she invited me to the chair immediately and it didnt hurt. I see that she has very good technique next time I will bring my friend here. I will recommend this place .The salon is very clean and the seats are very comfortable!

My pedicure came with rose petals and an amazing massage. The interior is stunning! This is now my go to nail salon! ALL of the staff are very friendly and do an exceptional job . I love Regal Nails, Salon & Spa best place to have your nails done. Friendly atmosphere, excellent service . I have been doing dip nails and they last so long/hold up for weeks every time I get them done here. Highly recommend :))))

Despite all the negative reviews, I got good service and my nails came out good. They got the right shape and size of my nail. They came out thin compared to other salons Ive been too, but i like them thin so it was actually a good thing for me. The only thing is that the guy who did my nails filed my actual nails a bit too thin in the beginning which kinda hurt. $38 for basic almond shaped short french tip nails, might be a bit pricey but Im a happy customer 😊

I really wanted to try this salon out being new around here saw reviews and thought maybe I called for appointments started at 12 on Sundays so I called at 12:10 no answer I called again at 12:30 and still nothing I figured maybe go in for walk in or set up appointments time for another day I get there it’s closed but yet sign states they open at 10 and website states 12 I waited for a bit along with two other clients 1:15 -1:20 no one ever showed an employee with Walmart stated staff gets there when they want, can’t give a review on services but really unprofessional regarding open times.

I was getting a full set and the lady cut open my finger and another guy cut open my friend toe during his pedicure. Definitely not worth what we paid.

She does a great job on my nails every time I come see her! I never leave here disappointed with here work. Been coming here for awhile now and never let down.

Worst experience ever!!! The entire service was rushed. I asked for a new set of nails, but all I got was a fill. Which I didn’t ask for. The lady didn’t even file my nails evenly so all of my nails are uneven and different shapes. I was told to turn off my massage chair during the service. When getting my pedicure done, the lady didn’t even rub my feet. I didn’t get to choose which pedicure I wanted. The store didn’t close til 7:45, but the two ladies were packing up their stuff around 7:20 trying to get me to hurry up out the door and pay. I would never recommend this place, and I hope no one wastes their time going to these rude people.

They were super nice and helpful to me. I had trouble picking a color the lady had took her time to help me even when they were busy. I had the best gel set i ever had not to mention my eyebrows waxing was just super clean and well done. My pedi was juat as amazing with the sevice i received today. I will defentially be back 🙌🙌

My 10 year old can do better then this guy! I asked him to apply more pressure he just laughed said ok. Looked like he didnt want to be here at all. Kept yawning. I wont be back. I guess they are new owners

Wost nail experience Ive ever had. Three of my nails came out bubbly and just two days later the polish is falling off two of my nails. I spent $10 more here than at my usual salon just for a fill. Needless to say, if they dont make it right, I will never be going back there.

The lady was very nice to my two granddaughters who had their nails painted one is two years old and the other was 3 years old they were so happy!!

Worst place I’ve been in SM. The employees do not understand time management or what to realistically tell clients. During my and my bf’s pedicure, there were 5 other people that needed waxing that the lady doing our nails jumped up to do because she told them she’d be ready at that time. Our pedicure was completely rushed. I understand a fast paced environment but I do not think nail salons are meant to be this way. It’s supposed to be relaxing. Also, I asked if she could do a fairly simple design and she said “yes!” She could not! I kept showing her the picture while she was painting and saying “I want it like this,” and she kept shaking her head yes but the design was no where close.Very disappointed and will not be back!

Worst service ever. First color wasnot correct and than asked to come back to change color. Nails broke after 3 days, went to fix the guy was very rude and said i didnot do it so i cant fix. What type of people they are hiring. No service at all. I wouldnot recommend anyone here. I wish i could give negative star.

Ive been here twice and the first time i had done acrylic and when i had left and went home i realized a few of my nails were crooked. And the second time i went i dont know why but the lady who was doing my nails was rough and rude when i was done about to pay she just left her hand out waiting for me to give her the money when she didnt even tell me my total both times i went they seemed to be rushing through it maybe i went on some bad days im not sure but didnt enjoy my experience

I came here to get my eyelashes done and the older lady did them. She was rushing and a few hours later some of the extensions started to fall out. As the week went on more started to fall out. I came to her 3 days later and she told me she couldn’t do anything about them unless I paid. I asked for a refund and she refused that as well saying they do not do refunds.

Horrible, due to the fact that this place is a hit or miss. I’ve already gave them to many chances and I’m not going back.

Just got my nails done here about 20 minutes ago while waiting on an oil change .... WORST 40 dollars I have ever spent !! I get my nails done a lot ! And I have never been this unhappy with my nails ! The application, the color, the shape of my nails, all of it bad !! I have some nails loner then the others, I have a nail tip on that is wider then my actual nail so my nail looks like a fan instead of a square with rounded edges . The lady caught an attiude and snatched my receipt away when I didn’t tip her . Rude much ?? will never go here again !

Way too pricey and service was awful not to mention they had a YouTube video playing with nothing but curse words while kids were around never going back.
