100% Terrible. Booked and Confirmed my appointment for 9am Sunday. Showed up, waited and waited and no one home. Called the number and manager states they are closed on Sundays even though the sign on the business as well as the website say open from 9am-3pm on Sunday- and also had an appointment booked and confirmed! Terrible customer service and this place should remain closed.

Its my second time being there and I cant say that neither the 1st or 2nd time I have walk out happily as I wish I would.I will give it another try and see how it goes.

Cool spot, making an appointment is a breeze.

It is very rude to not be aknowledged as a new or potential client. It shouldnt matter whether if a client is a child, a teen, or an adult. The two persons that were in the front were quite rude because they knew it was my son needing a haircut. I would highly recommend the two people that were in the small room be in the entrance. They bring positivity and are welcoming and aknowledge children of all ages. They love what they do. I was not able to get his name, but I have to say at first I thought he was the owner. He was very respectful and professional. He intervened when the others send me home. It was my first time there so did not know I had to make an appointment. Thank you so much for that person that made a huge impact on that business. If it wasnt because of him my son was going to be very sad going to his first day of school. Customer service is the key to success. Just a tip, a child can bring potential clients as an uncle, father, brother and so forth and bringing him down just doesnt. I give a 5 stars to the person that cut my sons hair. He is very neat, clean, and always on top of everything.

This barber shop accepts walk-ins on certain days. I walked in and there was only 2 people in front of me so I sat down to wait for my turn but little did I know, I would wait a total of 5 hours just to get a haircut. 5 HOURS for a haircut is a ridiculous not only did I wait 5 hours, it also took a little over an hour and when I got home, I noticed the barber left hair on the back of my neck that shouldve been shaved with the straight razor. Very unhappy with this shop over all. I went on yelp and another costumer complained about waiting too long for a haircut.
