Sue couldn’t comprehend simple instructions for printing. I had to go somewhere else because she kept saying that I was being complicated and if she made a mistake it would have been VERY EXPENSIVE for me. Ian is always very nice. 03/16/21I edited my review above last week to sound less damaging for the business. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 after receiving an apology despite the complete lack of empathy towards me, which was nice of me.I always go to small business like this one instead of big ones like UPS to contribute to my neighbors economy. But now the owner edited their response and added just maybe a word to us direct would have been better as opposed to trying to damage our business with a poor review on line when all local businesses are trying to stay afloat and keep their doors open. To be clear, I talked to Sue several times DIRECTLY before leaving. I was super understanding when she didnt comprehend my directions despite her continuing to be rude. She was the one calling me a difficult person when I repeatedly asked for ONE copy of each page between 3-10, 12-29, not TWENTY-SIX copies of each page, and she kept insisting on printing 26 copies. BIG PAY DIFFERENCE that I would have to pay for.NOW IM CHANGING IT AGAIN TO ONE STAR. Its not about the terrible apology, its about the attitude she gave and still giving me online (I want to think this is not because Im a person of color).It was HER ACTIONS that damage her own business, not my review. IM NEVER COMING BACK, this is so unprofessional. 03/25/21

The worst customer service ever. She does not know how to speak with customers. She is weird. She was convincing me to quit talking with her as she wants to proceed with next customer.

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted by a friendly gentleman named Ian and for the next 30 minutes we went over all the details of how to pack and safely ship our itemHe described how he would crate and pack our item and we knew right then that we came to the right place. Our package arrived with no problems, in fact the crate he made was so solid we decided to keep it to use again if we ever moved or needed to ship it. A great experience and would recommend this store for all your shipping needs.

The owner is absolutely fabulous. He really cares and wants to help you even though he’s not getting paid for his time. It’s my second time going there and he came out to my car to let me know that if I’d text him my label maybe he can help me fix it. He had no reason to do that after I left boxes off that he doesn’t even get credit for. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is!

I moved to Hawaii and had a very large Ultrawide curved monitor I wanted to ship there. I went to Lafayette Pack and Ship and one of the owners, Ian, helped me. Some of the best customer service I have received anywhere. The monitor was expertly packed and arrived in HI in perfect condition. I highly recommend this place and wish it was on the island so I could use them again!

Ian and Sue were wonderful helping me ship my package overseas. They were warm and easy to talk to.A wonderful and rare shipping experience . I will touch base with them for a continuation regarding my shipping saga! They saved me from a parking ticket too! Gads

Ian and Sue are just the best at what they do and genuinely care about my packages and giving me all my options for the best rate. I come here for my business needs as well as personal and it is always a pleasure to work with them. I know my packages will arrive safe and are in good hands when I leave. Sometimes, I just leave the packages unfinished and they will finish packing it for me. Excellent service that you cant find elsewhere. A breath of fresh air from the painful post office line. Trust me, once you go to Ian and Sue you wont go anywhere else.

Ian and his wife are some of the nicest and best people in the business. They will go the extra mile for their customers and have made my experience with them a true joy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
