We ordered an entertainment center with the electric fireplace. Experience in the store was fine. Looked at the item in store and it looked fine. Ordered it. Was told it was on backorder 4-6 weeks, which was fine as well. Was told it was made in the US, which was what we wanted. So we were very excited about getting it set up in our new home. On the day of delivery the pieces arrived in boxes and we watched them being removed from the boxes and set up in our family room. Everything from a distance looked good. Until the delivery guys left. Once we went up close to the unit we so all the imperfections, dings, cracks, holes in various odd spots, and indented lines in the wood. The two towers on either side didnt stand up straight either, with one of them constantly tilting side to side. Aside from the middle piece that had the fireplace, the rest was very flimsy and we were worried theyd fall over because they were not sitting properly against the middle unit. We complained to the store and got $100 off (we paid over $2,000 originally). We sent pictures of all the damage and were told it is supposed to look that way. They called it distressed wood. Well we were distressed just looking at it with all the damage it had all around it. This was the absolute worst, most poorly built piece of furniture we have ever ordered. And the response we got from the store was initially OK but we felt cheated in the end. We spent the whole weekend trying to sand the unit down ourselves, and painted it, and tried to address the tilting of the tower by sawing off wood from the bottom that should never have been there in the first place. Moral of the story - buyers beware.

These people are nothing but a blessing! There job is hard with the way of the world now so be kind and practice patience🙏

I ordered a bunk bed from here and when it was finally delivered the bed looked like someone beat it with a bat. They took the bed and we scheduled to have a new one sent about a month wait, again the bed was damaged. I’m not sure what kind of stunts the drivers are doing with these beds in the in the truck or if they aren’t packaged well enough or if the beds are just made from really poor material but it’s crazy they aren’t checking these beds before receiving them and before delivering them to customers. They are not only wasting time but money also. Their customer service was good but the overall experience was not good. If you order have them check the item before they bring it.

I had great customer service experience with Marie on today. I needed a new laptop and she did research to find me the best computer for my needs . She is always happy and treats me with the upmost respect, courtesy and care. We were able to order a reasonably priced laptop with the specifications that I required. I always drive from Jacksonville to Orange Park to do business with Chris, Jamie and their wonderful team of employees. They treat my family like family. I would encourage everyone to shop at Badcock on Kingsley because they are wonderful.

Justin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They didnt have the dryer we wanted in stock but with his help we found one that would work for us. He made the process quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Do not order from this company or this location on Kingsley you have been warned. You will not receive your order correctly. They tried to deliver couches that were to completely different colors and acted like that was the order. See the picture one brown one beige. And then you will be told its going to take 2 weeks to get the right furniture. The delivery was terrible and customer service is non existent. You are told to call Chris. If you want a headache and disappointment then go here otherwise go somewhere else...

Ordered a couch that was supposed to be picked up a month later. NO ONE at the store had any decency to call to let me know that it would be delayed. Every month I had to call to receive updates. Finally after 2 months I received a call that the couch is here for pick up. When I got home and unloaded the couch I realized that there was a MAJOR DEFECT with the couch cushion,incorrect stitching. Called the store, the owner only offered for me to bring back the couch for a return, exchange or to get it fixed at their location. My mistake in trusting them to give a couch that wasn’t defective. If there was damaged where the cause was unknown I would of accepted it since I opted to pick it up but it was clear that this was a DEFECT that was made by their company. The owner claims their technician does not travel to customers homes. Corporate told me its up the the owners discretion. If the owner stood behind their products they should have sent the technician to me and fix a problem that was clearly made by THEM, not have me do all the work and drive back and forth to fix a problem made by THEM.

Iris was great! She never pressured us, & let us look around, & shop at our leisure. She got us all taken care of & scheduled delivery in a very simple process of a matter of minutes. No stress at all!

We went and was out in less than 30 minutes staff were all friendly we recommend this store to my son and he went and purchased a dryer yesterday already we will recommend to all our friends and family

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience. We were not hassled or pressured into anything. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions, allowed for the opportunity to make our decisions. Best of all she gave us helpful input and advice when the timing was right.

I have shopped at the other Furniture stores in the past and none of them can compare to the Service or Quality and Price that you get from Babcock Furniture! About 80% of the Furniture etc that is in our home came from Babcock in fact my husband and I were in there again today purchasing a new Sofa .I highly recommend them 👌

This store made my prior experiences seamless. My “Home Store” used to be the Brunswick,Ga location and they were perfect. I furnished my entire home with them one room at a time. When I moved to Jacksonville,Fl the Normandy store turned me away! I couldn’t make sense of it. I had bought and paid off ON TIME so much! I had almost given up on Badcock after that. Not wanting to go back to the Normandy location. I went online, did the application, got my approval which was more than I had ever been approved for. I went to Orange Park already knowing what I wanted and it was smooth sailing from there! I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Iris!

Bought washer and dryer and paid $100 extra for delivery & set up. After delivery I called store (same day) because washer was making noise, wrinkled and twisted clothes and hoses werent right. Spoke with John and he said it wasnt his problem, I would need to call GE. He wasVERY rude! Wont go there again.

Fair amount of variety, salespeople were very good and not pushy, nor did they follow you around looking over youre shoulder like a lot of sales associates do. Prices were reasonable for quality furniture.

I had to call & go in many times for 2 months for the bed replacement pasts. So they are not that great when it comes to warantee replacements. It may be different depending on brands & manufacturers it may be different on item as well. Otherwise staff is good, they dont have a bunch of people pushing a sale. They have more varieties online as well

Everything went very good as I expected great service I was going to get the Samsung 65 in tv but it was a bit too much I found out that I can get the same tv got half the price . I’m pleased with the price for the counter stools

Worst experience ever. Call ahead and spoke to one of their workers about me picking up my furniture instead of them delivering it. The guy told me yes it was okay to come in the next day and pick it up, when I got there the manager husband told me the furniture is not in the store so I cant get anything today, and still had to pay the company I got to pick it up the furniture. But that wasnt the worst part the white girl Maria that work there start giving me an attitude and stated that it people like us Im African AMERICAN come in the store and make up stories and she dont believe a thing I said she believe her white co workers and the didnt tell me that, oh this all happen in front of the man thats married to the manager of the store.

This place has the worst customer service. I ordered a bedroom suite, when I went to pick it up, I got everything it came with except the mattress and box spring(which by the way was included). They said it probably got returned. Now they will not answer the phones. Yes real professional. I will never purchase anything from Badcocks again.
