Wouldn’t take coupon given by owner charge me 30+ dollars for a $24 haircut told them it looked crooked they told me I was wrong and said it looked good then try to walk me through the tip process which essentially forces you to tip them

Went here in the morning on a Saturday at 9:55am right before opening and was the first customer of the day! The shop was very clean with fresh air and tall ceilings. I felt safe right away as Ruby greeted me and took my temperature and had her mask on properly (covering the nose). She showed me to the chair and made sure to spray it down and wipe it off for me, and she also did the same thing to the chair next to me so I could put my jacket there. Everything in there felt very clean and sanitary.Now on to the haircut, I got a 0 high fade with a medium short comb over top, and Ruby did a FANTASTIC job; the sides came out clean and even. My buddy and roomies commented on my fresh cut later that day, it really was good! The most incredible part of the whole thing was that the haircut probably took no longer than 15-20 minutes, and as a first time visitor, I got treated to the MVP hot towel and shampoo/gentle massage too, and paid and was out the door just a hair after 10:30am!Will certainly be back. Ruby is the best!

Came in on a Friday afternoon and had to wait for a bit. But the wait was pleasant with a nice TV and got attended to soon after. There was an electronic waiting list with estimated time so I always knew how much time was left

The haircuts are good. Its like a fast casual restaurant, but for haircuts. Its better than those super cheap haircut places, but doesnt have the exorbitant prices of a high end salon.

Stylists are really good. Place is clean and well maintained!

I am writing this review on behalf of my Husband, He has been struggling to find the right hairstylist and experiments once maybe twice a week on occasion. I think he found the best in Christine!!Shes always made sure he loves his haircut before he leaves and does a great job. Theyve got the best haircut and Service compared to any other shop around the area. He loves the MVP experience of getting his hair shampooed, washed and a massage after, which is great because with the comfort and service no other shop will do the same for the price! Ive recommended Christine to all my friends and family. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Good venue, great atmosphere and very relaxed environment. These are the good stuff. It was one of the most comfortable hair saloons Ive been to. But I wasnt satisfied with my haircut at all. Even the 10$ Street barbers did a better job. The top of my hair was not even aligned. I mean how cant you see that.After me insisting on it another stylist came and touched it up a bit.I cant say that I will be back until I come across a good stylist. And I dont how I can find one.

The barbers are all very polite and attentive . What I liked the most was the quick in and out process and the quality of my hair cut. All I can say is WOW!

Normally I have nothing but great service here, but last week was awful. I made my appointment through the app before leaving work, knowing it would be at least 45 minutes. When I made my appointment at through the app at 4PM last Tuesday, it said my appointment would be at 5:20. I was okay with waiting til then because I chose a specific stylist as the other one working didnt work with beards.I arrived at 4:45 and sat and watched my name climb to the top around 5:20, which was great. I was #1 on the list with one person behind me and the stylist I had requested was just finishing up somebody elses cut.Around 5:30, the stylist I requested came up to the front, looked at the board which showed me as next on the list, with her name as the stylist I had chosen, and decided to completely ignore it and take the person who was scheduled to go after me. The second stylist then came to the front and told me she couldnt work with beards so my only option was to wait for the other person who made an appointment after me to be finished.I waited another 20 minutes until 5:50 before deciding to leave, because unlike them, I valued my time and it was getting ridiculous. I made an appointment that said 5:20PM at 4PM, and was skipped when it had finally become my turn.

I like their new online checkin - puts you in the queue and also allows them to look up your preferences.. Smooth

Ive been here twice now and had a great experience both times. I felt the stylists were attentive and I loved watching football while getting my hair cut. I went there this past Sunday and loved the energy, the hardest part was not getting caught up in the game while cheering on my team and staying still for my stylist. :-) Ill be back!

I am truly impressed with this location. Not only do I always get a good haircut from Amy she also cares about me and my boys. She remembers us when we come in and engages us in meaning conversation. Thanks Amy and team!

Love the location. Super close to my neighborhood. Its getting more popular now that theyve been open a while. I did show up one time just a few minutes before closing yet they took me anyway. Much appreciated!

Great location & staff! The manager Norma is our go to person. My husband and son see her regularly, but have had great cuts by other staff members too!

I took my nephew to Sport Clips and he had a great experience. He thought watching TV while they cut your hair was awesome and his haircut looked nice too. Very friendly staff.

Well you know what i went once again, given a good haircut by another hair dresser. She did great work. Helped me to heal the wounds, in this case hair style pretty much fixed. !!Past --whats imp for hair cut..water, drinks, sports tv??? Good haircut is missing. the person started cutting my side on the high side and after that asks me.That point onward person kept on asking on the overall, side and back cuts. the MVP exp was 10 sec machine massage at the back, hot towel on ur face while they wash your head with shampoo. the person caused so much pain while washing and drying, its unbelievable.I will not go again, thats my call.

Just waited 30+ min for Anna, then was told she left for lunch and will be back in 30+. I have no problem with someone taking a lunch break, but what a disrespectful way to treat a customer. Is this how you want to be treated? I will not be back, and encourage others to go elsewhere for haircuts. *** Added one more start after call/vm to apologize.

Had great experiences with other Sport Clips. But at this one they ignored my instructions on how I wanted it cut and I ended up different lengths on each side. Paid for a haircut, but now Im just going to shave it at home because its too uneven. All I wanted was a fade

Terrible! They messed up my first sport cuts experience! I didnt know what services they had, so I called and asked for a certain hairstyle, I also mentioned that it was my birthday! and whoever answered (no one wanted to say who it was) said yes, I even asked a second time just to make sure since she gave me a price for what I wanted, only to show up and have one of the women there, say they didnt know how and asked her co workers if anyone knew. Listen to your customers! Big waste of time! For anyones first time, make sure you repeat what you want done, multiple times.

Under new management computer said zero wait time I waited 20 mins worst haircut ever differ lengths so bad I immediately went to have it fixed they try to sell you products the whole time MVP service includes hot towel for face someone left the towels in the washer to long smelled of mold. Beware

Terrible service I just waited ten minutes and no one said a word to me, as two of them sat and talked. Finally someone else said they saw me sign in. Then the person that went to help me tried to blame me for the wait, that I should of said the obvious that I was there for a haircut. If I could give zero I would.
