Always clean with friendly staff. It’s a nice place to work out, everyone has to move, experts say, at least 30 minutes a day! Its easy to do here and it’s a clean no hassle fitness center. The monthly rates are ridiculously cheap . There is a small admin fee ...check it out you won’t be disappointed!

THE WORST EVERRRR GYM, every one at font door counter rude disrespectful and do not have respect for clients they treat yiu so rude, sassy. The bathroom are stink, yellow stains everywhere just complete nastiness. The management talk to you like you are a child. They like to raise voice. Losing your card they wont replace it and just screem. They are forcing you to by their towels. Barely have tissues. You’ll be better off to another location. I took the tine to right this to save you headache from dealing with these people. Completely bad customer service and poor people skill

I go to this gym because it’s usually never over crowded when I go(between 11am-2pm) the staff members are ready to assist you at any moment when needed, especially shannon. Wish they had more equipment for core workouts

I like this gym! Rare for a 5 star review from me. Good people work here late at night. I wish they had a few more machines but its cool. This is where I ease my mind.

I was very upset after a miscommunication about my membership, but the general manager Noelle was able to remedy the situation. She handled the task with professionalism, tact, and compassion despite my heightened state of anger. The regional manager was also present to help deescalate and I left feeling like the problem was more than resolved in my favor. I had tremendous difficulties with a different YouFit gym several years ago and had trepidation about re-signing again this year. My fears were put to rest and I can say I have a different outlook on YouFit as a whole based on my experience today. I will only have good things to say about YouFit going forward. A special thanks for going above and beyond.

I love it great customer service a lot of different machines that you can work out on or use also they keep the equipment sanitize and wipe down on a regular basis you also have the option to have a personal trainer with the membership I have you get five different sessions with a personal trainer

I joined youfit Pompano Beach three days ago. I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of the gym. I have yet to see a single cleaning worker wiping down the equipment before or after remembers’ use. I inquired to the manager and she said that they rely upon their members to clean equipment after each use. Also, she said there is cleaning performed every two hours or so depending on how busy they get. I find this irresponsible and unacceptable during a pandemic.

Its an amazing gym and I like it there and I have the best trainer in the world at youfit and she is the best working out with her

Just starting so only a half hour on the bike. Gym seems clean however I wiped down bike before and after. I watched a cooking show while the bike, lol. Didnt care for the music but thats ok. Was not crowded at 12:30. Staff very nice and helpful if you need help

WATCH OUT! I tried canceling in August by calling the # on the credit card charge. They gave me another number, which resulted in a run around. Eventually I was told they would take care of cancelling my account. Today I noticed I was still being billed monthly. Today I was told you cant cancel without coming in, and paying a $10 cancellation. My complaint was smugly dismissed today by manager saying that it is in my contract - and wouldI like to see it ?, smirk smirk. They overcharged me 6 months, but I had to pay $10 more just to get rid of them.

Member for 5 years Unfortunately, use the facilities probably 5 times a year mostly, when my son was in town (100%) my fault. Finally, decided to cancel last February. Walked in spoke with 2 people for 2 days asked for management etc. All wrong balances due. Paid in full eventually (Mind you this is a nominal monthly membership) linked to a bank account. Since then (THRU PANDEMIC)RELIGIOUS MONTHLY CALLS FOR A OUTSTANDING balance. Super Dissapointed!

The crew was great and the place was very clean, but the ventilation is not as great and they don’t have much variety as far as equipment goes. AND they only have one squat rack.

This was a wonderful gym! We dropped in from out of town and had a blast! Great layout and clean. It was a good workout and the people were friendly. Overall good time!

March 2020, payed $65 membership for next year, April 2020 club closed. Was charged monthly till October 2020. No way to pause or cancel by phone. Came and $10 payed to close membership in October. Total $155 for one visit. In general the club is Ok, but charging during the pandemic is unethical.

I am so disappointed in your business. After the health situation closed you down, you continued the charge my card the entire time I couldn’t use the gym. I emailed, and called repeatedly. Absolutely no communication from you. Other gyms froze their clients accounts, you just kept running the card. I image you lost a lot of business by not keeping people informed, and with the seriously unethical practices. I’m done with You Fit.

Friendly and helpful staff, love the layout of the gym, it just makes sense.

This gym is clean, orderly, and staffed with sociable, considerate staff. The young bespectacled lady who generally works the front makes this gym a 5-star for me. I personally dont have a personal fitness trainer here, but all other aspects of this gym make me look forward to coming again. The scene here is not intimidating, people off all abilities and steps in their fitness journey come here.I personally love doing 30-45 minutes on the elliptical, while watching my favorite shows, and then end off doing weight training, which is surprisingly not too crowded even at high-traffic times, like 6:30pm. I dont ever wait more than 5-10 minutes doing something else while I wait for someone to get off a machine.They offer drinks here but theres not a smoothie bar. The staff is knowledgeable about the fitness drinks available.

Was at this gym 2 months. Couldnt afford to pay the yearly fee so they cancelled my account for me. Then they still billed me the yearly fee and overdrafts my account after cancelling. Be very careful

I quit last year when the new management wouldn’t honor training I had paid for. My wife just quit because they raised rates during Covid and kept charging her. They would not refund her. This company has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Plenty of other gym options out there.

Plenty of free weights & machines. Lots of cardio machines available all of the time. Management (Keith) runs a tight ship and staff is always friendly. Place is ALWAYS clean. I really like going there.

As a customer that used to work at a different location I can truly say there has been improvement with staff and the maintenance of this facility. If you are looking to just start out or even if you work out all the time and looking for a gym to be a home the staff becomes a family. I would definitely recommend joining this gym.

Never had a problem at all. Clean, great hours. With the Lime card Im able to visit all the other Youfit gym for classes, cycle etc. Its great.

Overall Id say Youfit is a great experience. The gym is affordable and the equipment is well taken care of, the environment is clean and safety is ensured. The personal trainers I have met there are professional and understand what theyre doing, I would highly recommend anyone considering exercising to get a Youfit membership, it is very practical.

Im satisfied with Youfit. usually has a good staff and clean. No problem with muscle heads who are not considerate. so all in all its a good place to work out and do your thing. price is fair.

Youfit membership requires you to give a Checking Account Number. They make you jump through hoops to not use a Checking account. If their was a better gym at this price around I would say go there.Lots of hidden fees. If you downgrade or cancel the Account is $10. They only tell you the Cancellation fees is $10.I would not go there if I could find a better gym.

This gym is terrible. *FYI when I say management I mean the management of this gym*Customer claims of Sexual assault, Management dismisses the claim.Management claims that giving them Bank Account number is safer than giving a credit card number.Management using the lost and found as their personal piggy bank. If they can use it or sell it they will. If not they throw it away.Management allows gay man to take pictures of other men with out their permission. Almost has a huge fight break out in the gym.Management fails to buy the proper cleaning supplies. They use products with no disinfectants or bleach. The local dump at times smells better than this gym. Reason the management gets bonuses for every penny they same the company.The management puts out suggestion box. They took it away one day. If you ask some of the Ex-Employees about it. They will say the reason why is because the only thing in the box was negative comments about the managers of the Gym. A lot of employees here got stay for vary long.Advice from me. If you can find a better go to the better gym.

I came to cancel my membership and ask couples question to manager from this location he is not really nice person to take care a costumer i think hes mad because i cancel the membership hes name is keith or key so i am really upset with this person.

I went to this Youfit yesterday for the first time. Regret it. Someone broke into my car stole all my belongings and according to the police officer this is something that happens CONSTANTLY and yet they dont have camaras. It took the security guy to get there like 30 min just to tell us theres no camaras that they have access to. Be very aware of this before you decide to park as it could happen to you as well.

The gym is dirty every time it seems they dont clean not only that the GM constantly flirts with women like thats his job. He also didnt want to show me the gym when I was getting my membership said its not needed for me to do a walk through.

This place is GARBAGE. The gym is disgusting, and dirty. Not to mention when you sign up for $10 a month, what they dont tell you is that there is a $10 cancellation fee, AS WELL AS a $46/ annual charge, that will be taken after 3 months. There are other gyms in the area that have better quality gyms, and are honest and up front.

Keep away! I am a female and my car got broken in becasue they are targeting women going to the gym. The management looks they other way since they are very aware of the crime. Plaza only has one security guard and no cameras to protect you.Dont be the next victim!. Stay away..Youfit want your money but no protection.

This gym has a population of mostly seniors. This makes it for a great location because its never overly crowded and machines are always available regardless of what your target training is.

Nice place and nice staff, but personal training has been frustrating. Not only did they not tell me my training sessions were 30 mins, but the trainer I was set up with is very difficult to spend time with because his schedule is limited. Then there is some ridiculous $100 fee they made sound so nice at the moment but come to realize is nonsense. I feel ripped off and will not renew personal training once it runs out. My trainer is great and I love him, and the staff is very nice and friendly, but the experience otherwise has not been good or accommodating to my needs as a client. Im very disappointed.

Bad business practices with Training packages at this gym. They will pressure you, confuse you, lie to you about costs and the training packages. Be careful because once you sign you will loose a lot more money then you planned and be trapped. This is not the way a legitimate gym should work. Stay clear and be aware that they do not care, it is only about the money! Not even reliable Trainers and the Management goes along with these unprofessional tactics, who knows maybe that’s the way they train their people. But for a neighborhood business this is appalling. I do not recommend this gym for the above reasons and will continue to go out of my way to tell my neighbors, friends, co-workers, and business associates to stay clear of any memberships because of their lies and tricks.————-Monday- June 18th, still no call back or any contact on my training which I paid- if they are looking into their practices of not giving correct information on their training packages-and getting people to sign up for Training packages with contracts causing you to spend $1000.00 when told $300 and you are told no penalty to cancel after initial month. Lies!!Anyone interested in getting training packages be aware of bad business practices. They scam you and lie to you ! Well equipped,clean and price is fair. Only draw back i found is after three months or on the third month there is a 39.99 yearly fee.

I dont know where everyone else is getting there rage from. I have been a member for almost 3 years. The gym is alsoalways maintained, the dispensers filled, the bathrooms cleaned and the weights put away.

Inexpensive functional gym. Wide variety of cardio and weight machines. Not overly crowded

My biggest problem with this gym is that their equipment is rusty and it doesnt seem like theyre going to change that. So I go to the one nearest to it, which is on hillsboro and its a little annoying because its a 15min drive when I could be going to this one which would take me around 5 min and their weights seem. While im here might as well let you guys know that youfit on hillsboro is much nicer but the problem I have with them is that they cut off an area that only trainers at the gym can use with their clients. This area has equipment that I really like to use like the battle rope, resistance bands, and these boxes I use to do cardio. Thinking about moving over to L.A because its more conveinent its nearby, its a large gym, equipment not rusty, and hopefully if they have a cut off area in the gym they have a 2nd pair of the equipment outside of that area for the public to use.

I go there for silver sneakers. Classes are great.
