Spent $25 to clean car only to have it come out as dirty as when it started. When I talk to management they cannot help - admit it’s still dirty but won’t do anything about it and tell me to come back another day. Oh and they left cleaning rags in my car too. This used to be my go to for a nice car clean but no more - it’s really gone downhill and they lack attention to all detail. For the money I would find a different place.

They have a huge glass wall where you can see how they drive your car into the auto-wash. You can see how the brushes, soap, and water do their magic.When your car comes out, they vacuum, dry, and spray nice new car smell scent inside your car and on rug. I like it. Its fast. 2-3 guys work together at once to vacuum, dry outside, and wipe down the dashboard and interior, clean mirror and windows. They have a clear tip box so tip as you will. It starts at $19 plus extra to get your mats cleaned. They have a few car wash packages, the more you want the more it costs. They shine tires, wash under carrige, all the way to full interior cleaning and detailing. Its just a matter of deciding... How much do you love your car? 😁

They sprayed too much of the lemon scent. I was coughing a lot after. Otherwise the inside could use a better clean, especially the cost of the car wash. Cup holders not cleaned well

It wont be the same as washing it with microfiber towel but for a touchless car wash it was great

I have been going to that place for years and in the past they have done a great job. But lately when it comes to cleaning the windows they do terrible work. They leave streaks and Miss spots in the windows. I drive Uber and I cant afford to have my car looking like that.

The best car wash in the area. They completely dry the car with great detail. I had my car detailed there and the surface was so incredibly smooth afterwards that the metallic black paint really sparkles.

I had an appointment for a full detail, had arrangements for a ride and to have my car there all day. Showed up for my appointment and they tell me they’re closed. Complete waste of my time and energy, I won’t be back.

I took my car to them today for detailing and was informed they dont offer detailing on Sundays, on Monday - Saturday (this should be stated on their website but no biggie).I purchased a $25 wash and tipped $10 only to get inside my car and find that they were worth me paying $35 at all. It didnt appear as thought theyd vacuumed the inside of my car at all. This was evident after seeing that there was still a good amount of dog hair in my back seat. They didnt clean my cup holders and there was still dust throughout the car. The $25 package I chose also read that it came with air freshener but it smell like they sprayed or placed any air freshener in side either.As soon as I got home I ended up cleaning my car myself so unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

Must of crossed an invisible border back into Cook Co with $10 packs of cigarettes. I cannot stand crooked gas station owners. I will not be back and I am sharing your scam $2 hike over other local gas stations....

They were used be great but not lately.I had La Costa Plus today which is $25 for my SUV and i am very disappointed. Dust from clothes are on dashboards, windshields and etc. Room mirror has not been cleaned, only poorly wiped front, not back console nor trunk.... Now I have no reason to go there instead one in close from home. I am done.

The one thing that makes going to the Libertyville Car Spa Inc so nice is that the staff are extremely friendly and extremely helpful and they take care of your car to make it look as nice as they possible can in the inside and outside with out spending a lot of time or money that most people dont have.

Great service for a quick wash and vacuum

I took my work truck here, and was amazed at the hustle & effort the workers showed. The guys first hand vacuum your vehicle, then run it through the wash, & then it’s all hands on deck to hand dry the outside and inside. This is car and truck cleaning taken to a whole new level at a reasonable price. But as with all good things when the sun is shining, expect to wait a little while, because the great work is no secret!

Sorry to say, but the $25 wash definitely was not worth the cost. Windows not completely cleaned up, tire rims not wiped or cleaned, interior vaccum job poorly done

Today around 5PM I decided to have my car wash and clean outside and inside, waited 10 min and my car was handed to me as a clean . IT WAS NOT !! When I complained that is still plenty of dirt and leafs left behind, trunk was never even open, I was told that “ that is what you get for$23”, not even decent vacuuming?? I should pay $90 and then I will have better job. Car was taken for 2nd vacuum and came back much cleaner . There are better car wash places to have your business, I do not recommend this place and if you go check quality of their work

I take my car here weekly, always been pleased with the results. Staff is friendly and courteous and I treat them the same. Anytime you see the owner working on the weekend drying cars kinda tells you something about the business.I highly recommend them they do more in 15 mins than I would do in a weekend .

Its just okay. Car mostly clean and hand dried but I had to point out all of the dead bugs, spots and streaks still on all my windows after they said they were done. They did wipe the windows down again after I asked, but only where I specifically pointed out a spot/bug. No apology or anything, just is that better now?

Even the expensive car wash there is just okay. It seems like they dry your car with dirty wet rags sometimes and it leaves streaks on the windows. The interior is not cleaned well. For the price we should get more. At other competitors you can buy 2-3 washes for the price of one but not here. They never dry the top of my truck so the water runs down the back when I leave and the front when I stop and they charge extra because its a truck. If they would just dry the whole vehicle with clean dry towels it would be 5 stars. This is not a touchless carwash. I think Im done with this place, going down hill.

So I had the buffing/ waxing combo done. It was $135 and found a $10 off coupon. But, anyways they did a great job buffing and waxing my suv! I have a 2016 Toyota Rav 4 and I cannot believe all the scratches they got out and how it looks brand new again. This was the only time it’s been buffed/waxed. The staff is super nice and really did quality work.

This place use to be top notch. Use to love taking my car here. Now it just seems like they dont care. So much better when the gas station wasnt apart of it.

Wow, what can I say!!!I made a 4- 6 hour appointment with the car wash in Third Lake, cleared my whole day for an interior clean.They took a walk-in before me and I dorked.They lost my 19 year, taxi/limo business.I called around to see if anyone could fit me in today, fore it was clear to take care of this deep cleaning.Car Spa was not only kind, fast. Beyond friendly; they were also $40.00 less expensive AND BEST OF ALL, it took them 1 HOUR with beautiful results.Forever greatful Car Spa.You have A Northern Taxis business for sure.

Usually they are awesome. I came at 6:10 today. Instead of the teller being polite and saying there is a small sign on the hours saying only exterior after 6, he yelled and slammed his hand on the counter saying he knows his sign. When I said I thought they were open until 7pm.There are ways to talk to people and his way was NOT it. With the large selection of car wash places in Lake County I will gladly bring my business elsewhere.Customer service is crutial to survival in the service industry.

Bought the #1 wash, car windows still dirty with streaks, they did not do the tires, the worker stated that is extra when I asked, I informed I bought the #1, He finally did the tires. I requested a scent, did not receive scent. This has happened twice in the past 3 months. Never going back, a total waste of money. I was in and out in 8 minutes total. It wasnt crowded, but appeared to be in a very big hurry to get the customer out.

Terrible service!!! I paid $28 for a full car wash and they didn’t even vacuum the seats I had to talk to the manager to get it done. They did not do a good job cleaning the interiors either and they said that was all they could do. Bad experience I do not recommend this car wash go somewhere else.

They do a good job. However, the last time I was there, they allowed a car to sit at the end of the conveyor. My car kept coming, and rear ended the car that was left there.

They dont clean everything and it is a minimum of $18. The center column wasnt cleaned. Many places were missed and when we asked them to clean them, they were reluctant. No fragrance smell afterwards even though it was included and the areas that we specifically asked to clean were not done twice. Really pissed and this was the second time in a row that happened to my wife. I guess that we were the fools to come back again.

Long lines. Always busy. Never had car wash there because I asked what towels they use for drying before I even pulled in. They answered that they use “old towels and we can’t guarantee they won’t scratch your car”. They don’t use microfiber towels to dry. No thanks!
