Usually Christine(?) is here by herself grinding away at haircuts for a decent price ($17 typically).Sometimes she has help and theyre usually just as good. Might be useful to give her a ring before going in cause if they arent busy towards end of day, she will close up. Excellent service and incredibly friendly. She will usually have sports playing on two TVs.

Quick place to get the best hair cut with a person that really cares.

Its Christines Cuts now. She moved the bookshelf from the front door so it opens the place up more. She does a slightly better job than Rich at a slightly lower cost, but it still feels like the classic barber shop experience is lost.

She has no cutting skills if you have medium length or long hair, but if your looking for a military cut this is your place. She is very nice but cant cut my hair at all.

Christine the owner is an excellent barber and she is also very nice and talkative and her shop still has a lot of the old school charm. I would recommend her services very highly!

The best kept secret in West San Jose, so shhhh dont tell anyone! Christine is a one woman show, having inheritated the insituation from the original owner, shes doing up scissor cuts for a very reasonable $17! Occassionally theres a wait as theres not really appts, but turnaround is quick. Customers are loyal. Only downside is she doesnt clean you up with a straight razor blade but you still come out looking like a dapper gent.
