Elegant high ceiling modern design apartment highly recommended!!!Highlights for the Brookdale apartment: High ceiling open space living room, full natural light with beautiful view of redwood trees, one wall of living room could be painted of your choice which was a great attractive feature for your personal touch, quite surroundings, modern kitchen appliances, good size patio with privacy, plenty of storage space in closets, large common area with swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness studio, spa, BBQ in the midst of redwood trees which gives an amazing natural view. Amazing property manager!! Lots of good restaurants and parks, Helpful and friendly staff with quick response for any request for any repair or replacement in the apartment. Decent laundry services, good from security point of view. Overall great living experience in Brookdale apartments.

The manager, Tatiana, is super kind and has a professional among them who I met as a manager. Also the Brookdale is very quite place with a plenty of green, woods and great amenities. I highly recommend this apartment to those who are looking for peaceful and abundant facilities.

Our family has changed a lot of apartments over the past few years but our favourite is The Brookdale apartments. We have been living here for the third year. The manager is very responsible and hardworking, always ready to help, the service staff is the best. All issues are resolved on time and efficiently! We love The Brookdale ❤️

The apartment is in really good location. Easy access to work in Cupertino and San Jose. Within a few minutes of drive, a lot of options for restaurants, car dealership and grocery stores. The office manager is really nice, very quick response for any questions or concerns.

Brookdale is our little oasis! We moved here in March 2020 right during the onset of Cold-19 shelter-in-place and have been so grateful to be here; it feels like a retreat. The landscaping is incredible, management is the kindest and most helpful, and the maintenance team is the best around! Very proud to call this place home.

Brookdale has a great system for reporting maintenance requests, and are timely about it. The property is well maintained. Washer/Dryers are always operational. Ive never had a problem finding a parking spot in the overflow spots. The property manager is consistent and I think fair. Some of the rental policies I dont agree with, but the policies are enforced evenly between all the residents. I wish the facilities that are closed due to COVID could be reserved like the pool is. In general the fellow residents wear masks, so theyre good people. I wish there was a A/C vent that goes to the bedroom. I like that I can get on the freeway in 5 minutes from leaving the house. This gets a 4/5 from me for things outside Brookdales control. Our unit is kind of close to the main street and you can hear cars, babies crying from the complex over, and the trash doors slamming as people dispose their waste. People are working on their cars down the street and you can see glass on the sidewalks near those areas. Objectively its a great place to be.

We love Brookdale Apartments for all it offers us -- from great outdoor seating, to a gym, a barbecue area, a pool - the extra amenities are truly fab! In addition to the rent being so good as compared to other places (a well-ventilated apartment, patio/porch), Brookdales maintenance and up-keep of the entire place is superb! From the manager, staff in the office to the workers around the property all are very warm, kind, and helpful. Truly, this is a lovely place! You should consider this, really!

It’s my 3rd year living in this community and we have always loved it here. A comfortable and peaceful place. Enough open area outside the apartment to play with kids. I have always seen an effort from the management team to make improvements to make this place better. Also very impressed with the quick attention provided by Tatiana as property manager to address any issue raised. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, safe and trouble free community to live!!

We stayed at Brookdale Apartments for little over an year and really loved our time there. This place is great value for money with spacious rooms, personal backyard, good amenities, friendly community and lush green surroundings. The apartment complex is conveniently located and short drive from groceries, Santana Row, Valley Fair Mall, yoga studios, etc. Surprisingly this place does not have many reviews.We seldom had any issues and whenever something broke/needed to be fixed, it was done quickly and without fuss. The management staff is very professional. Shoutout to Tatiana from the leasing office who is super-friendly and was always supportive of our requests and made our stay joyful & comfortable.Would definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been living in a 1 BR at Brookdale for 9 months as of this review. Overall, I’m pleased with the place and I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews out there—especially recent ones.*Location*Perks are being close to 280, within walking distance to Safeway, and pretty close (though too far to walk) to Santana Row. Drawbacks are that there’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity, as you’re surrounded by car dealerships and other apartments.It’s also worth mentioning that there is a proposal to construct a large mixed-use development along Stevens Creek between the Mazda and VW dealerships (just down the street from Brookdale). The timeline for that project hasn’t been announced, but if it goes forward it will significantly impact (for better or worse) the neighborhood.*Noise*Although it’s close to Hwy 280, Highway noise is barely audible indoors. You’re more likely to hear birds. And car alarms. Neighbor noise is seldom a problem, though the pipes are pretty loud.*Management*No qualms with the management. The few minor service requests I’ve had were all resolved quickly and thoroughly. The staff is diligent about requesting permission or providing advance notice before entering apartments. Whatever pest control measures they have in place work, because I seldom see any bugs indoors. There are also a host of newly completed and in-the-works amenity upgrades, including a gas grill, fire pit, and package lockers. These are great, but I am concerned about the impact on the already high (though still reasonably good value for the Bay) rent.

Excellent apartments and facilities

Safety is zero here. Chain snatching and car robbery keeps happening. It just happened with us today. A month back my car was robbed and today my wife was attacked and was robbed with chain and her purse.It is so harassing.

The apartment is good, the management staff is very friendly, the environment facilities are also available, the surrounding is also very convenient, very close to various supermarkets, more importantly, the apartment is relatively bright, usually very quiet, the apartment is full of floor, suitable for dislike The person on the carpet.
