The Staff at the DUO are very helpful and attentive. Any and all questions and concerns that we had were addressed promptly. Shoutout to Jessica and her wonderful team for making our stay here at the Duo a pleasant one!

The apartment is beautiful, great design with lots of space for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful, Bee was especially great with everything needed for the move. Close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants and freeways.

I am a resident of Duo. Since day one Bee Cruz has been there to answer question and to make the move as simple as possible. I have been a resident for almost 3 months and she is still stepping up and going above and beyond. I called today because I lost.my keys and asked if anyone turned them in. She could have just answered and moved on with her day but instead she went and looked for them. Sadly she did not find them but helped me to get a new set. Thank you, Bee your extra efforts are appreciated.

The office staff Bee and James are helpful and energetic. I had issues with noise from the road and they resolved it satisfactorily.

Apt hunting is exhausting for both the potential resident and office staff. This was my 20th tour and I thought itd be the same routine, but Bee Cruz made the experience amazing. I was looking for a place that felt like home and walking out of the tour I knew this was it. On top of this they have the kindest staff Ive communicated with. Big thank you to Bee Cruz and Jessica Gelico for streamlining the process and helping me finding a new home!

I absolutely love how communicative they are through emails. they constantly keep us up to date and in the loop with the activities surrounding the apartment. it helps so much to get those alerts so i can add it to my schedule!

I love living here! Duo is so spacious, clean and has so much to offer. The Duo staff is amazing and always so helpful.

Staff was friendly, but the rent I was quoted was much higher than their own website has listed. Website showed $2700/month for a specific apartment number, its even marked with a tag that says Big Savings, Reduced Price! They quoted me the normal 3k. No big savings, no reduced price.

Bee was a phenomenal guide around the apartments and amenities. She made us feel very welcome and was super informative.

I actually came in to physically tour DUO. James Brackett, the Leasing Associate, was kind, courteous, and detailed. He helped look into the nearby schools in the neighborhood and provided me with that information.DUO has all of the amenities I am looking for. The location is nice and the unit is spacious!

Just wanted to say Bee gave us the best help when moving in. BTW everyone is nice there and it is a very very nice place to live.

Bee did an amazing job showing us apartments, directions were clear and when we had questions she was available to answer them all. Very friendly and really enjoyed working with her to finding our dream home.

Everyone was so friendly and nice. Im looking forward to seeing apartments again. Just waiting for the model I want to be finished. The community is really nice.

Apartments are ok. The ceilings are paper thin. People drive fast and tail gate in parking garage. I see a lot of dogs in this apartment complex that were part of the restricted pets in our lease such as dobermans, pit bulls, husky’s? Not sure what’s going on with that. I can hear my neighbors dog howling and barking at all hours. Not sure if I’ll be staying here beyond my lease.

Everything has been excellent from the communication and the extra care to the amenities and easy resources!
