Arshack was amazing helping me through the application process and the apartments are beautiful.

Arshak was incredible at helping us through the entire application process. He went above and beyond in ensuring we wouldnt feel lost or confused. He has great people skills, super responsive, and is so professional. The community alone sells itself. You feel as though you are walking into a resort as soon as you get through the gates. But Arshak truly makes you feel taken care of. Trying to find a new home during a pandemic is stressful, but thank you Arshak for turning this into a great experience!

Best place to live in ..

I lived here for a little over a year and had a really good experience with the staff and complex itself. Granted, it is an older apartment complex but most, if not all, of the units being opened up for rent have been remodeled in the last few years so they dont look old on the inside. The staff is friendly, rent prices are reasonable (for the Bay Area, at least) and most of the other tenants in the building are nice. The downsides are that the walls are somewhat thin and the shared laundry room can get quite busy.
