Im travelling Mint and I cant helped but give a reviews right now! As Im going to the gate agent and get my ticket. I can see the line was so busy but she still managed to smile at us. And not to mention its a red eye flight. And I got a seat mint flight. As soon as I boarded the flight attendants greeted me with a smile in their face and as soon as I seated Joanna on flight 278 asked me what do I want to drink. And after they served our drinks, we have to take off so the sevice it stop for a while and after a few minutes on the air Hans came back with a smile on his face and asked me if I will be dined in for tonight and what drink do I want? I said yes and red wine please. So he told me all the selections. Im giving this reviews cuz sometimes we forgot how hard they work and theyre less appreciated by us as a passengers. Not to mention all they care about is our safety to get home or go to places we want to be. Pilots are extremely nice also. And the flight is going smoothly kudos to those 2 pilots. I flew on different Airlines but I never felt that Im a family to them other than JetBlue. Others are business as usual. But for JetBlue you are part of their family. And my hats off to them. I will never fly on other airlines again as much as I can help it. If theres JetBlue flight somewhere Im going Ill definitely fly with JetBlue! So what are you waiting for Guys come fly with JetBlue! FYI! Mint foods are the best. I feel like Im flying first class on an 11 hours international flight first class. But this is just states to states. Im extremely impressed on how the JetBlue crew took care of the passengers as well as our seats. Comfortable to the highest extent that I can sleep and feel like home.
So this weekend I flew with Jet Blue as a round trip. The tickets were bought months in advance and on the website I was able to choose my own seating but once I got to the airport they changed my seat for both ways. I requested a window seat and for my cousin to sit next to me but was stuck without a window seat flying to LA and returning home I do not have a window seat plus my cousin is not sitting with me. Choosing seats online is completely unreliable and theres no warning. Very disappointed.
Jet blue is awesome! Last minute 80 dollar ticket, 10 dollar Even more speed seat/ticket. And I sat down and enjoyed fantasy updates on the nfl network

I am a disabled customer and I have been flying with JetBlue for years now and never had any issues. I fly with my service animal every time I fly and I’ve been flying two times a month the past six months. Wednesday, February 13,2019. At San Jose airport in California. A supervisor that they will not tell me the supervisors name discriminated against me and made me almost missed my flight. I Flew with my service animal up to San Jose from LA and Had no issue then flying from San Jose back to LA they had a issue with my hyphenated name and I had to go back to JetBlue to change it and after finally fixing my name the JetBlue supervisor started to look at me and ask me how I was disabled and what I needed my service animal for looking at me very weirdly and I felt like she was definitely discriminating against me because of the color of my skin and because she could not see my disability. Over the phone then she starts talking about my disability to her Manager over the walkie-talkie in front of everyone waiting to check in for their Ticket making me feel very uncomfortable been questioning me about my service animal that I’ve been flying with for four years now. I let her know that my service animal warrants me and protect me from loud noises and unseen danger. Then she goes on the intercom Stating that I said that I had a security dog because of my dog was in a carrier because I cannot hold my dog on a leash because of my disability And it’s small enough to fit in a large carrier on my lap in the wheelchair a beagle mix. I continue to let her know all my information and she continues to harass me with questions making me feel uncomfortable then tries to charge me 125 and fees then said never mind we can get you on the flight. And being disabled and getting on the flight last is very uncomfortable. I got to the airport hours early for my flight and they got me on my flight 20 minutes late. And when I tried to file a report the Customer service would not let me know the name of the supervisor etc. and continued to say hope you fly with us soon very disrespectful I will never be flying with them until my claim has been addressed and fixed. I’ve spent Thousands of dollars in flights with them with the same name the same service animal and the same me I feel disrespected.
