The contact information on this google page is incorrect. I called the number provided and the woman told me they had nothing to do with Volaris and would not be able to provide me a contact number to reach them by. When I let her know that the number provided led customers to her reservations line she said I dont care. I then asked to speak to a manager and she hung up.
Plane was too crowded for covid. Completely full. Otherwise ok.
The employees at the airport were professional, airline wants to charge for every little thing, my friend had booked in advance to take her dog in the cabin of the plane when she was checking in she was told it was not possible due to the dogs breed, but thankfully there was a gentleman that works there that helped to get the dog to fly. I am sorry i didnt get his name but he was very professional.Then when my friend boarded there was another issue with a male flight attendant, he was very rude and he couldnt be compassionate towards my friend that was worried about her dog because the dog was very anxious and my friend was worried because they locked the dog carrier with cable zip ties.The flight attendant told my friend that dogs shouldnt travel in the cabin and dogs should go in the cargo area.Why does the airline allows you to purchase the dog in cabin option and on top of everything have an ignorant flight attendant tell you something else, if your job involves dealing with customers at least go learn some customer service skills.This is what happens when you buy a ticket with an airline just because they have non stop flights to Morelia.Is incredible that a flight attendant would behave so rude when they know the survival of their jobs depends on the customers when we have a pandemic.Volaris send your employees to get some training on how to treat customers and get rid of the ones that dont get what customer service is.This happened on August 1, 2020 flight 605 going from San jose to Morelia

Poor Customer ServiceMe and my family has been flying with Volaris for many years and I have Experience many frustrating experiences which have made me use a different airline with better service. Today, was very frustrating to find out there was an extra fee to check in. Many hard working families whom save money for months to buy Volaris fares and then find out there are extra fees and never been pronted is unfair and unprofessional. I dont mind performing the mobile check in but Volaris need to better its app and online service. It is not my responsibility to pay for service Volaris cannot provide. I urge you to stop losing businesses and better your service. I dont wanna pay extra fees at time of check in. Just be fair to your Mexican customers because with us customers youre business will be lost.

Worst airline ever do not fly with them! My daughter had a medical issue and a letter from the specialist that she could not fly due to surgery. They first asked for the letter which I sent after they had several excuses not to accept it like the signature is at the bottom and not next to the name. I went back to get another letter and the same thing happened again with excuses and did not help me at all. They did not care if one of their customers had medical issues, this is a really bad experience and do not recommend this airline to anyone.
Poor costumer service there workers at front desk (Elena & Dalia) don’t even know what to say when you ask them about extra fees and say no for everything, safe to say I will looking for other options volaris thinks they can treat costumers like garbage
Very poor customer service for delayed luggage. Cant find a U.S. number to call or anyone to talk to for my Mexico visitors with delayed luggage. Ticket sales people say that they do not have access to luggage ino.

Of the worst. Nobody helped me. They are thieves. I asked 3 employees for the number of the corporation, human resources, and nobody wanted to give it to me. A flagpole told me to occupy it. I never fly on this thieving line.
In comparison to other airports, I liked this, their staff is friendly and they let you know when you ask for information, everything is quiet, it is clean.
