We thought we were scheduling a carpet cleaner. Instead they were a chimney cleaner. When they arrived they lied about the length of our chimney, and then when confronted about it became beligerent and angry.I would never ever use this company. I got a service I did not want for 2x what the price should have been. Ok have nothing good to say about them.

I had a similar experience as another person who wrote a review. Had an appointment scheduled. The tech no showed so I called checking in and the kid answer the phone hung up on me, then blocked my number. I then called from another number which he answered and say I dont know then hung up again. I would assume this is a fraudulent business and I would be very cautious to anyone spending any time talking to them or allowing them in your home.

These people are very rude and very unprofessional. I had scheduled for the AC repair, and they said the technician would arrive in morning. But he did not, and when I called back, the answer was that he will come with no specific time and reason for delay, and then my number is blocked. Then I call with my wife number, and then again the same answer and my Wife number is blocked, and then finally I called via VIOP, and the guy just so unethical and again try to give some excuse, and when I said why there was no update on previous call, he just hung up. Please think 1000 times before calling them.

We actually had a good experience with this company! We got an appointment within one week of calling. They called to let us know they were on their way. They explained & showed us everything they were doing. We used them for our soon-to-be rental property because we are building a new house. They gave us really great advice for what to do & what to look out for with our new house even though we are building out of state! Very happy with them & will use them again in a year.

We needed to replace a 14 year old split system. The air conditioner was old and using a lot of electricity. Danny came to our house the same day we called for an appointment. He explained our options and showed us several issues from the prior installation of the old system. He also suggested a different type of roof fan that he believes will reduce our electric use by 25 percent. We made the appointment to have it installed and they were able to get us on their schedule right away. Junior and Caesar arrived early and went to work. There were several others that came by during the day and they were all top notch. There were no add on costs to us even though they had to replace the electric panel powering the air conditioner.There was a small issue (not their fault) and Leo came over late in the evening to fix it. The other owner Mike came too. These guys Gave us a fair price and no hard sell. Their guys did an excellent job and we are very happy with our purchase and the quality of their work was also excellent. We would highly recommend this company. They also do not use subcontractors. Jr and Caesar are long time employees and were also very sweet and did an excellent job. I hope this review is reflected on their next salary review ;-)

Wow, Dani and his team really did work for the money, they spent 2.5 hours cleaning and cleaning. I can smell the difference in my house. A team showed up on time, called me 30 min. before to let me know they were on the way. They not only cleaned my vents but treated the house with respect, laying down covers, cleaning up around vents, etc... very hospitable folks and did a great job. Found them on yelp and agree with the satisfied customers.

Gave me appointment twice and failed to show up both times. Completely unreliable. Dont waste your time

Very nice and honest men very knowledgeable, helped me with my thermostat and and insulation problems. Ive gotten a great deal especially because of the holidays, I wasnt feeling the air passing accurately through all of my vents, I am extremely satisfied Ive done it I am a very happy customer and they will be assisting me with the maintenance & inspection and cleaning every year thank you so much Prius air,,, the only reason I give them 4 stars because I asked them to be hear at or before 2pm and they were half hour late due to traffic,,, but otherwise Im satisfied

These People Are Very Unprofessional, I Hung Up On them out of Frustration! They called me back to call me Rude & Obscene Names!! Even Threatened to Come to my Home since he had my Address! Since I waisted there time!!!! I want to make a Police Report However I don’t have his name or address!

I would never let telemarkets into my home, especially when they hide (spoof) their phone number. And Prius Air is NOT registered with the Secretary of State in California. This is not a legitimate company.
