The team here is responsive and communicates well. Valentin was professional and quick, and fixed my issue in 30 minutes. He wore a mask and foot covers and did a great job!
My AC stopped working on a Monday evening, of course during a heatwave. I contacted Fuse via their website and requested a service appointment at around 5:20pm. Kevin at Fuse called me within 5 minutes and scheduled service for the next morning. Fuse Tech Alan was at my house at 9am the next morning, made the repairs and had my AC working again in about an hour. Alan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the repair was reasonably priced. I am very happy with Fuses responsiveness and excellent customer service.
I called late at night when the AC broke down and was expecting to leave a message, but instead got a live human . He scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The rep arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue. He explained the needed repairs and was very professional. Highly recommend.
Installed vent system for new stove exhaust hood. Provided a good quality roof cap. Cleaned up well. Courteous and professional worker.
Great professionalism. The service person, Damon, was very knowledgeable and explained us how HVAC systems work and what could be the issue. He spent a great deal of time and energy in debugging the issue, really appreciated.
Fuses technician was prompt and friendly. He was quick to diagnose and quote the repairs and completed the job the same day. Excellent service!
They just finished installing a sophisticated Bryant Evolution zoned heating and AC system. They were focused, professional and extremely efficient, a pleasure to do business with.
Came to diagnose my problem. Found it right away. Very professional and straightforward.
This is the second time that we used FUSE to install our HVAC system. They are reliable, the work fast, and they certainly know what theyre doing.
Aslan (Alan) is so polite and prompt. He explained everything clearly to me and was so honest re: the problem and how to take care of it efficiently and without having unnecessary services. I highly recommend this service - and in particular - Aslan.
Fast and high quality installation for completely new circuit (380V). Installed commercial water chiller.
Alex wasnt responsive to calls when promised service. Then lied about his technician showing up. Then threatened to report my case (didnt know I had a case!) to a debt collection service if I didnt pay the invoice that he sent the day before. We have many apartments and will never use them again.
Extremely chaotic management. Do not recommend for bigger jobs like rewiring.People needing electrical jobs done beware: Fuse has only 1 qualified electrician for panel/breaker jobs now, and your job might be super delayed and dragged on for a long time.We signed a panel upgrade and rewiring contract with Fuse in June. Fuse did not schedule our job until September, because Mark, who originally did the estimate for us, left the company, and apparently nobody at Fuse cared to pick up what he left behind. Every time we called, we were told to wait, and the lead electrician broke his leg. Poor guy. So we waited. Until one front desk personnel let loose that they simply forgot to schedule our job. Finally our panel&rewiring started Sep 6th. We were told it will be done in one week. Nice. But on Sep 8th, after the electricians ripped out wires and cut holes all over the house, they told us that we are scheduled to give estimates to other people tomorrow, so we are not gonna return tomorrow. Oh also we cannot finish by Friday the 10th. I emailed Fuse Service explaining how miserable living in a half-ripped unpowered house is, and request to not have down days. Adam kindly sent 4 people over the next day. We were told that the job will be done by 17th instead. Not what was promised, but we can accept that. They lost the lead electrician. Gotta be considerate, right?Well, surprise again. On Monday the 13th, the electricians again told us that they had to work on other sites, and they wouldnt return until 17th the Friday, and they were not sure it would be finished by then. Time for some urgent emailing again. This time we got 2 workers coming the next day. Not bad, I thought, at this rate, we should finish by 17th.Well, triple surprise. Today (16th Thursday), nobody showed up by 11am. We called Frank and were told they didnt schedule to work on our house today. I again explained how inconvenient it is to live with no lights and only 3 outlets in the house. Frank managed to get us 1 electrician to come at 1pm. One is better than nothing, right? Then surprise again, the solo electrician told us that its not gonna be done by Friday either, because the only person qualified to install breakers (Mikhail) will be working on other jobs Friday, and he can only show up for us Saturday 18th. And they are not sure they can be done by 18th either. That is truly disappointing. We arranged other contractors coming on 18th for other jobs. I called front desk. Jeff said Mikhail will call me in 20 min. Thats 2 hours ago, and still no call.We hired Fuse despite its higher $ for we thought its more professional over others. But we have never had a job so delayed, and we have never needed to chase down the workers every other day just to make sure they will keep showing up.I understand that you are swamped with jobs and scheduling is hard, but we gotta be honest about it. Tell me to look elsewhere if I want to get my job done before September, instead of keeping me waiting. Tell me to brace for 2.5 weeks of dust and noise or send me a steady flow of workers, instead of empty promises and surprises over and over again.
Very professional, they call/text with updates to service time appts. Technicians are very polite, clean/careful in the house.
Honest!
Fuse installed a heat pump water heater for me and remove two gas water heaters. They worked hard for two days and were very professional.
