Traveling through and need oil change. We have a truck and airstream trailer attached. We pulled in and we started to look for a place to unhitch the trail. A worker came right over asked what we need and stated if we wanted we did not have to unhook. Headed us into the bay and as the vehicle ahead finished pull us through. Quickly did task. Several worker spoke and thanked my husband for being a retired firefighter. Congratulations for an awesome work force here.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s hands down the best place for everything you need!! They’re so helpful, quick, and you get consistent service every time. Going to dealerships or other oil change places used to take forever and I dreaded it. But this Jiffy Lube is so fast, their waiting area is awesome, and they are so helpful at explaining things and getting us in and out! I come from out of town now just to go here for inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations. This is the place to go!!

I havent been to a Jiffy Lube in almost 20 years (they played games back then; maybe some franchises still do.) However, I was traveling, and I needed quick service, so I gave them a shot. These folks took great care of my rig, answered all my questions, catered to all my requests (check this, check that), and never tried to nickel and dime me. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and well humored, which made the service go by so much faster.

Came for an oil change and the team was absolutely amazing. They made it quick and easy with no issues and communicated everything so detailed. They cleaned our windows and offered us free beverages while we waited which was less than 5 minutes! If you have a college kid I would recommend you sending them here for any and all car needs!!

I’m not one to leave a review but this companyhas drawn the line for me. They are over priced for terrible quality of service. I felt like I was taken advantage of for my first time going there. They were supposed to replace my windshield wipers and didn’t even put it on. Left it in the gap between my windshield and hood. My husband got his cars oil changed here for the first time and he felt the same way I did. After getting his oil change he had a few errands to run around town. He noticed something dragging under his car. Come to find out his splash guard was not strapped back on they way it should. I’m very disappointed with the quality of service that we received from this company. I will not recommend them.

This place is awful. They did not put in synthetic oil, when they said they were. My car required a 8mm L-Key and they put in a 17 mm bolt, and screwed it in way too tight. It leaked horribly. They charged me over 100 dollars for a service that should have cost 60. They just were looking to take advantage of a young girl and her grandpa.

Update (06/17/2021): Finally, I got my car back. Engine was replaced already. Thanks Billy for always willing to solve the issue. Bad things happened, however, it’s more important on how people deal with it.Updated (06/01/2021): Jiffy Lube have contacted me and comitted to make it right. Now, waiting for engine replacement to be done in 7 or 10 days. I will keep updating this until I get my car back.Terrible experience! An oil change probably costs me my car. Got an oil change yesterday (05/28/2021), I drove the car home which is 0.5 miles nearby. Later, after driving over 1 miles, the low engine oil level warning is on and my car immediately stalled on the 289 loop, luckily, I pulled my car over before its completely died ON THE HIGHWAY! I took a video of massive oil leak. Waiting for more than 5 hours to have the towing service taking my car to Jiffy Lube store. I will go there in the early morning to see how they deal with the issue. Used to have service with Take 5 oil change, this is my first time with Jiffy Lube based on their 4.2 stars review on Google.

This company has a couple employees who have tested positive for covid and they refuse to close down and get everyone tested and clean and sanitizeAnd they refused to pay their employees who have been there three years or longer covid pay who are postive

Got a full service oil change and fuel filters replaced on my diesel truck. The staff was super friendly and personable, and made great recommendations for my truck’s specific needs. The price was fair, and they got me in and out very quickly. They definitely earned my future business!

I typically do everything myself because I dont trust people, but I had to get my transmission flushed and thats above my skill. Billy helped me out and was extremely nice through the whole process. I can confidently recommend these guys, and trust them with my truck.

*** revised review.I had previously left a lengthy and detailed review after a loose bleeder valve nearly ran my car out of brake fluid. It was a careless mistake that could have been a much more serious problem. When i called to address it, the assistant manager basically told me it wasn’t their fault and didn’t seem to take the issue as seriously as I would have liked. Since posting the review, GM Dustin did call me back and sincerely apologize for the incident. He acknowledged that the other employee I spoke with had handled the situation poorly and there would be additional training to ensure careless mistakes like these don’t happen. He was professional and very apologetic, so I have given 2 additional stars. I understand Mistakes happen, but how it is handled is what really matters. Had I spoke with him initially, I probably wouldn’t have taken the time to write the review I did. They need more attention to detail, but I appreciate Dustin’s effort to fix the problem.

I love these people. They go above and beyond their jobs. I went in with a leak. They were kind enough to research it for me and find the answer, and we are hoping that it fixed. My point is they did not have to go to so much trouble for me but they did. I will be eternally grateful.

Very poor business. Oil change is fine but very poor service and a bunch of liars. They said they aired up my tires and vacuumed my pickup, which they didnt. They took air out of my tires and had my tire pressure at 10 pounds less than what my tires hold. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Ill change my own oil from now on.

Went to this jiffy lube this morning. Everything is just fine with the oil change but the manager Rocky was careful to tell me that they cleaned the outside of my windows and vacuumed the floor of my car when neither of these things happened. I actually had to chase him down to find my keys. Once he was ready to move on to someone else you might as well be invisible. I will be going somewhere else from now on and it pains me. I always loved coming here to get my car cared for.

I wasnt pleased with the service. I needed my vehicle inspection for the license tags. It didnt pass inspection. We fixed the issue. Took the vehicle back and again it didnt pass. Fixed the issue and was being charged again. Finally passed inspection; however, I didnt like it.

I usually go to Bolton’s but they had crazy lines. Jiffy lube took care of me, I got an oil change and my tires rotated. They were very friendly and provided great service!

Had oil changed a few months ago and they messed up a headlight which we had to take to another place to get fixed. Then had a flat tire on Saturday and Discount Tire where we normally go was closed all locations for store meetings. So went to Jiffy lube on 82nd. They said they fixed it and less than 24 hours my son gets stranded with a flat on the loop and Quaker. So the tire was ruined they did not fix it they put a plug in and it came out. Had to go to Discount Tire this morning had to purchase a new tire. So we t next door to tell them what they caused and they did not offer any explanation nor did they pay for a new tire or anything. Poor customer service. In our opinion enter at your own risk

I know from working 3 years at boltons oil co. that the manger at jiffy lube is very unprofessional. I think he only uses the location to show off his motorcycle. I cant think of any other reason why he wouldnt park it in the employees lot. After letting him know i would be switching jobs he made it almost impossible to uptain my last paycheck. It took almost a month todo what should have been done in an hour. Very imature. I hope everybody knows these people are very unprofessional and do not belong under anybodys hood. Mangmnt is the reason that place stays empty even after boltons closes. SAD!

Talk about amazing service and this should get a 10star if there was. Rocky the manager out there is super great, I had this place replace my tire due to what one place caused and ddnt acknowledge this but from the time I drove up to the time I drove off the lot and even now, Rocky called this morning and its like God was sending messages to us both. I rcvd my new tire and he even gave me a discount bc of price that was quoted different he worked with me, but due to new tire on one side and used on other I knew it would be off driving and I sure tested it out when I left that location I had to go take some things to my son our of town and hour away and I noticed my car pulling as uaual and I told my daughter who was with me this doesnt feel right and the am coming back, and the next thing I had a call from Rocky to tell me he was thinking about my car asked if it was pulling and I know liability issues etc but he took the step to call me and make sure all was ok so he has said to me to bring my car by to move my tires from front to back to help this pulling a little, now thats customer service period. Ill say that the guys that work there are very nice. They checked on me a lot and didnt mind explaining things to me so Id understand what was happening with my car.On the other hand, Im feeling pretty iffy about the service done to my car. I went in to have them look at my brakes and give me a quote to fix it. They did a brake inspection and told me my roter was warped, which was fine, but I didnt want to deal with it today.Well, right after I left the store, I noticed that water was dripping on my foot from the air conditioner. That had never happened before, but I thought maybe it wasnt a big deal. Until my check engine light, and two lights that basically told me my traction control were out turned on. None of these lights were on before I went in there, and my car certainly wasnt dripping before they checked it.I went back in and they looked at it, and they blew some water out of some system in my car (Im not well versed in cars), and I had them go ahead and fix the roter because I assumed they were related. The manager test drove it and one of the workers told me my lights had gone off, so I left.And they turned back on almost immediately. I went back, and they checked my car again. And this time they told me theres a short in my car that wasnt there before I went in. The manager told me that it might handle rough and to gwt it fixed eventually, but it wasnt a safety issue. I didnt have them fix it because I needed to get somewhere else, but Im pretty sure that short wasnt there before I handed them my keys.I dont want to leave a poor review because the guys here are very nice, but Im pretty frustrated about the final outcome with my car. I went in just to get a quote for new brakes, and I left with more repairs needed to my car than I came in with. Cant say Ill be back here.

I took my vehicle in to get inspected they put the wrong VIN number on my car. So after going to try to get my registration I had to go back and have them fix the problem. Brandon was the one who took it in and he was very rude.
