Bricked my AC on a simple service. Routine service. Sent a rookie. Stripped the part that holds the coolant. Drained out. AC dead. Said theyd come out between 4-6 same day to fix. No show. No call. Called them. After hours guy came. Nice guy, but found the rookie killed the part, doesnt know if they can find a replacement.

No Star if I can.I schedule the appointment a couple weeks ago for 8-12 on Monday. I had it on my calendar. On Monday morning, I called to make sure because I didnt get call ahead to confirm. Someone at the office confirmed it is for today so I took the day off and waiting for them. At 10:30, someone called to tell me, no your appointment is tomorrow. Its not possible, because I am scheduled to be out of town on Tue so it cant be my memory is wrong. So disappointed with how the business is run.

They were on time and explained things about their work and how it would be done. I would recommend highly recommend them.

We regret giving business with your company. The only time we will deal with you again is when you need to honor the warranty of the machines you installed with our company. Otherwise, you totally lost our business. You guys are rude and inconsistent especially Sam Hassas. In addition, Your accounting department never calls back as promised when asked about the billing. You never considered the business we have been given you all these years. We will not recommend anyone to do business with you at all.

My experience with Valley Heating and cooling was awesome. They had the best pricing (I checked three places) In addition and they did not recommend services I didnt need. They were on time for installation and I had no issues. I highly recommend them.

I did require additional service call four days later because electronic ignition spark was not working. Second service call fixed the issue quickly. Thank you for the excellent service.

Valley installed my unit 4-5 years ago. I called to get a tech to show up as my unit is not working at all. I think it is something really simple but they cant get some out for 2-3 weeks! That seems crazy i told them i will have to get another service company and they said sorry. Kind of frustrating.......

Weve been using Valley Heating for 30 years and their service is excellent.

Great service repairing our home after the flood. All our HVAC was destroyed in the Coyote Creek flood and Valley came out and made repairing our house a priority so we could live in it. They gave us space heaters until it the mud was cleaned out and they could come in to replace the units. They even helped remove some debris and sand bags on their own time. When the city inspector came to inspect and hopefully remove our yellow tag, the first thing he said is Im so glad you hired a professional as he had seen a lot of bad repairs. When he inspected the angle of the flue run, he said these guys really know what they are doing. He complimented their work on the exterior venting too. As a homeowner you never know the quality of work but when a city inspector gives incredible feedback you know it is top notch. I will never hire anyone but Valley Heating in the future.

I had an attic fan installed this week, absolutely EXCELLANT SERVICE by all the staff we encountered. We scheduled an appointment to get a quote on changing our current heater and air conditioner. The appointment was scheduled within 2 days and Art Gonzalez came out and inspected our existing system, which was over 35 years old. He sat down for over 2 hours to go over various products that would be the most efficient and energy saving for our size home. There were several price points and combinations that could be used. We finally decided on the Lennox two speed variable furnace and the two speed Lennox air conditioning unit. We also decided to have all new duct work installed. This included individual dampers on each return line to allow a balanced flow of circulation within the entire home.After agreeing to have them perform the work, they scheduled the work to commence within a two week period (this is the busiest time of year for this to be done so the time frame was understandable). As a contractor myself, I have rather lofty expectations with regards to professionalism and that includes being timely and performing the work neatly/cleanly to a high degree. The lead installers name was Eugene. From the time he arrived I could immediately sense a level of knowledge of the work to be performed and of the products being installed. He and his assistant Brandon were courteous and always stopped to answer any questions we had. They worked each of the five days without even taking a lunch break! WOW! They would keep their work areas as neat as possible during the day and would dust/vacuum at the end of each day. All tools, equipment and materials were organized neatly and stored til they returned the following day to continue the work.At the end of installation, Eugene spent over an hour going over every item to make sure that all work was done to our satisfaction and to explain all the equipment and maintenance that were necessary. He also spent an additional 20-30 minutes explaining and assisting in setting the digital programmable thermostat with us. This is rather detailed as the scheduling can be set in several ways to accommodate your individual lifestyle needs.To say that Eugene provided top quality, knowledgeable work is an understatement. Hes been doing this for quite some time and his expertise has been honed over a long period of working in this industry. The attention to detail within his work is second to none. I would HIGHLY recommend Valley Heating and Air to anyone looking to install HVAC products. Of course, when you use the best products, like Lennox, that gives you a leg up on the competition to begin with!
