The ladies that work there are nice. It is just poorly run by the gentleman that does the scheduling. Every time I go there I have to wait. The last time it was 50 minutes No one tells you how long your wait will be. Then I couldnt have one person do my nails and one do my pedicure. It needed to be the same person which takes double the time. It is simply poorly organized.

Great place to get nails and waxing in same spot. I really love my chrome gel nails! Staff is really friendly and personable.

The service was great and they did a lovely job! The only downside is waiting 30 minutes after the made appointment time. Lots of parking near by thats safe.

They throw away everything after they use it. Very clean no infections up in here living. The work is awesome!!

I came here and got a full set of lash extensions, gel manicure, pedicure, and an arm wax. Every professional the looked after me was amazing! Each had that careful eye for detail, and absolutely amazing technical skill at what they do. I look forward to coming back!

This was hands down the worst wax I have ever gotten! I came here for a bikini wax a couple weeks ago. The lady who worked with me was super fast (only took 13 min) but probably too fast because I saw regrowth less than a week later. She only managed to pull out about half of my hair, breaking the rest. There were no other customers in the salon and she was chatting with a colleague when I walked in, so I dont understand what the rush was about.

You know, every time a girl moves, there a few must-haves that she needs to get in place. A good dry cleaner, a good wine and snack market and the nail salon. I love Quince Spa. One of my favorite places for a mani pedi! also a great massage. I have been going there for years, the staff is very friendly and the work is good. I like that the same people have worked there a long time, too!

First place Ive found in SF where I feel like I got my moneys worth on a nail service. They were super friendly and accommodating. I didnt feel rushed, which given the awesomeness of their massage chairs was perfect. Definitely would recommend!

Came here with an appointment for 3 people. I showed up about 3 minutes late due to traffic - I apologized profusely after walking through the door, and was met with a harsh “Hurry Up!” and a pointed finger at the polish counter. Did not interact with me once after that except to criticize the state of my nailbeds, and refused to serve my friend with an appointment who arrived just a few moments after me. These women are horrifically rude and they don’t do a good enough job to make up for it. Don’t bother.

In places like this. Hygiene is essential. They do not sanitize the tools they use. Not a clean place at all.

They are quick, professional and inexpensive compared to many other nail and waxing salons. The place is modern and clean and there is a plethora of magazines.

I only ever get my hair cut here. Nothing fancy needed, Phung is competent and quick and doesnt charge much.

The ladies there are the best, I tried on 3 different colors and she played with 1 or two layer of the polish to see which one I wanted for my wedding. The manicure was done so well, they are extremely good at what they do and very professional. They make sure that there are ZERO bubbles on your nails! Lady on the phone that I booked the appointment with gave really good recommendations for wedding colors and made sure I wrote them down cus she wasn’t going to be there when I got there. 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻 thank you! On my left 4 fingers was #601 (middle finger has one layer only cus I like sheer colors)My thumbs are #188. My right 4 fingers is #123 (middle finger is one later only only). $35 for gel manicure. Got a Groupon for vinylux mani-pedi so I came here to try the place out. Both the shaping and polish were sloppy. One of the techs didnt (wouldnt?) speak to me at all and just motioned/gesticulated at me. Meanwhile, she was happily chatting away with the rest of the techs in Vietnamese. If I hadnt use the Groupon deal Id probably only give this place one star. Seriously, Im looking at my hands and feet now and its bothering me so much. The shaping is amateur and the polishes are uneven, lumpy and all over my cuticles on 8 of my fingers. I could have done a way better job at home.
