The place is clean without being over priced &the ladies are sweet

Told me to come in 30 minutes at 1:20pm. Arrived at 2:06. All three ladies sitting doing nothing. Asking me to come back at 4. All I wanted is my nails off. I could sit there and soak but no I had to come back.

I have been going here for over a year and absolutely love them!! They always do the best job (I get dip powder sns) and they have the best colors. On top of that they offer shoulder massages which is just the cherry on top. This place is so underrated, don’t even think about it just go.

Always a good job, $45 gel pedicure. Come here regularly and have always been happy with results.

I got a gel manicure from Susan a few days ago and she did such a great job. Paid really close attention to detail which I really appreciate. Ill definitely be going back.

Literally worst manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. It took 30 mins for just gel removal and no color shaping. I still had gel left at the end of my session which the technician was just filing off basically. My nails are uneven, gritty from all the filing, and it cost me $20.Super uncomfortable too. Look at the finished product. Avoid this place. It’s not worth the slightly convenient location.

The experience and quality was fine. They aren’t the best but they aren’t the worst. My main issue is that it’s one of those places where you have to pay for the tip in cash. That means if I want to get my nails done on my lunch, I have to go to the bank first, or use their ATM in store for a fee. It’s never that serious!

Despite the inconsistent reviews I tried this place out because these kinds of salons tend to change staff somewhat often, so figured better staff had come through by now.Got a gel mani, and although it was quick (about 30 minutes) perhaps it was too quick. The nail polish is uneven. It feels bumpy. But also goes over my cuticles or is too far away from them. She filed my nails unevenly, some too round, some too square. And to top it all of, while cutting my cuticles she cut my finger. Which wouldn’t stop bleeding after I left. It was painful.Never coming back.

Always great Service! I love going to this nail salon. The women working here are all very nice and friendly and do a great job. The salon is very clean and the massage chairs, which are very comfortable by the way, have those plastic covers for the footbath. So all clean ;)Every single time my pedicure was great and Im going to this salon for the last 1,5years. I totally recommend it.

First time visiting. Initially I was curious but I see why this place has mixed reviews.1. Facility and tools are quite new and clean.2. Given good location - 1st floor, spacious, $is reasonable. 30$ for gel mani- some shops this area charge up to 55$.3. Service - they are Vietnamese women, while some are very smiley and friendly, some can be quiet rough and not polite- but that’s just some people’s nature.All in all, I’ll go back, locations good, gets job done well. Takes a bit long time though. Wouldn’t say super fast. Plan 1hr 10min for gel mani removal +gel mani.

I used to come here regularly but since decided to stop. The service was always inconsistent and some would not do the gel to the top of my nail making me have to go in more than twice a month, too rough when taking off my gel they file it off it hurts, they also wouldnt paint the whole nail and missed the sides of the nail. I go to manipedi on Guerrero.

Nice 💅 for great price ($15). The lady was very patient and took her time to ensure good result. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. They appreciate if you leave the tip in cash. Its also conveniently located next door from Supercuts where you can get a good haircut, if you know which master to pick. I will come here again.UPDIm sad that I have to change my original 5 star review to 1 star. But skin near one of my nails started hurting on the next day. Its been over 2 weeks, and it still hurts! Apparently the lady overdid it and cut too much on the side of the nail. There may be even infection inside. I get my nails done at a salon about once a month, and the last time I had a problem like this was like 5 years ago. Disappointing. I wont come back.

I used to come here pretty regularly and was extremely happy with the service. This evening, I came in for a gel mani + pedicure, and I felt extremely rushed by the woman who seems like she might be running the place as I tried to pick out a color. When she finally harassed me into choosing a color, she began trimming my nails (shorter than I asked for) and filed them for no more than 30 seconds. After looking at them to check for my satisfaction, per her request, I asked her if she could even out one of the nails, to which her response was, “Do you want to do it yourself?” I refuse to be insulted by a place that should pride themselves on their service. Ridiculous.

This place is awful. Do not come here.I came in for a gel manicure and for a previous grown out gel manicure to be taken off.They were rushing me like crazy. I didnt have time to pick out a color so I went with the first color I saw after approximately 1 minute of looking and three different occasions of the same woman asking me if I had picked out a color.The manicurist scraped the f**k out of my nails. Much more than necessary. All of the polish was off my nails and she was still scraping much more than Ive ever experienced in the past.All of the other women were getting cuticle oil and things to help with their manicure. Things that usually come standard when you get a manicure from my experience. But for some reason I didnt get anything and was having my nails and cuticles scraped over and over again with no kind of additional lubrication.The polish is pooled at my cuticles and spilling over on to my skin. Some parts of my nails dont even have polish on them.After the polish had dried, she came back over the sides of the nails with more scraping. Which I am very confused about because now my polish is scraped on the side.When it was time to pay, I paid in cash with no tip. I felt really bad about this, as I always tip. In fact, I think this is the first time Ive not tipped for a service! But I felt like I was messed with and rushed out for some reason and had no idea why. So when I paid, the manicurist looked at it and said No tip?!. I gave her a chance to explain saying that I thought she was trying to rush me out and that I didnt get basic services that other women were getting at the same time. I also mentioned that I thought it didnt look good and that she really messed with my nails. She just looked at me and said something of the sorts of okay, whatever. So Im not sure what to make of that. Either she knew she did a crappy job, or she just doesnt care.I may have just gotten a dud as far as a manicurist goes, but I had an awful experience here and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Friendly service. And they did my nails the best Ive ever had. Lasted 2 weeks without a chip.

I came in on Dec 30 for a polish change. It was $10 for hands and $12 for toes. Two ladies worked on me at the same time. They cleaned my hands and feet with alcohol first, then filed down my nails, then put cuticle oil on. They filed the surface of the nails with the file which at one point caused pain on one of my toes and one of my fingers, so I winced and they apologized for being too rough. Then they pushed the cuticle back with the tool, cleaned my nails and began to polish. The polish job was good and the massage chairs were great. They get 2 stars removed for being too rough and because I saw a small roach crawling on the floor when my nails were under the dryer.

Good massage talent, good attention to detail. $35 pedi, $25 mani, $5 extra for gel (per two hands or two feet), $10 for 10 minute massage.There are slight communication barriers with the staff but they can be patiently overcome with a little extra effort. Everyone is pretty great at what they do, but its easy to misunderstand someones accent and end up spending a little extra. I got a gel french manicure with black tips and I felt it was really worth it.

They look like they are on a hurry. Horrible experience. There are much better places and they are close to that area as well.

First time here and I thought service was great. Came back for a second time and it was great till they starting to talking bushitt and they had no idea that Im vietnamese and am fluent in the language and can totally understand what the hell they were saying. Also did I mention the translation was hella wrong when I told them the issue with my nails. Firstly I am not complaining about what your employee did last time I came but I am telling you what is the condition of my nails. Secondly I am not saying you dont know how to do your job I am just pointing out what my nails condition is. Even a doctor cant tell you about your condition if you dont tell him your symptoms. Never ever came back here no matter how desperate I am for a spa time. Ladies I paid you to do my nails not for you to criticizing me on how I want it. Whether my nails is long or not its none of your damn business. As well as I already told you that my nails are very sensitive because the false nails have just been taken off and one of my nails broke so there was a deep chip so please be gentle and yall did not do that. Oh and thank so much for charging me the GEL FULL SET PRICE WHEN I DID NOT GET ONE.

Great nail salon that is reasonably priced and can usually accommodate every walk in even at peak times

Nail polish was not well applied, gel lasted less than one week.

I noticed that my nails look crooked and I wanted ballerina / coffin shape nails, my nails doesnt look like the shape. Not only that the color on my pinky didnt last. POOR SERVICE!I wanted a V shape design on my nails but she said I can do that but it will take forever so I dont want to do the design. The woman told me the total but I couldnt here / understand her. So the 2nd time she told me she yelled the total at me. I recommend NOT getting your nails done here!

Came in yesterday to get my gel taken off and a pedicure. I was on time for my appointment but waited 25 minutes until they sat me in a chair. She was very rough with the filing and cracked nearly all of my nails, I didnt notice until I got home. Thats the second manicure disappointment at this place.

Lady was going to do black French tip pedi & didnt even take all the old red nail polish OFF.& HAD THE NERVE TO BE UPSET BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT RED PAINT ON MY NAILS
