Got a pedicure and 100% professional my feet looked and felt so clean and next time I need to get my hands done too it’s worth it trust me. They even used to give out free water and LaCroix before covid happened which was really refreshing and I know the owner she’s really nice and professional as long as the other workers. Go try them out yourselves you won’t regret it.

Had an amazing mani pedi experience at Joy Joy Nails and will definitely be back. Love the amazing color selection and clean professional space with great pedicure chairs. Felt safe covid wise with the door open, spaced out distribution of customers and plexiglass shields. Tom did my pedicure and did a phenomenal job. I’ll be coming back here!

Do not get your nails done here or by Mai. I was a fan of this place till yesterday but came in and asked for a basic dip powder of one color. She didnt even out the powder, or take her time. My nails were lumpy, uneven, and I kept asking her to redo it. After 1.5 hours and coming out with horrible nails, I made another appointment at a nail salon to get them removed and re-done. I do not suggest ever coming to this place even for basic nails or having Mai do your nails.

Fantastic selection of colors to pick from of regular or gel polish. Busy in the evenings and on the weekends so if youre going with more than two people call ahead so they can accommodate and give you priority when you come in. There are a total of 10 seats for service with a small couch to wait. They also offer affordable waxing services (~$45 for a Brazilian) for the neighborhood. There is only one room for waxing so call in advance to make sure they will have time for you. Tips are appreciated in cash and if you want your shoulders rubbed after your nails are done it is cash only. Can pay for services with your card and there is an ATM on location.

Marina’s #1 nail salon!!!! The staff is so sweet and accommodating. Tiffany does an amazing job every time I come in for manicure and gives the best shoulder massages. I appreciate their cleanliness and atmosphere.

I had a great experience at the salon, but sadly my gel manicure starting chipping just one day later. Now 5 days later I have multiple chips and it doesnt seem like its going to hold up too much longer. I really liked the salon and the service was great and Im hoping that this was just a one-off., but I will most likely be returning to my usual salon.

Decent place to get your nails done. The prices arent outrageous and the technicians do a great job. My pedicure has lasted weeks with no chips or peeling. Only complaint was the wait time, Im assuming its a popular spot but we had an appointment at 3:45 and didnt get our feet even soaked until 5!

When first I read these reviews prior to going to Joy Joy, I thought to myself, This chick Tiffany must have asked all of her friends to write positive reviews. And I was wrong.Tiffany pedicured my feet with the precision of a brain surgeon. The attention to detail was on point.I am visiting from New York and I am not used to pedicures this cheap in a place this comfortable. All around, this place is legit.

I was so happy with the recommendation I got from some gals who worked in a hair salon about where to get my nails done. They both agreed. Go to Joy Joy nails!!I’ve been so pleased with the professional attitude of the salon-very little cross talk- in Vietnamese- which has always bothered me at salons. My service for gel nails lasts a good solid 3 weeks.The other thing I love about this salon is they play soothing music... no tv droning on in the background. I travel back and forth from Seattle area to SF and I always prefer to wait to get my mani and pedi at Joy Joy nails!

The most uncomfortable pedicure I have ever received. The pedicure is given via a bowl of water (no permanent fixtures) the way you’re asked to sit and stretch makes this a physically uncomfortable and stressful experience. Service was bad.

Worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. My friend and I did both manicure and pedicure there and they scratched my friend’s finger pretty severely that she was bleeding—no sorry, no band aid (offered some alcohol cotton), and insisted that we should pay for my friend’s manicure while we offered to pay the rest already. THEY WOULDN’T THINK HURTING YOU IS THEIR FAULT! At last we got really angry and didn’t want to waste time so we paid everything including the manicure but didn’t offer any tips, and they were like “ok, bye” as if we were some unreasonable people that they never wanted to see us again—well you won’t.

Always a nice place to get a good manipedi. All the staff have been so nice, every time Im there.

This place is a rip off with terrible service. They cut into my finger and it was bleeding. They offered no compensation and didn’t even apologize. The wound is now infected and it is bleeding worse than before. We will take legal measures to get this fixed.
