Allison and her assistant Molly were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Were patient with answering questions. A very nice experience!

I took off work to go look at an apartment that I made it clear we wanted and when I get to the office I am told that they rented out the apartment the same day I called when they told me to come look. Very unprofessional.

I rarely give poor reviews but after trying to help sort out a situation for my daughter I am extremely frustrated with this company.To summarize the situation my daughter and her roommate signed a lease well before the pandemic hit. The lease started this June and we and the roommate paid first and last month at that time. Since then the roommate because of financial issues due to Covid withdrew from school. This put us in a bind because now we are responsible for way more than we can afford. She has reached out everywhere looking for a new roommate but again because of the timing it appears unlikely that she will find someone. I asked HTD if they would be willing to take a couple hundred dollars less for the last 9 payments and was told no. I even asked if they could find us one of their properties that was 1 room and we would sign a new lease with them so we could get out of the 2 bedroom, more expensive place. Again, no interest in helping since they have a signed contract and basically have us locked in.I own a business and understand the need to get contracts signed. I also have revised many contracts over the years because sometimes being compassionate to people out weighs trying to suck money from them when circumstances change. You can be fair and make money in the business world but HTD obviously does not follow that concept.Since my daughter hasnt even moved in yet, if something does change in their stance of this situation I will prioritize coming back to this review and revising it for the better.

Allison was awesome! She was very nice and kind when showing us the apartments and even showed us the Bad spots so we were aware! She was very nice and was clear when it came to all the deposits and needs and such! I would highly recommend her

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They lack the ability to professionally communicate and they have no compassion considering the pandemic we are in.My family member has been harassed by Allison Klugh regarding a need for extra time to move furniture out of an apartment (since the university is now closed due to Covid-19, the logistics of this situation are much harder for my family.) Allison stated it’s not our fault you need extra time to get out of the apartment we have a business to run while tacking on late fees and threatening to charge another months rent to a newly graduated college student with no job.Furniture was due to be out May 15th, 2020The problem is another employee stated my family member could have the extra time needed to remove items/furniture from the apartment, and ALSO stated no new tenants were prepared to move in and we could have the rest of May to get these things removed.Allison then preceded to send multiple emails contradicting her fellow employee, basically accusing my family member of stirring up a lie.The furniture is now removed as of 5/19, after 2 family members had to take off work to make the 4-hour drive there and back.Considering the times we are currently in, I am extremely appalled by the lack of empathy this company showed towards a college student who was communicating her needs clearly. And I understand if the needs could not be met, but their inability to properly communicate this is an issue.Im sure my family member is not the only one being harassed by Allison! Dont do business with this disappointing company!

Horrible people trying to make me get rid of my dog when hes a puppy and doesnt like being alone but the neighbors dogs attack people and have attacked me twice and nothing was done about it. So angry and hate these guys
