New, fast and hassle free. Car came out nice with a quick towel down from the attendant at the end and vacuums worked good.

I like the place and I go through them to wash my vehicles.But, they have been charging full price but not giving giving their customers what they paid for.Example: you would pay to have your tires shine they are out of the liquid to make that happen and when they are fully aware of it they choose to continue to charge their customers for it.I have always paid for their best wash at $15 and that should cover everythingYet at the end I feel that they have over charged not only me but everyone that paid for the serviceI say this after looking at every car at end with dirty and dry tires.I have brought this up to the people in charge and yet they continue to charge their customers the sameI can understand if they were good enough to tell their customers

Update: I decided to give another try. Here’s the out come. Tires looked clean but still no tire shine. But you can see a huge difference from my pictures. I will say though that I love how the vacuums are strong and that you have 2 different attachment ends, one for narrow spaces and one for wide.Really wanted to like this place. Decided to give this place a try instead of my usual Maui oil. I paid for the ultimate wash and when I got out noticed there was no tire shine and I didn’t receive the included items microfiber cloth, air freshener,etc. so I asked the girl that wiped my car down(who’s customer service was great) what happened and I apparently got the wrong wash. So I went through a second time with the correction, But however there was no still no product on my tires. If this can be improved I’ll be glad to return.

Just went there today. It was a pretty quick service and it was nice to be able to clean my car with the current water restrictions upcountry at the moment. I’d definitely go again now that I’ve tried it out. Staff was also very helpful over there with directing you on how to line up with the system that takes you through the car wash.

Love the convenience of the car wash. Easy and fast. The wash is descent. The low rating is for the attitude I got from some of the employees. I showed up to the car wash and got in line at the entrance at 9:58A.M.. Some of the employees were in a van and started honking and waving their hands at me. Showing their hands as if they were saying 10. I was confused. They just sat there and then drove off and parked. No apology from anyone.If 2 minutes before you open is too early. Maybe there needs to be better communication to your paying customers. Thanks.

I wanted to go to wash my car today and try this newer place out, but not impressed by the customer service so I just exited right away. I made a wrong turn and the 2 girls working there gave attitude and just yelled a random noise and glared. They could have easily came over and directed me. I will never try this car wash.

People actually attending to your car while its being washed. The vacuums are not very strong. I liked it.

Great place to clean your Turo before returning. Vacuums are free! Wash will cost $11-$13.

For $15 I got the whole package wash with the free vacuum. As I entered the wash I was given an air freshener and rage to wipe things down. As I exited the wash two workers wiped my car of any excess water. Great service and great price! I’ll be back. 🤙🏼

Extremely efficient and high tech system. I liked that people actually dry your car when you come out of the car wash. Highly recommend this location.

UPDATE: They are better now. Its almost worth the extra two dollars to get your vehicle dried off. Nice work Papa!Dryers are indifferent at best. A much newer washing system but not as good as their much older competition at Maui Express (Maui Oil) and they charge more! They use less soap, more bug residue left behind, people drying are just going through the motions and dont seem to care if your windows are actually clean.

Got the basic car wash it was okay. It didnt get off a lot of bird droppings from the hood and sides and the roof of my car didnt get cleaned very well (2010 Subaru Forester with racks). The vacuums need to be stronger especially the tube vacuum.

The tire dressing needs adjustment as it isnt as uniform as Maui Express Car Wash. They do have a $15 option for the works, where you get a free microfiber towel.The vacuum cleaning system seems a bit better than Maui Express, and feeds from above, versus alongside your car, which seems to work well.The good thing is that there are two staffers that wipe your car down as you exit the blowers.

Love this place. Fast and so easy. Truck got very clean, and they have people to wipe it down. Plus its cool, colorful lights and can see outside through their window. Pretty awesome.

Vacuuming is not free, you have to purchase a car wash in order to use the vacuum. The vacuums are a little below average in power.

We drove thru car wash and back panel was torn off my car. The girl drying my car had to go inside car wash and find the panel. She made report and thanked me for not yelling at her. She said this happens a lot and people usually yell at her. They had us go to body shop in Kihei and he told us he needed to order part. 2 weeks later tried calling auto body and they would not get back to us, so called car wash. Manager he was very rude and told us it was our fault and would not fixed. Tried to get managers supervisors number and would not give to us. Will never return to this car wash and would advise everyone else not to unless you want your car torn up. Would still like to talk to manager’s Supervisor

I dont think theyre better than Maui Oil. More expensive and not as much soap is put on. The only plus is the hand wipe at the end though they do only a quick wipe, didnt even get the whole windshield and then expected a tip. Ill stick with Maui Oil.

From the power wash, hand towels, car fragrance to the automated car wash to the hand drying of the car and then out to the vacuums, great experience and a great car wash. Good job Papa

Car was was worth the ultimate wash. Befor you go in the staff members pressure was your car befor it goes threw the wash.... there is also a brush unit for the wheels. Packages varies from what is applied to your car.... the great experience is the final dry from the staff to make sure your car is spot free. Also the vacuum system is at no cost with the wash... I would recommend this place to any one . Thank you for opening up in maui...

Great service! I got the best car wash, it was $15 and totally worth it. My car was a bit dusty from winds and the fire. They sprayed my car down before going into the car wash and they gave me a microfiber towel. Then after the car wash they dried my car off! They also have vacuums to clean the inside of your car. :-)

I paid for ultimate, my car was not as clean as I anticipated. On the driver, it looked the same as when I entered the car wash!

Fun car wash with the lights! Good wash and the vacuums are located above so its easy to maneuver around your vehicle while you vacuum. Everyone should go and give it a try!

I like that they wipe your car down and the vacuum was included, but the washer put a small scratch on my bumper. Brand new cars should just be hand washed.

Maui oil car wash was closed and i decided to try out papas for first time and it was just as good and pricing was similar for the three types of wash except at papas they hand wipe your windows on way out so I felt obligated to tip and that drove up the price substantially

Easy to use automatic car wash with free vacuums

First time I went it was alright then the second time the wash ripped a piece of factory trim off my truck and the manager tried to tell me the body shop could fix the piece and didnt need a new one but the wash broke all but 3 tabs on it and Ive yet to hear back from them will not be going back stick to hashi in Wailuku the best by far your car gets hand washed before going into the machine
