Scheduled a tour and the agent never showed. Their phone went straight to voicemail and no email response.

I leased a property listed by J.Wavro Associates. The leasing process was efficient, but I have two issues to remark on:First, when I ended my lease, J.Wavro charged me a $500 administration fee for the paperwork. I do not expect the agency to do paperwork for free, but this is an excessive fee.Second, when my personal agent initially toured the property in winter 2020, during the worst wave of the pandemic, the J.Wavro real estate agent didnt wear a mask and didnt social distance.

Horrible company to go through on the renter-side. Had appointment to meet with Deborah on site at 4, she was a no show. When I contacted her to see why she wasn’t on time for the tour she was incredibly rude and arrogant.I spoke with the buildings manager who was on site and he didn’t even know who the leasing agent was.Sketchy stuff is going on with this company.DO NOT TRUST THEM

I have been exceedingly pleased with Joanne Fazzino, rental agent with J. Wavro Associates. I have used her services twice to get tenants for one of my apartments in my small building in Pacific Heights. Joanne does a great job of vetting the tenants and working with me to get reliable, good tenants for my apartment. They have been financially very responsible tenants. Joanne is a pleasure to work with; she is always accessible for questions, follow through on money, showing the apartment, and finalizing all of the necessary documents, such as leases and invoices. She doesnt dawdle or waste time, either. The last vacancy was with relatively short notice and she was able to find new tenants in less than a month. I would highly recommend landlords working with her and J. Wavro Associates.

Chuck Torah at J Wavro made our relocation from the east coast to the Bay Area so much easier than if we had been on our own. As a relocation specialist, Chuck took the time to understand our needs, line up numerous showings, and convince potential landlords to allow our dog. Without him, I’m not sure we would have found our house. I’d heartily recommend his services to anyone trying to navigate the difficult real estate market in the area.

With a trip overseas already scheduled for April 03, our renters gave us their notice for March 10.We set our dream goal to have the unit rented again by April 1st.When we received the keys on March 10, I had pretty much given up on such lofty goal and was no longer expecting to have the unit rented before my departure, except that … we did it.On March 28, the contract was signed and on April 1st, I handed the keys to the new renter.We would NEVER have been able to do it without Joanne’s constant help and guidance and support.Joanne Fazzino was so efficient, and professional, and pleasant, and she delivered truly outstanding results.Reviewed done in Paris - France, where I am now enjoying my trip.

SF rental market is a complex and tough to navigate. Connecting with a professional apt rental agency is a requirement. Meeting Loraine Lee was the best choice within our search. As a relocation consultant representing tenants, I have met most San Francisco leasing agents who represent owners and feel compelled to write this review after 10 years collaboration with the Jwavro team. I recently contacted Joanne about a property she had for lease and was showing on a Sunday at an open house. My client was only in town on Friday and she met us there to show it before the open house. It was a great fit, my clients loved it and were approved by Saturday. Joanne is fast, a great communicator and makes herself available to show properties which is absolutely key for me as I usually have pretty limited time windows to show properties to my clients. Many agents are slow to respond, difficult to contact and schedule with but Joanne always gets back to me right away with some good options for times to meet. Terrible experience with this company. After viewing an apartment in Potrero Hill, I decided to fill out the application which took over an hour to complete. The lease application itself is like applying for an investment banking job. I have never been asked so much information for any other rental applicationAfter the application, we went back and forth for almost a week, sending all the documentation that was demanded. Finally, we were approved. A couple of days later, the agent discloses that the neighbor would be using the laundry machine in our apartment. He then explains that there will be renovations and construction work during the next year for 6-9 months on the floor above. We decided not to pursue the apartment, and the agent decided to return the application fee. However, the entire process ended up wasting a considerable amount of time and effort on our part.

Keith was very knowledgeable about the apartment we were interested in, was friendly, and was quick to reply to any of our questions about the apartment and neighborhood.
