Matt was truly an amazing person to work with! He takes pride in making sure youre getting the best product and that the specifications are 100% correct. Hes incredibly personable and was attentive to all my questions. The end result - we received our windows and have installed two thus far, they look beautiful!

We are very happy with the new windows in the front of our house... It was a somewhat complicated job and they are everything that I had been wanting to do for more than 15 years and couldnt find any other company who would listen.The owner took the time to listen to me and come up with a solution to my long standing problem and I was especially pleased with the work of their installer who had superior installation skills and attention to detail. I recommend this company to my friends and neighbors, all the time.

This place is the best in the SCV hands down. I called for a window repair, and the woman who answered is the best. She was so nice, knowledgeable, and on top of getting me answers. The owner Matt came out, and he knows his stuff. Gave us the best price, best work, and the window is the exact same as it was before, and even still holds the same warranty from the install. It really is going to be easy to write a review about SCV Glassworks. Why? Well I just had a project completed with them and I am thoroughly impressed with the outcomeI needed some exterior french style doors replaced on my home and is typical with me for all projects, I get up to 3 bids. Not this time. I knew about SCV Glassworks based on other neighbor’s satisfaction and the fact that they have a reputation of doing impeccable work. If was a no brainer to have them brought in to handle the project. I didn’t bother calling anyone else.We’re very pleased with the quality of the new doors. The installation was done meticulously, the casing on the doors were cut perfectly and everything was well caulked.The installers were polite and  very respectful of my property which was appreciated. They arrived on time and left the premises clean.Matt (the owner) was great to work with and I welcomed his low key personalitySo the experience with Scv Glassworks was a very good one. We’ll certainly be in touch with them down the road for any future window related projects.

My experience with SCV Glassworks was awesome. Starting with Ann who runs the front desk. Matt, the owner was very knowledgeable with Milgard windows and doors as he was a sales rep for Milgard for years, we were sold. The installation crew was very professional and workmanship was flawless. We ended up replacing 29 windows with new construction type and (4) doors. You could not even tell they had been there when the project was complete. I give the whole operation, from start to finish, five stars and highly recommend them to anyone who is considering upgrading and replacing their windows and doors. They were easy to work with and always available for any questions or concerns I had throughout the process.

Had some of the windows replaced a few years ago. Great installation experience...on-time, professional, efficient and they worked clean. Windows were perfect and we love them!Recently, I went back because one of our other older windows wouldnt open. SCV Glassworks had the part I needed. Ann let me know that I could actually install the replacement part myself and save a bit of money. She was right (took me about 5 minutes...Ann even showed me how to do it!) and I really appreciated her help and customer service, even though it meant less money for them.Ive also ordered a few glass tabletops. Again, same friendly, helpful experience and the glass was ready in just a few days. I would totally recommend this business.

Great reviews, but unfortunately day of appointment estimate person didnt show. At least I got a phone call 45mins after the fact. Not mad, just disappointed.

Very knowledgeable, efficient - customer service above and beyond! Another contractor handled a very large and complex window retrofit project for us. Sure enough, as soon as the contractor retired, a window failed. Even though Matt knew nothing about us or our job (and that what we needed was only a warrantee replacement, not a big job), he took us on quickly. Matt used his excellent relationship with Milgard to track down our original job and then ensure Milgard made good on the warrantee. Matt quickly identified what we needed and then - even though this was a tiny job - went out of his way to accommodate all of our crazy COVID schedules. We are SO lucky to have found SCV Glassworks and will use them for all our projects here on out! Thanks you!!!

In May we had SCV Glassworks install all new windows in our house. They were excellent to work with. Matt and his staff are great. They were very friendly and explained everything. The installation process went smooth and easy. They even cleaned the new windows before they left. I highly recommend this company!

But very busy and he lets you know that.Owner at desk:1 star - was initially friendly. But unbeknownst to me, she expects customers to install the windows on companys time frame or she will get upset with you.The windows were ready earlier than expected, but I needed to schedule the installation later. When I called to schedule the installation, she got frustrated with me and complained about what a big problem it was for her to not have them installed now and I should have told her that earlier and why didnt I tell her sooner. I was polite and didnt argue. The fact was that I just I didnt know when I would install before I knew when the windows were ready, it depended on a few things in our familys schedule.Getting upset and blaming the customer for un-communicated and unwritten specific expectations - not professional.Workers:3 stars - Installation was done well, but safety and their attitude towards it was an issue. They were nice and social, but the worker on the two story ladder worked and talked on his cell phone with a personal call for a long time using his shoulder to hold it. I was inside and asked the inside workers to please be safe and tell him not use a cell phone up the ladder, but they could care less - they replied that he does it all the time and laughingly said You have insurance right?Its my home and property and I wasnt comfortable with it, but they ignored that.Not a professional nor safe attitude.

Went to Home Depot first--ZERO customer service. Next stop--SCV Glassworks. The staff is super friendly & helpful. They were on time and professional. One of the doors was installed in the wrong room, and the first words out of the installers mouth, No matter where the error was, were going to make it right. And they did. Sadly, I have no more windows to replace. Too bad I cant give them 10 stars!!!

Im a local realtor and I called in for a quote for one of my clients, and both Christian and Ann were very familiar with the local Valencia area and knew about the common problem with the seals in the windows in which I called about. They immediately knew how to remedy the problem without costing my client more than than nessecary, unlike the other window store we called, and provided an estimate quickly and efficiently over the phone and then followed it up with an email. This is excellent customer service and we look forward to working with them shortly!

Id make it a 5 but I havent picked up my glass yet. Great price, great customer service.

Having dealt with a couple of different glass/window companies in the past, and not really being thrilled with their service or products, SCV Glassworks was like a breath of fresh air when my husband and I hired them for a job. We loved the products (Milgard windows) they offered and their customer service couldnt be beat! Since that first job, we have used them for a couple of other jobs as well and will continue to call them for all of our glass/window needs. They definitely set the standard high!

They dont just do a great job, they made it perfect, I have OCD and I could not find anything wrong, the staff could not be nicer and Matt works for you until you are totally satisfied. The prices or reasonable and very fare.
