I love, love, LOVE Progressive Property. Dace has been a wonderful help in managing my property in San Francisco. Shes responsive to any problems that have come up and offers intelligent solutions as well. Shes provided wonderful advice to me given that I was a first time landlord. Im currently selling my place and shes been an amazing help with getting that ready as well. I would love to work with her again on a future venture.

I own about a dozen luxury condominiums and I have been in the market for a management company that would give me the level of service I require to ensure that I have great tenants and properties that are properly maintained to keep their value. I have had issues with my previous property management company; they promised to screen tenants before approving them to move into my properties, yet I wound up with tenants with no jobs or proof of income moving in, only to need to be evicted, leaving behind property damage.I chose Property Force for my property management at the recommendation of a friend of mine. So far, they have done a tremendous job for me with every aspect of their services. They helped to advertise my properties that were vacant, and quickly helped me fill them with awesome tenants. I had all 3 of my vacant properties leased in 2 weeks.I have been especially happy with their accounting and rent payment collection services. Everything is always on time, and very well documented. Important financial transactions are properly accounted for, fiscal tracking is done by the books, and monthly statements are organized in a straightforward manner. All of this will save me lots of time during tax season.The vendors that we use for maintenance are paid on time, and I always receive the rent payments in a timely manner now. I used to receive a lot of late payments because our old company was lax and unorganized, and more than one tenant took advantage of that in the past. Property Force communicated with tenants well, and ensures that any late rent is collected in a timely manner. Better financial organization has been vital for my business.Property inspections have been handled with professionalism and attention to detail in my properties. Things are taken care of before they are reported. When I first signed a contract with this property management company, they did inspections and made many repairs that had previously been ignored. My old property management company avoided having things serviced and maintained until it became a major problem. It was constantly costing me huge amounts of money to have to contact my emergency vendors in the middle of the night, and I often felt like I was left to deal with it when the old property management company was unresponsive. I find that Property Force is meticulous and proactive about issues; keeping tenants happy, and my properties from amassing expensive and preventable repairs. The contractors that they use are trustworthy and do a really great job.I now feel like my properties are in professional and capable hands, and I no longer fear the issues that kept me up at night in the past. I felt like I needed to unload several of my properties before I started using Property Force earlier this year, and now I have the support I need and am no longer considering any sales.

They have wonderful management services. I have several properties that Im renting, and they found tenants within a few weeks. Their prices are very affordable, and with the business theyre helping me get by filling all my properties, up I can now more than afford it. They even make sure to check out the clients first to make sure they are trustworthy and have a steady income so they wont have to be evicted soon after moving in. They really go above and beyond with their services. Theyre very professional and really know what theyre doing. I will definitely be continuing to get their help in the future.

Long overdue review here, but Brandon is phenomenal at what he does. He was reasonable and realistic throughout the entire leasing process and acted as a strong intermediary. He provided the most stress-free housing application experience I have ever had and I will definitely be looking to work with him in the future.

Anywhere else i move i hope that i could bring him along. :) or if not i will continue renting from Property Force as long as i can as their customer service is excellent. Five stars all around.

I had a great experience with this property management company. After moving into a new area for work, I needed to find a new place fast and they helped me through the whole process. The customer service was very knowledgeable and friendly while being able to offer very competitive rates. They were quick to respond to my inquiries and were able to accommodate my housing needs within a few days. I wouldnt hesitate to use their services again.

As far as property management in San Francisco, Im not sure why youd try anyone but Property Force. From our initial phone call, to finding a tenant, to handling issues that require maintenance, the entire process has been extremely smooth. John Way has been my property manager from the very start and hes been nothing but awesome making sure that Im good with how everything is going. 5 Stars!!!!!!

It is unfortunate that I have to leave this review. I will start out by saying that Daniel the leasing agent was great and had no problem working with him. In the month since we signed our contract with Property Force the only thing they did was look at the property twice. 1st time was 2 weeks before the tenants moved out. John and I discussed work that needed to be done in the front of the property which I felt we were both clear that the work was to be done right away. I emailed him later that day requesting an estimate and I NEVER got a response from him. During the first visit he told the tenant he did a great job maintaining the house and complimented him on how clean it was. The tenant pointed out several nail holes that were patched and John told him do not worry about it that they would take care of the touch up painting. I was surprised by this and so was the tenant. The tenant even asked again at the end of the walkthru and John said again...dont worry about it that they would take care of it. John was in such a hurry to leave he hadnt even walked into the master bedroom or bathroom when he tried to end the visit. I let John know that I wanted any work needed to be done in the house done the day after the tenants moved out. I did not hear from John for almost 3 weeks after that day. The 2nd visit was the day after the tenants moved out when his handyman came and was supposed to give an estimate of what work needed to be done. I also asked John to give a list of anything that needed to be deducted from the tenants deposit. 5 days after the tenants moved out and I had heard nothing from John. No estimate, nothing in regards to the tenants deposit, no pictures taken, no ads placed, no work had been started. John left Emails unanswered/ignored for days while nothing was being done to rent the property. When he did finally respond he made excuses and said he would get back to me when you had more info of when any sort of progress would be made. I did not hear back from him by end of day so I called. John refused to take my phone call and refused to call me back even after being asked to by at least 2 employees. I have messages from staff apologizing for the difficult time I was having and promised a return phone call but John never called. I finally received an Email from John along with the estimate I had been waiting days for. When I looked at the estimate I was furious. In the estimate was a cost of $1640 for touch-up painting that he told the tenant twice not to do and that he would take care of it. Instead of making the situation right and keeping his word...he made excuses and tried to charge us an excessive amount of money to do repairs he said he would handle. Although I was furious I did not curse or use any threats and couldnt raise my voice because he never called me back and we only communicated over Email. He accepted zero responsibilty and after I told him that it was unacceptable he canceled or contract and complained of my aggressive approach to trying to get something done. I think he knew very well that he dropped the ball in this situation and instead of being a responsible and ethical business owner he tried to get us to pay for his mistake. When that didnt work he decided to run...leaving us almost a week after the tenants moved out with absolutely nothing done to get the property rented and $1640 of work that we are now stuck with paying for or doing ourselves. After John canceled our contract and bailed on us I told him I would be writing a review here and contacting the B.B.B. and the N.A.R.P.M. John responded by threatening me with legal action and suggested I simply walk away from this. His lack of professionalism was unacceptable. He did not fulfill most of the promises he made and only gave excuses and refused to take responsibility for his own actions or lack there-of. I will never recommend anyone to use Property Force. My experience with them left me nothing but frustrated and with a huge loss of time and money.

ZOMBIE FORCE fired but refuses to go away has been FIRED for unprofessional behavior sent us an email and said they will resolve all ties with us but continues to contact and bothers our tenants but refuses to talk to us avoid at all cost the future result of witch is unknown but Im almost certain this behavior is illegal
