I travel from Bloomington to see Dr. Hoerr for my dogs. He has come out to our farm for our horses for almost 20 years. He is really amazing and passionate about his work. He takes the time to explain so you understand whats going on/ best options. Sure hes be behind schedule due to emergencies in the past. Honestly it doesnt bother me because I know we have been that emergency in the past that puts him behind schedule. His staff is welcoming and informative. Highly recommend for anyone searching for a vet.

We took our soon to be 5 yr old Boxer boy Major to see Dr. Brett Hoerr for the first time. When we walked in the door we were greeted with a very warm welcome. Thank you Emma! We were hoping to find a new Vet for our boy and we think we found a place where we can feel comfortable bringing him here for any needs. Dr. Brett Hoerr is down to earth and so easy to talk to. We both give him two thumbs up. Thank you Dr. Brett Hoerr! And you too Emma! You guys made us very happy!

Had them out in may 2020 and they were several hours later than expected, but got the work done or so I thought. Then in December I had a different vet out from the same office, was told to expect him around 2pm and he showed up at 6:45pm, at which point he told me whoever did this horses teeth last only did the back and missed a lot that needed to be done. to which I told him the last person to do her teeth was his office 6 months prior, but he didnt have time to fix it. Then this year in May 2021 the Vet was expected around 9:00am and showed up at 12:40pm, and once again didnt have time to do teeth for any horses in the barn. My horse was added to the schedule late so I understand her but some in the barn had been on the schedule for two months. I understand the veterinary business can be unpredictable but I have never had trouble like this with any other office. I will say their prices are affordable so that is nice. I think they’re nice people who mean well but if you have any time sensitive needs such as having to take off work for scheduled appointments, you may experience some difficulties.

Had both my dogs fixed here. They did an amazing job and they are now my go to vet clinic.

He’s got a lot of experience and really knows what he’s talking about. Were currently facing the possibility of our goat passing and Hoerr has been great help through it.Thank you

Dr. Pallen is great with the animals, I have had her out for horses and brought my dog in multiple times. Very knowledgeable, great explanations, and very reasonable prices.

Everyone here is truly caring and concerned about your pet. Prices are very reasonable. My 123 lb Gunner is the biggest baby and Dr Pallen is so patient with his antics. Its nice to see all familiar faces every time we visit.
