I’ve come here a few times now and I have loved my nails every time! Tiffany and the girls are so friendly and amazing! Definitely recommend

I am new to this part of the city, and was looking for a good nail shop. In the 3 months at my current neighborhood, I had visited 2 nail shops before I found R&N. The first two, I found that the techs and management didn’t take pride in the quality of services they were providing. I decided to give R&N a try.Today was my first visit to R&N. I called for an appointment, and when I arrived, they were ready for me. I was offered a drink as soon as I walked in, and I felt so relaxed and welcomed. Tiffany and Lee provided the services for me. They both did a fantastic job! I absolutely loved my nails and pedicure! I highly recommend R&N to anyone who is looking for a clean, friendly, quality and professional atmosphere.

Tiffany and her co-worker did a great job. I have been looking for years for someone who would do a thin overlay on my natural nails and Tiffany nailed it! Great atmosphere and they have a great menu for pedicures. Next time I want the Hawaii pedicure. Thank you for a great service, I have already had several compliment on my nails :)

I went here and got a manicure pedicure body massage and got my eyebrows done by Tiffany and Daisy both wonderful friendly nice amazing women by the time I walk out of this place I feel like I was not even on Earth anymore my body is so smooth I am lost for words my feet feel wonderful my medicare and pedicure and my eyebrows are amazing I would recommend anyone go here I recommend that you do not go anywhere else the service is great the massage is so wonderful I was having such a good time that I didnt even know the time went by so fast I recommend this place to anyone these women are amazing and know exactly what theyre doing. I got acrylic nails here and the shaping and whole experience was really good my only issue was the design only vaguely resembles the picture i showed but maybe if i had asked for a simple color i could’ve liked it more. overall they were still very good and professional

I came in for a day of beauty and decided to have my lashes curled and dyed. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE ... Dont try it, the burned my natutal lashes to the point that I would fing chunks of lashes on my pillow until I lost all my lashes. My eyebrows had patches of henna and they were not even.They will not reimburse my card and they dont a answer the phone for me.Stay away from this place.

I’ve been back 3 times already with my daughter to see Tiffany and Daisy and our nails and toes look fantastic! Daisy is so sweet and takes her time on your pedicure. My feet were so soft after my R&N Pedicure, they felt amazing! And Tiffany is fantastic with nails. She’s been doing nails for 15+ years and it definitely shows! I’m SUPER picky about my dip powder and she did a great job. They lasted for over 3 weeks. Today I got ombré acrylic over my natural nails and they are beautiful! My daughter got Christmas themed acrylics and they are super cute! We will always come here!

Best best best pedicure ever. They have always been good but this time was the best ever! I was immediately put in a massage chair and she worked for my feet and calves for more than an hour! Almost 2!!

I visited this place for years and was always satisfied. It’s under new management now, they are pushy trying to get you to buy the most expensive services and did a horrible job. My toes need to be redone the next day, not at all smooth and smeared. For some reason, the polish did not dry an hour later. One woman tried to do my nails while the other do my feet, got powder all over me from the dip. I could not even enjoy my pedi. Won’t be going back.

Got my nails done three days ago. Nail repair should be free or minimal and it’s not. I’ve been her for over an hour to get this set removed. Never coming back.

I went to this place to try a new nail salon. The lady was nice and everything seemed fine but my nails looked a little amateur. The lady said it was hard to shape the french tip dipped and I told her she could do the whole nail white if it was easier but she said it was too late for that. So I let it be. 2 days later, on my trip half around the world, my nails start to crack. The entire time during my trip my nails slowly chipped until they just broke altogether. Less than two weeks later, Im needing to get them redone.Needless to say, Im not going back.

Recently was in town for my brothers wedding and needed my nails done badly. I found R & N Nail Salon & Spa on google maps and was very satisfied with this discovery. They did a fantastic job on both my pedicure and gel manicure. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Next time I am in San Antonio, I will for sure be going there to get some pampering done!

Wow. Best service. Not once did I feel out of place. They treat you with excellent customer service. Very attentive. Offered water. Very delicate. No mess ups or injuries. Very friendly. I definitely recommend this place. Call to make reservation or walk ins are okay. Expect delays for walk ins. Also when you get pedicure the chairs are the massaging kind. Its wonderful.

Workers are very rude and snappy . I came in for a full set and they pushed me and my friend out before our nails had even dried. Set didn’t last even a week before nails started popping off and paint chipping. I came in to get my set fixed and the lady was unbelievably RUDE. I would NOT recommend this shop to anybody .

Never been here before so we walked in wanting to broken nail fixed. They lady said they cant do it because they have no water. Since when do you need water to fix nails? Also if you have no water, why are you open?

I have been coming here on and off for about 3 years, and I have never been disappointed. The people who work here are very sweet, and courteous. My nails always look fantastic, and my shellac manis usually last about 3 weeks.

I will NEVER go back! I had an appointment with a specific nail tech and was pushed aside so they could attend someone else that was a walk-in. Very unprofessional! I wasnt even asked because my tech got up and went to another table while a second person came to continue with my nails. I asked the second person why she was attending me if I had an appointment she replied old customer! It felt crappy to be dismissed so easily and having an appointment. I decided to get up and NEVER go back! No consideration what so ever!

So, after a few days of researching where I was gonna go, I landed on R&N. It was extremely close to me and had pretty decent reviews. I went in yesterday around 2:30pm. I was immediately greeted upon entry and was instructed to pick a color. I couldnt decide, simply because it was between two similar colors. I was informed we could test each one of them.I sat down and Jay, the owner, just started conversation. Not your typical nail tech mumbo jumbo either. He told me about his life while listening to mine. We spoke politics and shared many laughs. He was one of the nicest people Ive met. Very respectful, too. Not once did he hurt me. He consistently asked me if I was okay.Although I wish I would have chosen just a slightly shorter style, Jay asked me what shape I wanted and delivered perfectly.Thereafter, I needed my eyebrows waxed, which his wife did.YALL, LISTEN..Never have I ever had someone spend 20 minutes like that one my eyebrows. Every other nail salon Ive been to, they spend 5 minutes, RARELY 10. THIS WONDERFUL WOMAN SPENT ALMOST 20 MINUTES PERFECTING MY CATERPILLARS.They looked so natural when she was done. She was also very sweet and consistently asked me if I was okay. Overall, i will be returning to this location for any of my mani/pedi needs.Remember, there will be negative from ANY place. I gotta tell yall, my experience was NOTHING BUT POSITIVE.

Used to love this place bc the owner does a great job with nail sets. But if she is even a little bit frustrated or inconvenienced she becomes rude. After watching her lie to customers when she didnt want to do their nails and having to go back twice to have a set fixed (which still ended up messed up) my friends and I deemed her the nail Nazi. Piss her off once and no soup for you. Lol. Havent been back since.

Got to the salon at 5:40 pm to get my eyebrows waxed really quick and the salon was closed but online and on the door it says theyre open until 6:00 pm. I just dont understand why this salon continuously closes early and never truly stays until they were suppose to close.

Not what I expected- in a bad way. I went to get my eyebrows threaded because on their website it says they have threading services but when I get there they say they dont have those services, that the Indian people do it. Very unprofessional. Not a good first impression and I will not be returning.

Went today for a quick eyebrow wax since I was on my way to work. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. The inside is so beautiful you literally forget about everything else its amazing so peaceful and relaxing. I am definitely going to get mani, pedis, and waxes here

I just recently moved to San Antonio and was looking for a new nail spot, after 2 failed attempts i stumbled across this salon and let me tell u, i was not disappointed!! Tiffany and the girls did a great job at a great price! This is definitely becoming my new spot and am going to recommend it to all my friend’s
