Love coming here to get pedicures and recently started getting my nails done. Nails stay on long and strong Been satisfied with every set so far.

Went and got my nails done today and i LOVE them!!! Thank you Jamie you did such an awesome job!!! You cant really see the color in the photo but i went with a nude pink. I love it.

As the breeze flew through my dirty blonde hair while I walked into the door, I was immediately sat and offered a beverage. I don’t usually get my nails done on the account that I have fat man hands. But the nails he put on my fluffy fingers made my hands look slimmer and more feminine. I’ve gotten my nails done in the past at but nothing compared to the experience I had at Gentle Nails. I will be back Saturday for a pedicure. Love this place!

Staff is very friendly, they did a great job on my pedicure and both of my nieces had their nails done. Prices are very reasonable. Clean and well taken care of. I’m surprised this place wasn’t super busy but I imagine that will change shortly. We will be back!

Just used this place for the first time today and it wasnt bad. Wanted to try the nail dipping powder so I just googled a nail place near me and this one had 4.7 stars so I figured why not. It was early in the day so no one was there. The nail tech was nice and friendly. Im horrible... I forgot to get her name. Dont know if this place gets crazy during the afternoon or on weekends, but like I said it was only noon and I was the only one there. Its kind of dark in there not much light. Place looked clean and tidy. Will probably go back.

Gentle nails was really a welcoming atmosphere! Jamie was very gentle on my very pregnant feet. She drew the cutest flowers to make them baby ready ! Come here and give them business!

First off let me say, “The nail tech Mary is a gem!”I went in with a horrible set that I got done at another salon. She totally fixed the botched set. She was also very friendly and the service was quick. She’s my new nail tech!!!!!

I like coming here it’s very clean professional and they do good nails and waxing ...they are very nice and do what you like .. I just got a pedicure and dip powder nails with design and my eyebrows I’m very pleased I don’t know what other people think but I will continue to go back ...thanks Gentle nails

Do not do the lashes!!They charge $20 & last only one day.No matter what they say there.Do not believe them.You will thank me for you not throwing away your money.I was very very disappointed

Far from satisfied. I wanted the acrylic nails removed and a manicure with nail polish. The lady started on mine and then when a familiar customer came in she decided to go between me and her and decided halfway that painting my nails were not on her agenda anymore. The only good thing was the other younger lady did my stepdaughters nails nicely.

Ive been to numerous nail salons in many cities, so I know a good one! Gentle Naild meets all of my criteria! People Service, cleanliness, atmosphere, product quality and massage chairs. These chairs are the bomb! Great place!!!

Lisa & Jamie were very nice & did a great job! My daughter & I both had pedicures-which felt amazing. Daughter got shellac to toes & fingers-I got powder/dip to fingernails. That is a long process, and even though this was at end of their workday, Lisa was very meticulous. I usually go to place close to my house, but decided to go close to where my daughter lives now. Lisa definitely went the extra mile-more filing & even put it under the UV lights- which doesnt have to be done. The only complaints were when taking off old powder with acetone, it got messy & wiped off on my fingers; and only 3 people work there, so I imagine once this gets out it will get busier & there will be a wait. But we will definitely come back. 1 regular pedicure, 1 pedicure with shellac, 1 removal of powder/dip, 1 manicure with shellac, 1 manicure with powder/dip all for $155 not including the tip we gave them. Thats a good deal.

My mom and I went to this location because to be honest I really didnt like the one she frequents. We walked in with a picture of what we wanted. Which was a custom design of Marine dress blues and dog tags. Oh boy did they do an amazing job. They exceeded my expectations for sure. Thank you to the owners and Jamie for a job well done. We will definetly be back again. Prices were pretty reasonable too. For this custom design, pedicure and eyebrow wax it was $99.00. Thank.you again.

The experience was out of this world! I went with a group of friends and we all felt the same way! They treated us like we were part of there family💛 DEFINITELY will go back again!!

The place wasn’t busy at all. The two people there where nice! Even tho my child was given soda and candy lol but I loved the service! I rarely sit down in a mans chair for fear of being nicked and cut but he did an amazing job! I’ll definitely be going back in two ways

First time going to Gentle Nails. Very happy with my visit. Ive always had to refile my nails because of shape or size(thickness) when I got home. Not one complaint, so if youre ever looking for a Nail Salon give this place a try

The reason i give 3 stars is both mine and my daughters nails started to chip by the 2nd week. I got the sns dip which should not chip at all and hers was shelack which should last longer than 7 days.Our experience was great. Friendly and professional. Lovely people. Just not the quality I would expect for the price I paid.

Love this salon! Lisa did my pedicure and shellac manicure. I believe she might be one of the owners. My nails were done perfectly. And their customer service was AMAZING. She focused on giving me the best experience possible like putting my items in a bag for me so I didnt ruin my nails to letting me know I forgot the drink they provided to me, when I was heading out the door. The salon was clean too and has comfty massage chairs. Overall great as not only a place that does a good job but makes you feel like a valued customer. FYI dont use Google maps to find salon as takes you to a neighborhood. Just type in address into gps and youll find it. :)

Love this place so much. My eyebrows are on fleek, and Im not even gay. It really brought the masculine person in me.

I was hesitant about going somewhere new for my nails. But I got tired of driving to far. This place is closer for me. Jamie did my nails I love her she is awesome!

Although my nails ended up looking good, the experience was lousy. I called ahead and asked if they did SNS nails and they confirmed on the phone that they did and even quoted a price. I showed up to get my nails done, and clarified I wanted SNS at least twice in person, in addition to over the phone. I have long and healthy nails, due to the fact I use SNS so I was pretty upset when the man chopped off 3 of my real nails thinking they were fake. After I corrected him, he started removing the SNS polish by picking off the polish, which of course also damages the top layer of my nail. I said something and a different nail tech jumped in and correctly soaked my nails to remove the polish. The man proceeds to do my nails and put 3 fake tips as a way to correct the fact he chopped off 3 of my nails. Then instead of SNS dip, they used some other powder that wasn’t at all what I asked for. It was too late at this point to do anything. My nails came out nice but I always use SNS because it is the only product that has been healthy for my nails and doesn’t require UV light. For me, this was a big deal, and to go through all this to end up with a product that was less quality was not okay in my book. I have to try and remedy 3 nails back to their natural state, which is hard to do with a fake nail glued on. They gave me $10 off since I was clearly unhappy and I still tipped, but all in all I felt tricked into a service they knew from the start they couldn’t provide.

First time here read review alot of good one so i decided to give it a try sinve its super close to where i live and i hate how my nails came out. Was hoping for Square shape and i have deformed shapes never again. Also i was told 30 for a full set and in the end was told 35 for nails being to long. I didnt leace no tip cause i was mad at how ugly my nails look

I think they are nice but i didnt like my nails..the acrylic would stick to the nail and they all popped off leaving the plastic nail that the acrylic wouldnt even stick to it. This was the worst set of nails Ive ever had and the most embarrassing...I didnt go back to have them fixed because they would have argued me down blaming it on me when my nails are stained yellow because of the yellow tips....nice ppl but i dont like the way my nails broke apart

Took grandmother here, first time ever pedicure, she loved it & was very reasonably priced.

1-14-19 Originally was supposed to get a gel mani &pedi for my daughter and a pedi for myself. Looked ok from the outside. Inside very dim. They have a small selection of gel polish and she couldnt understand when I asked for chrome. The older lady started to give me an attitude and made me feel a little uneasy about spending my money. Then i asked 4 pricing and she said $45 for my daughters nail alone. I said goodbye and walked out. Caught a lyft to Jollys Nail &Spa got my daughter the princess package mani & pedi gel &60 plus a 10% discount BC her birthday was on the 15th

My very favorite pedicure is at this place. Nicest owners and operators and very reasonably priced.
