When walking in the first guy at the first chair asked what service I wanted (pedicure). He has me sit in a chair and says “we’ll be right with you.” I sat in the chair for twenty minutes without anyone coming over to fill my foot tub or even offer me color options. I had to get up after 10 minutes and get the color options myself. I waited 10 more minutes; and still not one person communicated with me on how long it would be or even to offer me a drink while I wait for someone. I do not mind waiting especially in a nail salon but I do mind the lack of communication. As I was walking out I was than asked to wait because someone was almost done. The sad thing is that I was trying to find a new spot in that side of town because that’s where I’ll be moving soon!

Mindy was amazing and her skills are on point. The inside of the establishment is clean and sanitized. Nail techs are professional and have great customer service skills.

I came in on a whim for a pedicure on a Monday evening. It was CRAZY packed even though they have ALOT of chairs!!!They had me wait on a massage chair for about 20 minutes. Not a problem. It was well worth the wait. I was attended by a female named Van. She was absolutely AMAZING!!! Very professional and she paid close attention to details around my cuticles and my rough heels. I will mention that this location ONLY USES SHELLAC POLISH. So the price is EXTRA due to shellac type polish. So I chose the Deluxe Pedi $40 and they added $15 for the polish. *THEY DO NOT HAVE REGULAR POLISH* Aside from that, I will definitely be back. VERY CLEAN LOCATION.

I went for the first time. I loved that they we’re very we’ll mannered I was very impressed. They did a good job and I will be going back. The manger was very polite too she sat me down right away!!

Always great results at this place. All individuals who have done my nails have been very nice and highly skilled. I have been coming here almost a year and every time I go elsewhere, the quality/look of my nails doesnt compare. They try their best not to have you wait too long either and that is greatly appreciated! Only thing Id say is they could improve a bit on cleanliness of work areas throughout the facility. It doesnt look as well kept as other salons. If they did that, they would definitely be 5-star rated.

When I entered the establishment after 6 minutes I received a “ what do you need” whatever happened to a “hello how can I assist you today”. Had to wait over an hour for service. They tried to use a drill to remove my acrylic versus letting it soak off. I left and will not return to this awful establishment. Terrible service and employees. I would not recommend anyone to finance this establishment until they know how to treat their customers with respect!

Very poor quality, communication is HORRENDOUS. Service was rushed and the lady was kinda rough. I asked for nail designs but she said she can’t. Then she rushed me when I was picking the color. I asked to fix the crooked nail but she said it was my nail that’s crooked. She was rushing while filing my nail and hurt me. She didn’t clean the edges well, sloppy work. It’s all rough. Will not come back to waste my money and definitely NOT RECOMMENDING to anyone.

I usually have really nice things to say about SA Nails i just recently moved here and Maddy does a really really good job.. but I’m never able to get through on the phone to make an appointment with her, and when i walk in if i let anybody else do my nails besides her they are literally falling off by the end of the week. They never answer the phone but the only way to make an appointment is by phone, go figure. They won’t do a polish change for your toes. So if you just had a 50 dollar pedicure and just want a different next week it’ll be another 50 dollars even if you’re not getting the pedicure service.. they were cool at first because I really love how Maddy does nails they last so long. But I’m going to have to find some where else to go..

I went in last week for a gel polish manicure. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted & she said to sit down. She then moved me over & had another nail check work on me. When it came time to do the design she handed me nail stickers and I showed her again what I wanted & she said she couldn’t do it. So I got stuck with a simple nail manicure. When she was done the shaping was horrible & she fixed it after she had finished & she ended up filing the top coat off. 2 days later my nail polish is now chipped.I will not be returning.

Today was my first time there and I absolutely loved it.. Steven was the one who did my nails and he was AWESOME!! I will most definitely be going back to him again. 100% recommend trying this place out and ask for Steven he will do an awesome job. Im glad I went with my gut and went here instead of listening to the negative reviews I seen on here I dont regret it one bit.

Jenny did a really good job on my daughters nails! My other daughter got a set and they were the ugliest nails I have ever seen done for 55$.... When i told the guy to fix them he wss giving attitude asking what was wrong after i explained it to them about 4X. They were super thick, jagged edges, they were suppose to be almond shaped and they all were different, another lady there fixed them for her which turned out to be a LITTLE BETTER... My pedicure wss not done properly for 45$!! She left one whole side of my toe nail unpolished and crooked! I Will NEVER return here again.....

Upon my arrival I called ahead and told them what time I would be by ( I recommend calling before going in). On the outside it doesn’t look like much but when I walked in for the first time it was clean, organized, and very professional. There was a small wait but considering all workers were busy and doing something it was totally fine! I went with Maddie to do my nails and she was absolutely sweet! She made me feel comfortable and very welcomed. It was my first time trying out SA Nails so it was very appreciated she was upfront with prices and what would look best. Her work is beautiful and she finished my nails in an hour while taking her time and making sure all was perfect. My relative was also getting her nails done by Tylee and her nails came out stunning! Prices were very affordable and for the nails I received it was very very worth it! I don’t think I will be going anywhere else for a while! I am very satisfied with their work and I will be returning. I definitely recommend SA Nails to everyone!

Came here 2 DAYS AGO !! one nail already fell off & 2 more are lifting ! I am very angry with the service I received. I had a man & I asked for the electric blue, he came out with Royal blue & insisted it was the same color, he was frustrated when I Made him remove the color, his response was “do you not want to get your nails done than ?” He also said “make sure this is the color you want” With attitude. He made a comment when I said I was paying for my mom & myself “why doesn’t she pay for herself” like it’s any of his business. I have never experienced such bad service from any nail salon. I have called 10 times today with no response. I’m gonna have to get my nail fixed. I would give this place 0 stars!

I always come here to get acrylics and always leave satisfied but this time a week ago I wanted to do dip powder I got there at 7pm and walked in and was attended in a few minutes. When my nail tech Jenny started working on my nails I felt like she was rushing and just trying to get me out now a week later my nails are chipping off and lifting. I probably won’t be back here for a while I’m very disappointed.

Havent gotten my nails done in about 3 years but recently saw a girls nails and asked where she got them done and she told me about this place. I came in today to try something different and I am very pleased! Price was reasonable and they did a great job on my nails!

The last time I came here the lady ripped three of my nails off after I told them that they needed to be soaked but they insisted that they could take them off effortlessly. I decided to go ahead and give them another chance... and this time I was completely ignored and unacknowledged as I waited at the front desk. No one asked me if I needed any assistance or what I was therefore or said anything to me. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

First time coming here, my nails turned out nice but I knew I would have problems because after I had them dipped the worker filed them down to thin (mind you these are my nails, no tips). Not even a week later, I broke one and cracked another after hitting my hand on the counter top. Went back to have them fixed and they charged me $5 each nail 😡 I get my nails dipped all the time and I can go a whole month before I need to get them done again. First and last time!

Came here and got a pedicure and ended up getting a fungus infection in my toes would not recommend not sanitary

WELL I WAS WRONG. the place was gorgeous inside with new pedi chairs and the place looked great. Great service also. I recommend that all should go and you will be happy with everything.

They dont do regular nail polish??? This is unacceptable. I came in for a pedicure and was told its $30 plus $15 for shellac. I never put anything other than regular polish on my toes (because it lasts so long) and now I have no option. Now, since Ive already sat in the chair and drove here, I have to go to yet another salon just to get them painted. Ill NEVER come back here regardless of how pretty the decor is.

Went to get my nails done on Tuesday by Jenny seat #5 and she did such a lovely job on my nails. I am very pleased with the job she did and she was also very gentle and made sure not to hurt my scar which I greatly appreciate. She did an amazing job! 👍😁

Two friends and I went to get manicures. We only went because of the reviews. Walked in and told to have a seat. It wasnt for another half hour until someone talked to us after we asked the question how much longer. I understand being busy but we were not acknowledged or told how long the wait would be. After we asked, we were told about 45 minutes before someone could assist us. We got up and left. It would have been different if they were up front in the beginning and communicated with us, but they did not. Would not go back.

First arriving I was impressed and excited. It was beautiful inside and I had heard great comments about this salon. First thing I noticed was my treatment. I felt like they didnt care for me to be there and the gentleman offered beverages to all other clients except me. Besides that my nail tech was rushing and constantly looking at the door for someone. When done, I was happy with the finished outcome but because my tech was rushing she cut me when she used the drill. She was rushing and she didnt realize she was hurting me. Ive been hurt before but this time it was really deep. She didnt even seem to care. Im not sure I would come back here. Just be careful.

Of all the nail salons that I have gone to, SA Nails had the best quality that exceeds the price they asked. I initially did not know exactly what I wanted, just what colors, no design or anything concrete, and with the help of the lady doing my nails they came out amazing! Loved it. Im definitely coming again :) They only do powder and gel btw but those are the types that are the strongest and last long so dont worry

Horrible. Went with two other friends and even had appointments. Showed up, girl was rude. We sat down and someone finally came over after a while and someone turned all of our waters on. Waited 30 minutes before anyone came over. First tech got started and had a horrible attitude, the second was nice. I sat there 45 minutes and still no one. I ended up pulling my feet out of the cold water after being water logged. I ended up leaving, since it was late. My two friends still had to get their manis done, the techs refused to do the colors they wanted. Gave one friend glitter even after she told her no. Shes not allowed to have glitter nails in uniform (military). The other friend got tips even though she said no. Ive never been to such a ridiculous place.

Wow, I like this place so much. With a simple decor and great service, they fit me. I need a simple nail salon with reasonable price and always available when I stop by. Moreover, their technicians are really good. I can tell that they love their jobs and do it with their passion. Definitely, this one is my favorite spot.

Went in for dip and it was a horrible experience. Maybe it was the nail tech I got stuck with? I wont take my chances by trying again in the future. Only reasons I tried this place was because it was highly rated and in the area we just moved to. Dont be fooled like I was. My natural nails were filed super thin and the nail tech cut me several times with the electric file. She wasnt knowledgeable on the base and top coats used for dip. Ive had some bad experiences in nail salons but this one takes the cake. I do not recommend this place.

I’ve been her twice now and I absolutely love it! I’ve never rushed home to write a review about an establishment before but Tom did such an amazing job on my nails! I got coffin nails that were relatively short but Tom made them look amazing! And Tom was very gentle and took his time to make sure my nails looked perfect. He even clipped my cuticles since they needed it. I wasn’t getting a manicure. Just a fill. And he also gave me tips to condition my cuticle. I’m very happy with this salon and I’m going to go to Tom as much as possible.

If I could I wouldnt give it any stars. First off I drive over 2 hours to get here at 10:30am. They seat us and have us waiting for 20 minutes to start the water for the pedicure. They didnt understand that my girls wanted nail polish not gel. This lady started on one of my daughters feet then left her there so that she can go talk to one of her regular customers. This place is horrible and after coming here for 6 years I will not be coming back.

Terrible place that gave me an ugly nail job. Rude and they turned off my ability to comment on their page, because I left an honest review with pictures of the terrible nail job. They use cheap acrylic that lifts. Every time I got my nails done here I had lifting. I got my nails done here 3-4 times. The last time was the last straw. They were so ugly and thick. Go somewhere else, read the bad reviews. The last time I was there a girl sat down waiting for her nails to dry and she told me her person was rude. I already knew that as they never greet me when I go in there. If you want quality nails that last, go somewhere else. You want cheap nails that lift and look good sometimes, go to SA nail spa. Where they turn off your ability to comment on their page if you add your pictures with their terrible work. These pictures are my nails the very next day after I got them done. Look at how dirty they are underneath, the thickness on the tip, and the cracks on the side that will and did lift. Very poor cheap work. VERY CHEAP WORK TERRIBLE RUDE SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE! It won’t let me add the pictures for some reason but I will be reporting these people and finding out if they got their license Renewed to even be in operation.

Took my mom and myself here as a Christmas present. We were helped by Joel and he did a fantastic job and was super hospitable. Im a first timer to any kind of nail art and I love how my nails and my moms nails came out. SA Nails Spa is a great nail salon, well definitely be coming back!

My husband and I went to get a pedicure. We decided to get the 40 dollar pedicure for the both of us which equaled out to 80. When we were finished I went to pay the bill and they made me pay 110 for two pedicures that require a foot scrub, leg and foot massage, cuticle clean up, as well as the regular file and nail polish which my husband did not get and they continued to charge us for the full price for his pedicure. I noticed after they were finished they didn’t get all the dead skin off my feet and it was still rough, I was told the mask and foot scrub would leave me with soft feet and would get everything off with no problem. Waste of money with an unreasonable price for what I got.

SA Nails Spa is the only place I go to get my nails done for a long time ago. Everyone is friendly and professional. I always get greeted with smiling faces and they also make me feel at home. I love getting their Classic Spa Pedicure because it is very relaxing and the price is inexpensive. Im always pleased and happy with the results. Also their salon is always being kept clean and well sanitized with plenty of space and comfortable chairs. Thumbs up for this place!

I love this place, Ive been coming here on and off for 5 plus years. Ive tried the other places in the area but I always come back to SA Nails. Everyone has always been really friendly and Ive never had a complaint about the work they do. They always let you know about prices ahead of time, if you want to add anything or change anything, so you never get hit with a price way above what you expected!!!

AWESOME acrylic nails and pedicure! The girl did my pedicure and the massage was fantastic! And other manicurist put a full set of acrylics on for me. She was super personable and they turned out just how I wanted them. I will post a picture after I get them filled today! I had no problems with the nails lifting or anything. I had her do French manicure and she also painted that perfectly I really liked the style and shape the white tips. I am pretty picky about that, so I thrilled that she was so good. She checked in with me a few times during the manicure to be sure I was pleased with the style and shape. I really appreciated that as well. I adored her, and I was so thrilled with the experience that I am definitely going back here exclusively for all my future manicure and pedicure.

Great service!! I went in for a set, and was told by the gentleman that the power would be nice for a nude nail. He informed me about the power and how long it lasts a d how it doesnt chip, how it cost a little more, but worth it. I Got it and love my nails. Most definitely recommend them, and will return!!

Honestly, the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. I walked in, and was seated within I minute. I had no prior reservation. My nail tech, Doan really took his time and made sure my nails were perfect and done to my liking. He was also very personable and easy to talk to. The service is awesome. Not to mention, the spa is spotless. I paid $45 for a full set of acrylics and color. I am used to paying anywhere between $50-$65. I will definitely be going back! Thank you SA Nails!

This nail salon is nice decorated, well organized and clean. Ive been their loyal customer for almost a year they never let me down. They always give me the best customer services ever. I suggest you should get the appointment with them first before getting here because this place might get crowded at anytime. The owner and staffs are really polite, they really know what they are doing. The price lists here are surprisingly cheap for such a high quality works and services. This place deserves 5 stars.

This was the third time Ive ever got my nails done and I am so happy! The guy who is at the station next to the check in/check out desk did an amazing job. The wait wasnt very long. Maybe 30-45mins. My nails were done quickly but the work was not rushed. The guy told me he has been doing nails for 14yrs. His work definitely shows his experience. Im very impressed. I will definitely be going back when I want to get my nails done again.

I have watched this shop grow, from just a handful of manicurists, to (last count) 12 (i believe). Richard is the manager and he is a kind and fair man. You wont be disappointed with the work they do. All of them are extremely talented nail and pedicure employees.

Traveled here for Air Force graduation and got a mani and pedi. I was seated for a pedi and watched them help like 3 people (without appointments) before remembering I was next. The older lady who did my pedicure did a horrible job and painted on cuticles and it was thick and uneven. Upset because they had decent reviews but could be why this lady only does pedicures.
