This place is wonderful. They treat me like Royalty every time I go. Even when I just get a basic pedi, they provide amazing service. Very loving and warm people. They enjoy what they do and it shows. Mai is a very caring person and always wants me to be happy. I always hope to get her, but everyone here is great. Highly recommend!

Next time don’t rush and let your customer walk out with blobby nails and uneven nails as well. Will not be coming back don’t recommend. Every time has been a. Bad experience.

I had gone here before but this last time I went with a friend of mine, the male owner, treated myself and my friend badly...and then turned around and treated another customer well, and talkative. Completely different than myself and my friend. I always tipped well. I will never give them my business again and I urge other people not to go there when there are so many other places that would welcome return customers.

The massage we good but a little painful and the polish was terrible, the lady who did my toes missed so many spots, I looked like I hit my feet on the way out.

I came to this salon once in a pinch after work and like it so much I had to come back again even though it was ear across town. Steven did such a great job with the shape of my nails that even after the polish came off my natural nails still looked beautiful. Tracy and Steven are great at what they do and I 10/10 recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience here. The receptionist, Andy, was helpful and able to assist me quickly. Give this man a raise! Very glad I chose this place to do my nails. This will be my new go-to place.

The worst! Went in for a simple french tip that any cosmetology student could do and the lady butchered it! Also instead of fixing it she blamed the problems on my nail bed instead of her poor skills.

First time here, I am in search of a good place for a pedicure. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and seated immediately after I picked my nail color. The water was a perfect temperature and I was offered a menu with the different pedicures they offer as well as a drink menu. When I entered I was the only person there but shortly two other lovely women entered and were seated on on both sides of me. My personal preference would be to have a seat between us if possible especially if it’s not busy but I’m not faulting the salon for my personal preference. I selected the Lavender Pedicure (40 mins total with a 20 min foot massage). The water temperature, scrub, shaping of my nails, and soak were ok and the massage left more to be desired especially a 20 min foot massage. The nail technician didn’t clip my baby toe correctly and left a small “hang” nail and the polish application was bad. Both of which I didn’t notice till got home :( I’m still in search of a good place for a pedicure in SA!!

I had broken a nail and went in to get the nail fixed. I came out with a parrot’s beak on my thumb. My Braille reading, blind cousin could have done a better job. I have added an 8th wonder to the world, this business and how they are still in business. My nail on my right hand just signed up for sumo classes it’s so big. I just lost my biggest loser monthly challenge to my coworkers because this fat nail disqualified me and it’s only the 3rd of the month. I went to six flags tonight and couldn’t even get on a ride because this fat nail caused me to exceed the weight limit. I just got home to make a sandwich and used my thumb nail to scoop the peanut butter. I went to a local play, and they gave me the leading role of Captain Hook without even auditioning. I just got a scratch and sniff lotto ticket and there was nothing left to sniff after I scratched. I ran out of gas, put my thumb up to hitchhike, and people were scared to pick me up. My friend wanted to do a thumb war and I broke her hand. The teacher suggested we played heads up seven up and I won every round. I tried to tell my coworker good job, and thumbs up, now she wears a patch on her eye. My oven mitt has a hole in it now. I am flabbergasted that this business is still around and I’m not sure who would ever make a second trip to this business. May god rest your forsaken souls.

Best nail salon in the area by far! I moved here from out of state and this is the only nail salon I trust! Tracy is an amazing nail tech who always does a great job on my nails and nail designs. Great friendly family run business.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s no surprise they have the worst reviews. They have HORRIBLE customer service. I am a mom with 2 twin newborns with a full time job. You can only imagine the amount of free time I have. I went last night and showed the girl Tracy a picture of a basic matte coffin nail. I asked her if she could do it and she said yes. I now have the most ugly, bulky, non matte, nail job. She put 5 thick coats of polish. I actually have indentions from the the brush strokes. They are also the worst excuse for a Matte finish. Slightly dull but not matte. When I told Tracy I did not like how they looked, it wasn’t what I asked for, she told me it was my fault for the polish I chose. She said all polishes are different and will give you a different matte finish. I told her that’s something she should tell her clients before. She said “well that’s our Matte so”. I don’t understand how you could be fine with your customer leaving upset with the work you did MUCH LESS argue with them. I’ve recommended reflexology nails and spa to plenty of people since the first time I had them done there. Huge mistake and I will be letting them all know to not return. Do not get your nails done here it is a huge waist of money and an even bigger waist of time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Horrible experience they had my nails covered in acetone for 30 mins they never checked up on me. They offered everyone else a drink and were attentive to everyone else that was walking in. If you don’t have an hour or two to waste do not come here. I use to be a regular but I’ll be taking my services else where.

Id heard about this nail salon last summer, when I asked my friend about her manicure. After that, another friend who I highly trust told me she started going here. I was in the area with time to kill so I decided to stop in for a manicure and pedicure.The storefront is hard to spot off the main road (colonnade dr) but once I found it I was pleasantly surprised by the inside. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was completely empty. Considering I only had an hour or so, I thought this a good sign. The gel polish colors selection is huge (see pictures). I dont think Ive been to a salon with that many colors. This can be a bad thing since Im extremely indecisive but I made my selection and went to the back for my pedicure. I was a little bummed that they didnt have regular polish to match the shellac colors but I found something close enough and called it a day.I selected the lavender pedicure which was $43 for 40 minutes. I loved it. She did a great job of massaging my feet. At one point I remember thinking man shes using a lot of moisturizer (think lotions, oils, etc) but I didnt mind because my dogs were barking after no TLC for at least a few months. In the middle of the pedicure, the man came to start my manicure. I always appreciate a salon that does both at the same time. He worked quickly and efficiently on my hands while the lady doing the pedicure took her time.The manicure was $30, which is pretty good in my opinion. When I was leaving he offered another lady a drink menu and when she made her selection, he told her they hadnt served that drink in a while. Overall, this was a great choice for me. Its close to home and other areas I frequent regularly. Cant wait to go back for round 2.

Been coming to Reflexology & Nails Spa since they opened up 6 years ago and I they are the best. Tracy and Steven always provide great service and awesome reflexology massages. I highly recommend giving them a try.

David is amazing! He has given me a manicure and pedicure, perfect each time, and it last! Any time I go somewhere else it is never as good as David. The salon is very clean and family oriented. The also serve wine. I was hooked after enjoy vino and getting a great experience.

I have debilitating social anxiety and anthrophobia, but was gifted a Pamper Deluxe Pedicure by my mother. After informing the technician of my issues (and my allergy to lavender, when it was offered as a scent), he got to work. David came and helped me while the first man (name unknown) worked on my mom. David was quiet and kind, working very hard to gently put me at ease so that I could actually relax and enjoy the massage that came with the pedicure. Im hooked and will be back.

Today was my first time . The gentleman was the one that did my nails . He was really polite and he did a great job with my nails !! I totally recommend the place . Going back for sure .

I have been going to this place for years. However, the lady who did my pedicure tonight didnt do a great job at all. She refused to do pressure points and the massage itself was pretty lack luster. Then when it came time to painting my nails she messed them up and got paint all on the top of my foot. The paint also dodnt dry even after 20 minutes under the uv light. I left and by the time I got into the car my toe paint was messed up and had to take it off at home waste of time and money tonight.

Love getting a manicure and pedicure here. The owners are great as well as the techs. Walk ins are welcomed.

For treatments, these guys know what they are doing! Problem is, THEY choose their customers. Dont expect them to remember your appointment, and if they do, they may turn you away anyway. I was turned away twice in one week, and the first time I had an appointment! Both times I was greeted with a rotten attitude, and I was treated as a hassle and a stress to them. Btw, I make a point to never complain, but this was literally keeping me up tonight as I felt like no one should be treated as badly as I was treated the past couple times I went to Reflexology. ☹️😭😡

I started going to this place back in November of 2017 and fell in love. The girl that usually does my nails was so nice and did my set perfect and did a great job on my eyebrows as week. I went back to her on December 7th 2017 to get my eyebrows waxed by the same girl and half way through she goes to get her crying baby... while waxing my eyebrows she’s carrying him and he’s screaming and I just try to be polite because I’m a mom and I know how it is.. when she’s done I tip her and I leave. Once I get in the car I realize she waxed off half of my eyebrow! So I decide not to go back there until one day I really needed my nails done so I decided to go back. I get the same girl and of course she does a great job so I just decide that I’m going to come back here but only for my nails. Well today I went to get my nails filled and I get the guy (the only guy that works there) and after he’s done filing my nails I noticed that the shape is awful and I have multiple nails that are slanted or not even the same shape as other nails... so I point this out to him and he tells me that it’s because my nails are crooked LOL! I tell him that’s not the reason and that I never had this issue with the other girl and he says he’ll fix one nail but if he has to fix the others it will be extra because I’m picky with my shape. I tell him that I’m allowed to be picky because I’m paying for this service and that I’m the one that has to walk around with these now janky nails. He continues on with how I have to pay extra for each nail and I stop him and tell him I’m leaving. I pay the lady at the front$10 for the terrible job he did and that was it. If you read through this whole I hope you learn from my lesson and never go to this place. Drive a little bit further or pay more and go someone else!

I have recently moved from stone oak and decided to try something new based on the fairly good reviews. I was nicely greeted at the entrance by Linda. She was very nice and provided me with a menu of services and gave me more detail on each one. One I decided on the Lavendar spa pedi $43, I was quickly ushered to a chair and provided a nail tech. The nail tech seemed very experienced was gentle and took her time. It was a very relaxing pedi. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars was the drink service. At my previous spa, they offer unlimited alcohol which is a good or bad thing depending how you look at it. But I like to have a few glasses while at the spa! The decor on the outside was a little outdated and some of the other nails techs were not as cheerful as Im use to. One woman paid extra attention to her regulars but did not look up to greet new patrons which is very important. Overall, great service and I will definitely return again and recommend to my friends!

If you’re reading this it means u r smart enough to do your due diligence before trying out a new spa for mani pedi, and I am telling you now you are better off trying somewhere else!Me and my husband went to try as it is close to where he works. We normally go to Asiana opposite North Star mall. I agreed to try it coz I wanted reflexology. I chose the reflexology spa pedicure $60 (30mins reflexology and hot stones) and regular manicure $15. My husband noticed there were only 4 staff including the receptionist, he was concerned that they wont be enough bcoz there’s a couple thats being serviced already as we came in. We were used to having 2 therapists per person as it is like that over at Asiana. But I was stubborn and I started choosing my color. They made us sit next to each other and It started ok. My husband chose a 30 minute reflexology foot massage and they made him wait 15mins for the guy therapist to finish the current customer. I got an old lady who doesn’t understand english but she was nice and gave me the service “they” told her I wanted, in short she did what she was told to do. I chose the reflexology spa pedicure coz i wanted reflexology with the hot stones! When the guy therapist started with my husband I noticed the old lady was massaging my legs and feet but its not reflexology so while chatting with my husband’s therapist (coz he actually speaks english), i found out I’m not getting the reflexology spa pedicure! Turned out the receptionist said I chose the $65 service!! I don’t even know what its called coz I didn’t choose that! So in short the receptionist made a mistake but instead of apologizing, I was told that she wont do my manicure anymore coz I was saying she made a mistake and she claims not to.To save the situation, the guy therapist who does the foot reflexology finished with my husband and agreed to give me a 15min reflexology and he finished my polish bcoz the old lady is now attending to new customers.What infuriated me was they are making it sound like I waited too long before I complained that I don’t think I am getting what I wanted! I was trying to be nice bcoz i don’t really know how they do things in there so I didn’t want to dictate to the old lady who doesn’t even understand english, what I think she should be doing! Its not my job to know what they r supposed to do! I told them what I wanted based on the menu they presented me at reception! But the guy therapist kept telling me I should’ve stopped the old lady which I did the moment I found out that I am not getting the services I wanted.This spa has very very poor customer service. I forgot to mention that one of the staff, another lady that speaks english, I was under the impression that she might be the manager, I complained to her as soon as I found out whats happening (or not happening) and instead of apologizing sincerely, she spoke to the old lady in Vietnamese and I can tell from her facial expressions that she was saying its my fault, the old lady immediately stopped what she was doing to my feet and immediately moved on to d next customer! Then the guy therapist took over.It wasn’t a matter of $5 difference that made this experience really bad, I didnt mind paying that $5 diff if I was treated properly and not implied that I was lying! The manager and the guy therapist kept telling me that I chose the $65 and not the $60! Just bcoz their non- english speaking receptionist made a mistake of taking my order! Instead of apologizing they made me look like the liar!! This is infuriating for a paying customer! I dont care if the $65 service has better stuff in it, I wanted the reflexology and I wasnt gonna get it if I proceeded with that $65 service!

I waking at this place at 5:30 pm and I request a pedi and nails. 5:30 pm people, 5:30!!!The 3 people that work there told me yes is fine we are going your pedi first. And I said it’s ok!Well Passing the time is 7:30 because the old lady who was doing my pedi take her sweet time.-So now the other lady who will do my nails ask me: do you have time for your nails or are you coming in another time.-Then I ask: well do you have time?-She told me I have 30 min. And I don’t want to rushing you. (Rushing me?? Well I am here for my nails I don’t have any rush)-Then I reply. Well I was here with time. Now i am asking you... do you have time?-She respond me: I have 30 min.-I respond again: I came with time, I don’t want to have my nails do in 30 min.-Then she talk in her language to the guy who was there doing a pedi. If he can take care of her son during she was doing my nails. He said no!- After that she told me comeback tomorrow at 10 am.(Lady today was the only day I have free is why i am here!!)- I said no! I don’t have time to comeback.- She don’t said anything. Just looking back at me.***Well conclusion they don’t do my nails. Because she don’t have time.***Wow!! Very unprofessional. They suppose to calculate the time and let the customer know if they can do it or not. They only want the money and they don’t care about the convince of the customer. I have an busy schedule and today was my only day free. Thanks to waist my time and money with you. I never will back again. Next time I will go to a place where they can calculate their time and flexibility. And care about their customer.

Felt rushed throughout my whole entire mani & pedi. My appointment was at 6pm, they close at 8pm. Just because they had more customers walk in, they rushed throughout my whole mani & pedi. For my toes, the woman smeared it & just said oh no. Didnt even correct it. not happy with service, will never come here again. Waste of time & money.

Literally my shellac polish started chipping off the next day, kinda over priced, every time I would give directions on how I wanted my nails the female owner would have a really bad attitude. It was a extra $10 fee for the length and shape that I wanted. Coffin nails style, which she didnt do a good job on! I paid for shellac new set and shellac basic pedi for $105.00 + tip
