I was able to walk in and get my nails done right away on a Saturday. The nail tech Ben was kind and quick to offer complimentary drinks. He was happy to use the pic of the nails I wanted and improved on it after checking with me of course.

I enjoyed the atmosphere. Three television plays music videos and they offer drinks. Holly got my nails looking beautiful ❤️ My nail beds are on the shorter side and most sets dont last me long at all, but Holly worked her magic! Im very pleased with the outcome and Ill be back fs

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible place to come to. The staff is rude and will not fix anything they way you want. Pay 45 for see through nails. Not the color I even wanted. Overall attitude was Leave if dont like it GHETTO PLACE!!!Also If they say the wait time is 15 to 20 mins they LIE!

I got a pedicure here and my pedi came out so beautiful! i love it, gabby was the one who did it and she was so nice and made me feel so comfortable!!i would definitely recommend this place, especially gabby, they’re so nice and welcoming.

Usually I come to this place, but never again. The worker clearly saw how low quality his work was and only took off $5. I asked for a specific set and what I received was nothing close to it. It was a simple oumbre that was not done well. I was forced to pay for the set that I was disappointed in. A waste of money and a lack of understanding, I do not recommend.

Service and quality are good. Price is comparable. Cleanliness... Needs serious improvement. Clippings, polish, and dirt from the previous days work still littering the floor the next morning. Says open at 10am; usually takes about 20 minutes for enough staff to show up in order to serve waiting customers.

Today was my first time here after being recommended by a friend and I’m very impressed. They pay really good attention to what they’re doing and they take their time. They offer you something to drink and the mimosas are very good. They’ve gained a regular for sure

As a second time visiting customer this visit was unpleasant and frankly the customer service was poor. I should never be waiting for service long enough for my pedicure water to go cold. Then when I decline service without an attitude, Im given attitude as if their lack of customer care was my fault. NO I DONT RECOMMEND!

The staff at this place are absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and professional. Better yet their nail work is very good and reasonably priced. Definitely will come back when Im in the San Antonio area.

Went to the established hair salon but their pedicurist was not available. A technician there walked me over. Everyone was extremely friendly and hospitable. Got a very good pedicure and two nails fixed. Am very pleased.

Every since Lynn sold the shop, it’s been horrible experiences! I had issues multiple time with showing pictures of how I wanted my nails done and was assured they would be able to accomplish the look. When Steven was there they were able to recreate a few looks however the owner had a bad habit of saying he’s able to do something and then going on and doing what he wants... on one occasion he put on white tips instead of the clear pearls like I asked to camouflage my stubby nail bid, when I stated that I wasn’t partial to the look he responded with “I like it they look nice”😒😒 then today i went to go get my nails done and stopped her after several months only because I realized I would have much time in. The upcoming week with my daughter and my birthday coming up. Once again I showed pictures and asked if it was a look they’d be able to recreate off top he informed me they didn’t have the jewels and that was fine, but said they’d be able to do everything else... needless to say they only had 1 purple close to the color I wanted available, and the chrome color they didn’t have either than when i said that they didn’t look like what I asked for multiple time he continued to say the colors aren’t going to be exact. And I understand that but you need to be able to provide a product that resembles what I’m trying to achieve.Then was shocked when I said I didn’t like it... like I didn’t just sit here 90 minutes telling you i wasn’t happy... now he has me out here stripper pole ready. Not a great start to my birthday preparations couldn’t even stay for my pedicure

Ita an extremely personal shop! My artist Bin did a beautiful job. Coming straight out of wk you tend to be so tired and grouchy. However, the environment, the vibes and Bin made it even more enjoyable. Its hard to find such a great stylist with manners and charm. Bin went out of his way to welcome me and everyone who walked in the door.Thank you Bin! Now i know what to get my family for Christmas.!!!

I was very happy with my visit here. I got a basic square french tip and it was only $30. The nail tech was fast but precise. There were no bumps or bubbles on my set and it did it in less than an hour. I will be returing here again to get another set

The gentleman that worked on my nails was not only new but we had a serious language barrier. Which I am willing to work through but he was very nervous which made me a little uncomfortable. Therefore, I did not enjoy something that was suppose to be relaxing for me.Also, I wanted a design on my big toenails but he said no design. I just left it alone because I knew I was jot going to return there. It was cheaper but not worth it.

I wont ever return here again if i could give it 0 stars I would! This place charged me $50 for a $35 shellac manicure on top of my regular nails. When I spoke to them over the phone i explained i had lost my receipt & they said they would fix it but when i went in the store they gave me a BS run around so now I have to dispute it with my bank total waste of my time and money. 😡😡😡

Use to like going here till mike over charged me i used a visa gift card for some reason it was saying void on receipt, so i payed cash when i called my card it said nice nails had took money out so i confronted him about it even called my card to show him what it was saying so he could he could hear. Still nothing i payed 82$ for some gel nails ..he never called me back.. Still looking into how i can get my money back

I have a friend who always goes here to get a pedicure and they alwyal treat him like family. The staff is very friendly and curtious, they give great service. I recomend them!

I came by at 11:30am and the doors were locked, sign says they open at 10am but nobody was there. The lady at the Tamale place next door check out back to see if their car was parked outside and it wasn’t. I called, no answer.Shortly after buying my tamales, I step outside and they’ve opened! I just wanted my nails shaped and polish changed as I had gotten a pedicure a little over 2 weeks before at another salon and wanted a new color. I asked the lady to make sure they were really short, she says okay and proceeds to polish my nails without cutting them! I had to ask her again, she filed them down a little then proceeded to polish. Won’t be getting my nails done here anymore, eyebrows? Maybe.

Worst nail experience ever! I come here every time for my nails and every time I get the same man that does them, I think he might be the owner... this time I got a thug looking man who specializes in design so I knew he would know how to be detailed and skilled..... WRONG. First he asked what I wanted and I chose the mood gel which is what I get every time! Im a bartender so I like my nails short so I dont break them when I pop open beers, he immediately tried getting me to do one of the trends that are in like the crome nails, or the chameleon nails and I told him I really wanted my mood change ones and he told me he thought it was ugly!!! Not caring I stuck with what I wanted even though I thought he was completely rude. The whole time he told me my nails were ugly and to short and as he cut them his exact words were wow what a waist. I was flabbergasted, then I noticed that my left hand was completely shorter than my right hand and the only way to fix it was to match the left hand and go shorter but the left hand is seriously to short and I can tell he didnt care. He went super short then what I explained because I could tell he wasnt happy about doing my nails that way, all the while he explained how he only did stripper nails and Im just not that type... he told me my nails were basic!! So hes insulted me, made one hand not match the other, and even messed up on the shape, I ask for round and he told me everyone gets coffin, but I didnt want that and he still made the shape out to be way to pointed I WANTED ROUND. Now he tells me my nails came out to $50!!! Lets not forget I come here every time and get the exact same thing round,small and mood gel.... he tried to charge me $25 for the set,20 for the gel and $5 extra for the shape! The shape was wrong and every time Ive come here its $40 flat. The man that does the set everytime for me tells me that the set is $35 since its gel and the shape is $5 extra so I was shocked that they were over charging me $10 for nails that dont match and a horrible experience where I was told that Im basic, not like the trends, and i was just completely insulted the whole time... I told the lady that I was paying that her husband charges me the same price every time and she knew I came there a lot! Needless to say I didnt even get my customer punch card punched (the card that gives you a free mani after your tenth visit) because I knew I was never coming back.
