I was new to this place. Loved my experience here. I got a manicure and a pedicure. Will come back!

Do not go here they will charge card & say it declined then request you pay cash poor customer service they will also argue with you when you ask for refund ao far i paid $140 for 2 pedicures prior to that my daughter got a full set & loss 2 nails befor leaving products are cheap & dont last & they over charge go here at your own risk!!!

Went in today because my nail broke and I wanted to get it fixed. The guy who did my nail made it super thick and curved and the whole time was being a bit rude while he was fixing it. Not sure if I will be returningBefore and after pictures

I got my nails done here on the 26th....so TWELVE days ago. My first nail popped off after NINE days from scratching my leg. That was it. Next came off yesterday. I had a third come off when I ran my fingers through my hair just now. Are you effing kidding me?! Absolute poorest quality nails Ive ever had!!Im so glad when I went to get the one missing nail fixed yesterday I didnt waste time (30 min wait just to get started) or money to fix it as two have popped off now.If you want nails for only a week, this is your place. If you want them not to fall off like stick on nails, do what Im gonna do, and find somewhere else.

I got acrylic nails here a few times. The last time I took them off I had two nails with fungus. I will not go back. The owner is nice but the male technician was so slow and gave me the fungus.

Been coming here for at least 2 years, this experience was totally out of the ordinary because of covid19, staff was cautious and making sure you sanitized your hands as soon as you walk in, chairs were sanitized before next person use, felt totally safe inside their salon

I just left there, and Im extremely disappointed. I waited for a 15 minutes and then was asked to sit down in a dirty station right after another customer had left. I waited to see if she was going to clean it, but she didnt. When I asked her to at least get new towels she gave me attitude and disappeared in the back for several minutes. throughout the entire time that she did my nails she was very sharp and abrupt with all of her movements. She would aggressively pick up my fingers and almost tossed them down. The actual application of the nail polish is done extremely poorly. There are bubbles and its uneven all around my cuticles. I most definitely will not be going back.

Ask for Lynn if you want dip. She is meticulous and does an excellent job! Dip lasts for about a month, for $35, not bad at all!!

I love Red Top Nails. i’ve been coming here since before i moved to San Antonio, (3 years) and still continue to come. never disappointed. Kim & Tom are my favorite techs.

Did an alright job. Nails are holding up, and good color selection. Felt like the prices were to high, but worth it if it’s not a regular thing to do.

I just came to San Antonio for 2 weeks and had been visiting here. I love this place a lot. All the worker is nice and positive with the costumer. I love the ways they do the nails and pedicure here. It just an awesome place to visit so you guys definitely have to visit here at Red Top Nails .

Came here for the first time today and my nail tech, Chan, did an awesome job! He was polite, paid great attention to detail, and was efficient (fast). I will definitely be back to this place for my next pedicure and manicure.

I get my eyebrows done here. Only $9 and she is very good!! Always on point.

It’s not a really fancy place but for the price you pay you more than double the procedures they do excellent! excellent !work! As far as the quality of products to use it’s like in any other salon.

Originally I found this place as it was nearly across the street from my housing community. After my first time, I found out my roommate also used the salon and her nails always looked great. This is my usual salon and I love it. Their prices are great, theyre friendly and generally I never have had a wait, and only twice in the year Ive been going have had to wait about ten mins. I can never remember my favorite technicians name but its the man with glasses and cargo pants. I go there 3-4 times a month. Only twice have I been dissatisfied. One time I was cut during a Mani and no attempt at an apology was made, but I just use a different tech now. Another time my nail chipped right away but I went back and they took care of it. I wish theyd have wine but if you ask for a drink they usually have soda on hand. Love this place

It can be a little pricey and I usually prefer places where the people working on you at least attempt to have a conversation. However, I really loved the job that they did on my hands and my feet, leaving me feeling very relaxed and refreshed. It did take quite awhile, though I think it was within reasonable time. However, they did get into such a rush that one of my toenails wasnt able to dry properly before they were handing my shoes and shooing me out the door.Price wise, it wasnt all that bad. Though, you need to be sure to watch the signs and keep track of the prices in your mind or else you could end up spending far more than you wish.

Love the place. Only got padicure but the staff was very polite and active. Have a good collection of colors to pick from and are pretty reasonable.

Love love love this place! Kenny is fabulous. He always takes care of me :) He is professional and skilled when it comes to a pedicure; he has truly shaped my toe nails into perfection!!!

I tried 4 months with this place. Would give no stars if I could . This place is horrible. The owners are greedy unprofessional, rude and lazy. Their work is horrible and the service is a nightmare. Very unsanitary and over priced . Youll never be greeted offered a refreshment or hold a conversation as they dont speak English. Instead plenty of unwelcomed stares, bad mouthing as any guest who walks in usually disrupts a workers nap. Owner is usually asleep in outdated massage chair with his snoring echoing through the room. Very unpleasant place. Please turn around, save your money and RUN!

The man was very rough with my hand. all i did was fix one, and I finished, and i had to wait to pay. i wont be coming back

The man that works there is rough, drew blood and I got a fungus under two of my nails from the place being dirty and the nails being poorly done and lifting. Never never never ever ever ever again.

Beware of this place. if you r looking for good acrylics or a full set dont come here. The owner is the only one who does them ... and not good. My nails were all different shapes and superbugly. Didnt even cut or trim my cuticle, to sloppy and rush. They can only do basic stuff here, not anything a young person would want. I have tried this place a few times and i just cant give this place anymore chance! The owner doesnt listen to what you want but instead gives you what he wants such a shame cause this is my local mail salon

I went there 2 days ago they did a terrible job, they can be terribly rude and my nails never look good afterward. They did not use a sanitatized tools. Also I saw them reuse the glove over and over again.they also have ended up making several cuticles bleed every single time I went there as well, not worth the money or the wait and Im never going back. i been given this place a lot of chance . While, terrible services and rude to customers and overpriced. Never go back here!!!

If I could give it less I would. Not only did one of the workers stab and cut me with his ugly fingernail when he jammed it under my thumbnail, but he had the audacity to call me a liar, as I sat there showing him and the other worker the blood dripping from my nail! I really hope it doesnt get infected. what the heck!? Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I love how Kim waxes my eyebrows to perfection jus the way I wanted them! She also did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. I went a second time and wasnt able to get her for mani pedi and turned out jus ok. Will return will go early to get her for sure!

They rushed us and looked annoyed. However, they did a good job with gel and deep powder, so I tipped them. Not going back.

Never again! This was my first and last visit to this lackluster salon. I went on a Tuesday early afternoon and there was only a couple of other clients. YOu would have thought they would be happy to have business but the pedicure I received was by far one of the worst. The nail tech who worked on pedicure was less than enthused and pretty much stared out the window and watched t.v. throughout pedicure. I received a less than decent pedicure, she had to use nail remover on every single toe because of the messiness she did on nail polish. Nothing more irritating than having someone that seems like her job is such a chore! Worst pedi ever!
