I’ve been coming to this place for years, but I’m just now getting around to writing my Google review. Several staff members have done my nails over the years, but today David did them. They look amazing! Every time he does my nails I walk away very happy and I always get tons of compliments on my nails. I get the powder dip French tip every time I go and I am always confident I’ll walk away a happy camper. What’s also really nice about this place, in addition to the staff and service, is that they usually have some kind of promotional discount going on. For example, there’s a 10% Halloween discount and I also had a discount in September because of my birthday.

I have been going here since 2018. I ALWAAAAAYS have a relaxing and peaceful experience at SAPA Nails. Everyone is so kind and give the greatest customer service. I ultimately leave with beautiful nails and feeling super calm from the friendly atmosphere. They take appointments and walk-ins.

Andy does a GREAT job every time! Very accommodating and clean place.I enjoy the free drinks (wine, sodas, water, margaritas)My hubby enjoys an occasional pedicure and feels comfortable there.

I tried this place based on google reviews, and it didnt disappoint! Andy was available to do my nails as soon as I walked in, and did an amazing job! I like my nails very short, and theyre not easy to shape at that length, but he made them perfect!

My mom and I have been coming here for almost 10 years never a bad experience. Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. We always get exactly what we are wanting. I’ve had some health issues in the past so when I’m not with my mom everyone always asks how I’m feeling- my son was a baby when we started coming here and when he’s not with me everyone always asks for him. I don’t see us going anywhere else! We love it here!

David was so patient, gentle and careful while doing a pedicure and manicure for my sister who is diabetic. She loved the results! We are regulars at Sapa because the place is extremely clean and the massage chairs are an added bonus.

I have been going to Sapa Nails for about 18 years! Love it! Just took my 4 year old in for her first mani pedi, and they were so sweet to her.

I went in two weeks ago to get my Halloween nails done and originally I loved them because they looked just as I requested, however 2 days later I had already had a nail break so had to go in to get it fixed. The gentleman who fixed it was not my original artist and started asking whether I got it done there in the first place because it was done poorly. Ha, okay sir. Then, another 2 days later THREE MORE nails broke, one when I was scratching my leg and two when I was putting shoes on and on my experience, a good nail job shouldn’t result in nails breaking in a matter of days. I didn’t have time to go back and wasn’t sure that they wouldn’t charge me for going in again so I decided it wasn’t worth it and to let them be raggedy til I needed a fill. However, now that they’ve grown out, I can see that the original artist didn’t do a great job because now my cuticle skin is attached to the nails that are growing out. I’ve tried to remove them and the nail acrylic is on my CUTICLES!!!! Removing them is painful and bloody. Would not recommend this place to anyone and will never be back!

My first time going to this salon today and my overall experience was just ok. I felt like the gentleman that did my pedi and mani was rushing and he didn’t speak much. He didn’t even say hello. He basically took my feet out and started working. Rude. I also had to tell him to touch up a few nails that looked a little messy (he didn’t clean them up good) and rough due to poor filing. Also, I bumped my toe and instead of him repainting it, he painted over it causing it not to look smooth at the bottom. I gave them a 4 stars because everyone else was nice, pricing is reasonable, it’s clean and very relaxing.

I have been going here for about two months now...I have been circulated through several techs with only ONE showing competence... On Thursday that tech was out so I was given another tech... Here it us only Sunday and most of my nails are cracked (these are my real nails with dip powder) the powder is uneven and so is the polish. Many of the techs wont even drill around your cuticles to remove the excess powder. I do appreciate Mr Andy...he is the only one who has been able to do my nails and make them look professional... Other than that the place is garbage! They can understand anything you say unless it is a complaint ...all of a sudden its like Im the one speaking in an unknown language... I have tried to give this place a chance but I am completely over it at this point!

Lee is my absolute favorite nail tech! My pedicures are always amazing,and his massages are the BEST! This salon is clean,and the owner is very nice. Had my nails done this month because I was starting a new job. The nail job was done okay and the staff was nice. A few days after, my ring finger was tender and ached a bit. Didnt think much of it. For the last 2-3weeks its been on and off swelling, redness, tenderness and today an abscess formed. I went to the doctors and they drained it, and said draining will only help with the pressure but I have an infection that will get worse if Im not put in antibiotics. I was so furious. On top of getting an infection from this facility, I now have a medical bill and have to put my body through a week of medications and continue to take precautions. Very upset, will not return or recommend this nail salon due to infection risk.

Lily is great. Everything she did was easy and painless. I had heard horror when it came to taking the nails off that it would be painful. Not with Lily. She waxed my eyebrows and even that was with minimal pain. Its only been my second time there and I definitely will be going back more often. Very nice place very nice people. Thank you Lily

So my first visit I was a bit disappointed on my pedicure and actually gave 1 star. HOWEVER because of convenience of location from my office I decided to give them another try and I am so glad I did. I have probably been back like 10+ times for Cindy who does a very thorough job on my pedicure. The place is always clean which is a definite plus and the prices are very reasonable.

I love this place so much! Always great prices, customer service and color selection! Bonnie does beautiful work and is very creative. I always leave happy when I come here. Highly recommended.

Average manicure, could’ve been better. The cleaning, and shaping of my nails was okay. The application of the polish was sloppy. The top coat wasn’t applied to the entire nail and you can clearly see it. I also have nail polish on my cuticles.

The owner politely turned me down stating she knows that none of her staff are not going to be able to meet my needs since I usually ask for a gentleman that works on me when I go in. I felt really belittled and told myself I’d absolutely not return. Almost certain I was being watched judgmentally in how I interacted with the nice guy who does my service. And I have happily spent so much money on tips without any judgement whatsoever. It’s truly poor character on the owners part. But then again she is entitled to choose who she provides service to.

My girlfriend got her nails done here for 100 dollars before seeing her family. While eating lunch with them the next day the top of her nail fell off. The same with her toe nail. We called and was told it’d be an easy fix but when arrived they acted like we didn’t call. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great place, first time coming and I can’t wait to go back. Got a pedicure and they did a great job. Better than the salon I’m used to didn’t feel rushed and felt very relaxed.

Went in for a manicure and brow wax. The tools they used were dirty, when they did my cuticles two fingers started bleeding. They rushed through it so quickly and my nails were uneven. I could have done a better job myself blindfolded. Then when my brows were done they were uneven. This was a very poor experience and a waste of 60+ bucks for both me and my partner. Never again.

I’ve been to many nail salons and this one is my fave I wish I remembered the name of the lady that helped me this last time because she did a perfect job and gave me the exact nail shape I wanted without me having to ask.

I stopped in Saturday afternoon for a full set. There was no wait which was great because I had to go to work. Im so happy with my nails, normally at other salons they always give me a hard time about getting short nails. But the tech. Understood exactly what I wanted and this will be my new place 😍 they are thin and look very natural 🤗

I moved to San Antonio in 2010, I lucked into walking into Sapa Nails, Ive been a faithful customer ever since. Extremely clean, professional, friendly, and of course give the best pedicures and manicures guarantee you will love them. The prices are great and if you want awesome designs, they can so that as well. Just let you know Sapa Nails has the largest shellac color collection I havent see. Ive referred several friends and coworkers they all love it and are now customers as well. Im a customer for life!!!!

I begged the nail tech not to use a Dremmel on my nails because my nails are extremely weak, she did it any way, then she didn’t have the patience to let the acetone do it’s job. So she began picking at the extra material on my nail. Then said “your nail is cracked!” Yes, because she wouldn’t stop using the drill and picking at my nails after I begged her! Horrible experience. Which is a shame, because they came highly recommended. But apparently only some techs are.

Prices are reasonable and they’re always so nice! Only thing (not worth taking a star off) is that the polish seems to change color from the start of the nail to the tip? I’m not sure how that happens, but the manicure was great! So maybe I just did something? Who knows. Try this place. They’re great!

So I got this beautiful set of nails for $60, I walked in around 6:30 which was an hour away from closing time. I obviously didn’t do it with that intention but I needed my nails done before the weekend. I had come in which a different idea of what I wanted but the chrome colors they offered had a two step routine to put them on nails from what the front desk lady was mentioning she really didn’t know how much pigment the chrome would be on the nails so she really wasn’t recommending it and I wanted a ombré chrome. They pulled out this box of chrome colors and I fell in love with this gel chrome rose gold shimmer, decided to just choose that color across all my nails. The service was fast, I didn’t get my nail techs name but I really ended up liking the shape on my nails and length. I’ve never been here before but it’s definitely a place I look forward to coming to, to do my future nails.As for the checkout, I paid and they offered this really cool reward system, I didn’t have the chance to ask how many dollars do you need to spend to equal 1 point, but the receptionist did say that 450 points is $15 off a service.Overall their service was fast, efficient and well done. I ‘m rating them 4 because my original idea wasn’t possible which left me a little disappointed but the color that I chose in store was definitely a great alternative.

It was my first time here and the place was clean and relaxing. The service was friendly from start to finish and my technician, Andre, really took his time. I could tell he genuinely cared about his work. This place is a rare find! Will definitely be back!

I really liked going to this nail place until recently when I got someone who did not care much about what I wanted. I do my nails every other week manicure and pedicure. I was in there for literally 2 hours and a half only doing my hands, I had no more time to do my feet and just left with half work done. After she did the gel polish she filed them, which then caused my nails to literally chip the next day :(. I was traveling and could not get my nails fixed until I returned home. No one seemed to really care even though I spoke to whom I believe was possibly the supervisor. It’s not for free I get them done I spend a month about $250, I enjoy getting them done, and having my nails look nice and clean. I will not return.

I came in on a Saturday around one with a friend. I spoke to whom I think was the manager at the counter. He was so nice and helpful. Took his time explaining each service and didnt rush us to make a decision. We both got pedicures and I got a shellac manicure. Everything was great! No cuts, no pain, and everyone was so friendly. My tech was Tom and he was amazing! I even accidentally smudged my baby toe and came back and the manager was so nice and fixed it with no problem! I will definitely come back here! Thank you guys for such a good experience!

Im changing my 5 star to 1 star. I had my new nail done on June 26th and today is 29th, one nail was repaired because it was loose on Saturday today it came completely off today and 2 other nails are loose, very disappointed. Ive never had this experience before. I probably wont return

Consistently great service and they can usually accommodate me on short notice, as I often decide to stop by on a whim. Complimentary beverages and professional, but very nice employees.Good selection of services (their Signature Pedicure is my go to) and fair prices. Definitely recommend them.

Got a full set for $35 French tip. The woman did an amazing job considering my nails are very short. There is 1 tiny little flaw on one of my fingers but hardly noticeable unless you are 2 inches from my hand. Pretty quick in under an hr. Had some trouble paying due to their new machine but no biggie for me. Will definitely be returning for a future set possibly one of their designer sets. Would recommend. Maybe call in advanced they got pretty busy after I arrived.

It was great here, Jai did my nails very well and exactly how I wanted them! My moms pedicure nail design came out very good as well, Bonnie did such a great job. I suggest asking for them if you pop into this nail salon!

Was here a couple hours ago. Got to say, this salon is very beautiful. Staff is professional and friendly. Service is on a whole another level here. The aroma spa pedicure is absolutely perfect and relaxing. Never felt this zen!

Had my lashes done there.. awful service. The lady who set my lashes just wanted to finish the job. I had an reaction to the glue she used; I immediately called her back to let them know and they responded it with, to give it Time, my eye lids were swollen. They said nothing to want to help me. I understand the process but at least make an effort to make the customer feel better and help them.

Absolutely love this place! Every time I go, the staff are super wonderful and friendly and do such a wonderful job. They always ask how my kids are doing and my mom! They are so personable, I just love this place!

Amazing service, very attentive staff. I get solar nails with shellac polish and they last forever and I have never had a problem with the acrylic lifting at this salon. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place was so bad that I actually went out of my way to write a review. I was looking to get my nails done because I was going out of town for a week. I stepped into this place thinking it would be everything I’ve wanted. It was my first time here because I had previously gone somewhere else before and they messed up my nails with this being said I get my nails done quite often. The second day of getting my nails and feet (both gel/shellac) my thumb nail broke off while just eating and once I notice my foot some of the shellac had already fallen off. I was mad because I paid $100 for nails that weren’t even worth the price to begin with. However, I called the place spoke spoke to who I believe was the owner and he said I could come in whenever I got back into town to get it fixed. Still pretty upset, after a week I didn’t even want all my nails fixed just the two that didn’t stay. While being there I was treated very poorly by the lady doing my nails. She was accusing me of lying and kept asking me the same things as if I would change my answer. Well no, I wasn’t lying I just simply didn’t like that I spent so much money on cheap set of nails. Not to mention while she was doing them she didn’t do them right. Very dissatisfied in both quality and the customer service. Will not be returning.

Very poor experience. I wish I could give a negative star. I waited forever to get a full set done and once I did the woman seemed to not take a lot of time out to work on them. Well less than a week later my thoughts were confirmed. My nail fell off with little to no pressure applied to it, I was actually laying in bed and slid my hand across the comforter for the remote and it fell off. Unfortunately I was out of town and decided to call the nail shop so I could have it fixed when I got back. When I called I explained what happened and the man on the phone told me I was not telling the truth and since I wasnt I would have to pay to get my nail fixed. He was extremely rude and unconvinced that their crappy nails could fall off without much pressure applied. I will not be going back to this shop as this is the second time this has happened, and I will definitely be informing the few people I have referred to this shop of the horrible incidence. I use to go here quit frequently but as of lately the customer service and quality nails have gone down severely.

D O N O T G E T L A S H E S D O N E H E R E!My lashes were uneven, I asked if she would fix them and she pretended to not notice the abnormal difference in eyelash lengths and the amount of lashes placed on one eye vs the other.The front eyelash was faced towards my eyeball; when I asked her to remove it she pulled on it and said “the lash glue is still new and cannot remove yet”When I walked out into the sun, I could see shadows of glue that she messed up on. (Meaning she probably placed glue on the entire false lash and not just on the tip near the base of my lash)I don’t believe they have licenses to actually do lash extensions. Bad on my part for not asking and just trusting that they did because it’s on their company sign.I removed them with coconut oil and a pad a day later.Do not go here!!

This was my second time coming. First time a few weeks ago I wasn’t overly impressed but it wasn’t terrible either. I went today and my nails look like chicklets. They are thick and the ends where I had a French mani last time are much lighter and he said it could not be avoided because he left the white powder tips. Every other salon files off the white before putting a dark color on for that exact reason. Really disappointed- I had high hopes with the high ratings. They do not ask the shape or length that you want either.

Most wonderful place to get your nails done. As a gay man it was hard for me to find a place that didnt offer stares or discouragement as soon as I walk through the door. With Sapa Nails 💅 they really know how to treat a fella! I love Eileen the best shes so sweet and she does an amazing job on my nails. Couldnt be happier with this place and their prices are always right! If youre worried about cleanliness, dont be because Sapa is really the cleanest place Ive been to. They dont use tools used on previous clients. Just amazing service!

Im not from San Antonio so finding a new nail salon is difficult. I found one that I adored but my nail tech moved so I went here. The woman who did my nails was not friendly and the man who greeted me charged me more than he initially said.I have had a full set for ten days now and one of them snapped! Ive never had this problem! I wouldnt quite recommend here.

I came here four days ago and the man that was working with me cut my fingers three times with a nail file. I asked him to stop working on my nails and he refused. He laughed in my face and called me a cry baby. The woman at the front desk came up to me and offered to add some bow embellishments on my nails as a sorry.I came back today because my nails are bumpy and uneven and the bows fell off. My nails are now looking horrible. She refused to fix my nails or add the embellishment today because they didnt have enough staff however while I was waiting for a response a young woman came and she took her in but couldnt help me. Horrible service. I will never come back. Go save yourselfSome trouble.
