They were nice but the place was dirty dusty n needs lots of dusting and cleaning. And im not satisfied with my nails. Does not look good at all. Would not recommened this place. The second star was cause they were nice. NeVeR Going Here Again.

Brutal. Omg! You may want to take some Ibuprofen with you, because when you leave; you are most likely gonna need to take it for the cuticle pain and nicks to your skin. Ughh.

Ive never gotten fungus on my nails in all the years I went with a certain nail tech then all of a sudden coming here for a new set then 2 weeks later, a fill i have FUNGUS! Also my nails never lifted so fast, after 2 days.. Thats ridiculous. I even brought my sister thinking the price was good & her set fell off the very next morning. Save your nail health & $.

Shellac was peeling and bubbling same day.a few of the nails weren’t even all the on. We went back next day nicely asking them too fix it and they argued with her and repeated 20 times that all she needed was another coat. They refused to give her her money back and they refused to fix how she asked them too. Needless to say she will NEVER set foot back at that place! Worst nail salon in San Antonio hands down

This place is awful. I must warn you that these people do not care about the quality of work or service provided. My wifes eye brows were ruined and my daughters fingers were in pain with the poor poor job done on her nails. The worst part of this is that they dont even care that they made these errors. She will look at you straight to your face and charge you for a job done wrong. Keep your money people. Go the extra mile if you want a job well done cause you wont get that at Nouveaux Nails..

Went to have nail color changed, the old lady there was rude. When I didnt like the colors she had, she ignored me...like if I wasnt there...well F U too lady, Ill take my service some where else.and btw...the one star rating is only bc, we can give anything lower than that.
