Best nail experience Ive had in months. After Covid I really wanted my nails done professionally, Ive been to 3 salons in 3 months and was not pleased with any of them but this one finally amazed me.They have a great selection of pedicure options, they are clean, they take great care with your nails, they have a ton of color options, they are friendly, the foot and leg massage was amazing and the care she took with my nails was above and beyond. Just overall wonderful experience.

This was my first time at this location. Honestly, it was really nice. My hands were looking pretty rough. The technician really took her time to clean up my cuticles and also to make sure she wasnt hurting me. I came with my niece and my daughter and everybody was very polite. We were offered refreshment and they really treated us like the appreciated our business. I will definitely return. Next time I will bring my sister. 😁💅💜

I have been coming here for 3 years now and the service is never less than amazing! All the technicians are great so I never have to choose just one of them. Kim and her husband along with all the other wonderful nail techs are always super nice and really pay attention to detail with their work. I recommend them to all my family and friends!

Me and wife walked in at 7:30 pm and they happily received us. My wife decided to have her nails after they were closed and Kim happily obliged.Amy and BB did an amazing job on us.Ryan made my wife a peacock out of a dollar bill being that is was her birthday. We will definitely be back.

This review is not to the nail solon, more for one of the men that did my nails today. He was filing my nails, and i pulled away because it was burning my nails. He got mad, and I told him I couldn’t speak English very well. He stranded to call me names about being Mexican and discriminating me. He cut my nails when I not once told him to, he made them a totally different shape then what I asked for. The solon seemed very well managed, but i was not pleased by how i was treated.response: NO, i was not wrong this happened to my mom yesterday. Karla Moreno. One of the men who does nails at this solon ruined this experience for my mother. Make sure to look close on your “professional“ nail techs.

My manicurist started working at this location recently and I follow her where ever she goes. Tron is the most professional and makes it so comfortable for me when she does my pedicure. She is amazing and this location is really nice and clean. They provide drinks with the services. Prices are reasonable. I took my niece who is 4 and she was able to get her kids pedi and mani (nails polished) they treated her so sweet and make her feel comfortable. My son also went with me and he got his first pedi, the owner treated him so well. He said, mom I should have listened to you before and gotten pedis they are so relaxing. Thank you Tron and everyone at Glamour Nails Alamo Ranch! I will be going back soon!

It was an ok experience. I get my nails done w/ my daughter(15) and I find that sometimes the nail tech will do an ok job on her nails b/c shes not paying, which is so not fair. This is what happened in this instance. When we told the tech what we wanted done, she was constantly asked why she didnt want any more than a basic manicure and gel soak off. Not cool at all. Then, she was bounced frm one tech to another and the last tech she did get, when she asked to have her nails cut, got them cut but they were uneven and no care was put into them. I understand busy, but I still have to pay for this! Regardless of age, treat each customer w/ the same respect youd want to be treated with.

I NOT RECOMMEND❗️❗️❗️❗️My first and last time I come to do manicure or pedicure here. I always do it myself, but now I am 7 months pregnant and difficult to do the pedicure to myself.. I saw on the internet that has so many stars and I decided to come here, but I did not like it at all .. I paid for mannies and feet $ 50, clean and polish. I did not like it at all, not a good job❗️❌Now I have to remake this inaccurate work and spend my time and find another salon to do the pedicure😡😣...

I love coming to Glamor Nails. Each visit is pleasant and wonderful service. I appreciate how they pay attention to detail and very courteous. Kim is magnificent with cleaning my cuticles, polish, and nail art. Vivian is another great nail technician. Amy and Lee perform outstanding pedicure. It took along time to find a nail shop that provides consistent quality and courtesy service. I highly recommend this nail shop!

I waited for 45 minutes and they completely ignored me and took a lady in who came in after me waited 15 minutes and had no appointment.

Kim the owner is fake, money hungry and cares nothing about customer loyalty. I was referred to glamor nail by my sister who went to glamor nails for about a year. I then became a loyal customer for 2 years like clockwork and referred my mom who went for a while. The owner Kim was on a first name basis with the three of us. Her husband was the best and only he did my nails. After taking about a year break from nails, I recently went back two weeks ago to restart wearing nails again. I have been back 3 times in two weeks for lifting nails and one lost nail. Mind you, I decided to keep the nail set due to my pleasant previous two year experience, however, I went in today for the nail that came off and Kim the owner said she will fix the nail this time and said NOT to come back!! Claims they do not have time to keep fixing names for free and indirectly accused me of sabotaging my own nails to waste their time. I am a business professional and was never a difficult customer and did not argue with her as it was clear she was not worth the energy and does not have principles or values as a business owner. Save yourself the abrupt and demeaning life encounter and stay away!!!

The staff here did an amazing job being able to transform my elephant feet to human looking feet. These tech have simply the most strongest hands to get the deep tissue. Amazing craft, and the best massages I have in awhile. The removed the cuticles without causing me to bleed once! After they were done, I was just amazed with how beautiful my feet were. Pity I dont live here. I highly recommend this salon if you live in the area!

Ive been going here since January and have never a bad visit. The staff is friendly and they do an excellent job each time I come in. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new place to get their nails and beauty needs satisfied. Plus, complimentary margaritas!

This was my third and last time coming here. I’m so disappointed at the customer service. The technician who was working on my nails stand up so many times to help other clients. Also, I was not told there was an extra charge for taking off my dipping powder, which I don’t have a problem paying for it, but I would like to know before I was charged, of course this was not received with well eyes, and it was being discussed between them, totally unprofessional. As a client, you aren’t allow to voice if there is an issue because immediately they get upset and you are treated differently.

The staff was pleasant and environment clean. However, my shellac manicure was not tidied and eyebrow wax left hair between my brows. I pointed out both, she said it was supposed to be that way. Overall ok, but not my favorite.

-NEGATIVE STARS-Hell no! Within 1 week of getting dipped nails one came off. While there for free repairs 2 more lifted. I got nail fungus from this bad set of nails. It was not even been a month. 1st here, never again.Go to Diva nails by Crossroads malls. They fixed all the problems with my nails. And a free appt to come back in 2 weeks to follow up on the infected nail.

Come here if you are okay with your $60 acrylic nails lasting just 6 days, having the nail tech rush her work using the wrong size nails, not enough nail glue, missing the sides of the nails, as well as absolutely terrible and conflicting customer service. I got my nails done with my cousin for my birthday at the end of February. It had been about 5 years since the last time id gotten anything done to my nails so I asked the workers there what nail would last the longest and wouldnt chip. They suggested the acrylic using the powder dipped polish. I trusted them ans went for it. Well when it was done I had the polish all over my cuticles and there was excess polish underneath the nail ans a few of the nails had bare spots on the sides. I mentioned these things and she said thats normal and they should go away by tomorrow or after a shower. She said the nails with a bit missing would look better once the cuticles were cleaned up. Its been about 8 days and those things did not go away. Not only that, but one of the nails broke, and 2 others have already fallen off! I spent $90 on a basic pedicure and these nails. I was so upset so I called the store and told the woman what happened, she said shed heard these things before. I asked if I came in would she fix the messed up nails, she said maybe and to come in so she could take a look at them. I thought cool, they messed up but if theyre willing to fix the 3 thats great, no hard feelings. So i go there, i tell them the situation and that i was asked to come in, and a man standing next to the woman I had spoken to said no. After 4 days we charge you. I said no i dont need them all done, i showed him my nails, told him it was on the 6th day that one broke and the 7th ans 8th days the other 2 fell off. He said again after 4 days we have to charge you. I was baffled, he didnt care one little bit that i have 7 fake nails, 1 nail with half an acrylic on it, and 2 fingers totally bare all because the woman who did my nails 1.)didnt use the right size nail for half my fingers and 2.) She didnt hardly use any glue which i think is why the 2 fell off. I drive my car for work so its not like im a cashier using my fingers to type and im not smacking my hands on cans or picking up heavy items which would put pressure on my nail bed. I drive a car. I drive people home. Thats not enough to have my nail break off or have 2 others fall off. They did a bad job, and refused to at least fix the 3 that were damaged or remove them all for me. No apology. No offer to take a little off the charge to fix it. Nothing. I will never ever go here again. Ill go to the nail salon half a mile away. They have the same prices but they gotta be better than this place, certainly cant be worse!

The man that did my nails was nice, but the owner is ugly to her staff. She was talking ugly about me to the man (I know because my friend speaks the same language). Dont assume people do not know what youre saying lady. Also, she continued making racial and fat remarks about other patrons. Never going to give them my money again.

Had to come in here to get my waxing done. To my surprise the lady didnt miss a single hair on my arms. They were very smooth!

The services here is by far the best in the area. The tech working on my nails did a beautiful job on my nails.

To my surprise another nail salon that thinks they can treat there customers like children. My wife went in to get her nails done at this place and the nail technician basically butchered her nails. The next day she returns and the owner wants to throw a fit and tell my wife to come back in 2 weeks time to get her nails fixed. The audacity of the owner angers me so that I refuse to let her spend our money there in the future. The simple fact that they messed up and tried to charge us just to fix it angers me even more. Just like the rest of these salons that eventually fall short after having spent a few hundred dollars on their services is despicable. Keep treating your customers like children and you will surely lose said customers.

Men are the worst at doing nails. I am extremely upset with the service I got. My fingernails are in pain and of course this happens at the end of the night. Will not be going back.

I went here on a whim just to try it out. I wish I never had. I asked for a mani pedi with shellac. First of all I will say the staff was very friendly but thats about the only good thing in this place. The most BASIC mani pedi with shellac cost me $83 dollars!! That is outrageous. It looked OK when it was done some of the polish on my fingers didnt even cover my whole nail. Now that it has been a week ALL of my nails are almost completely chipped off and even some of my toes. The employee told me that they should last at LEAST 2 weeks on my nails and pretty much forever on my toes. Well she was completely wrong and this was the biggest waste of $83 dollars in my life. DO NOT GO HERE if you want a manicure that lasts.

So after bouncing around from nails salons for about a year due to poor service I found glamour in Alamo ranch and been going for about 6 months. The girls are great, their work is great. And then I go in today and a guy starts doing my nails and I ask him if he was new because Ive never seen him. And he says new no Im the owner. Im like okay cool. Well hes cutting down the fake nail and one of my fingers was aloe shorter than the rest so I speak up & tell him so he just gets his finger nail and tries to rip off the fake glued on nail I freaked it hurt so bad. I tell him what are you doing and he says trying to fix it and I said not like that. Thats not how youre suppose to remove a nail but ripping it off with your nails. And after that he had a attitude was very rough, everytime he used the drill it was pure pain. My nails came out so short from all the excessive l filing and drilling it doesnt even appear that I have acrylic nails on!! Yes that short and stubby. Left miserable and had to pay $35 with no sorry nothing not even kind words to at least try to make the rest of the appointment a lil better. I could cry but its my first date night with my hubbs in over 10 months. Thxs glamour for jacking up my nails I will never return. On the hunt for a new place.
