Believe when they say the lady on the phone is very RUDE RUDE RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The place wasn’t at all what I expected. Doesn’t quite look like a salon. The service isn’t really worth the price. Not recommended.

I cannot say that the bad reviews were true!It was NOT difficult to make an appointment.She was very nice and does not answer calls while having a customer out of courtesy but calls back as soon as she gets done.She did do a great job with my manicure and pedicure.She was NOT rushed.Only comment: her manicure equipment could use some dusting and cleaning but pedicure equipment was very clean.

The weakest and quickest pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Groupon has in the fine print “ 20% gratuity strongly ENCOURAGED”. She still has the nerves to charge 20% gratuity for an overpriced pedicure. No wonder why we were done 30mins early.

When me and my bestie went to the nail salon the lady who was helping my friend was rude to me and was saying I don’t have any patience! She messed up the nails they where different length and where not the length I wanted them to be one nail was turned to the side instead of straight. This is a poor business and would not recommend to anybody.!

We treated our daughter for her Birthday. This is our first time coming here. We purchased a Gel manicure and Spa pedicure on Groupon. She absolutely loved it! The lady Dawn was very kind and my daughter said most of all she liked how Dawn massaged her hands. Thank you Dawn for making our daughters special day even more special. Highly Recomend.

Its been a few months since I went and got my nails done. Just havent had time to get them done again. However when I did go, she was so amazing! I was very comfortable the whole time. She didnt use a drill (I ALWAYS end up getting cut). She sculpted them without gluing a tip on (hate getting tips because of the shape of my nails. The middle never sticks and I end up with anything and everything under the nail). I felt like I was visiting a friend Ive known for years. Definitely plan on going back.Thank you so much!! ❤️

New customer, probably for about 2 months now! One on one customer service! Very professional! Love her work, and she knows exactly what her customers want! And I love the fact that she uses no drills! She does an awesome job doing an acrylic overlay on my real nails which several other salons I have been to never understood that is what I wanted! Never thick or fake looking! Now I will never go back to having the fake plastic nails put on top of my own nails when I have Dawn making my natural nails looking beautiful!

She was fantastic, and i plan on telling all my friends. if youre expecting the usual strip mall experience, you wont get it. its more like going to a doctor for your nails. while i was there, there was nobody else. Just me, her and my nails. with all of that, it wasnt more expensive at all, even though it took her more than 2 hours to do both my fills and my spa pedicure.

I received friendly service which didnt feel rushed. Dawn is both knowledgeable and personable. I have found my new nail salon!

Ive been a customer of Nails Ink for many years and its the most pleasant salon that exists in a world of salons that have so much going on trying to make a dollar. I guess everyone has a different definition of relaxation, you cant please them all wouldnt change this experience to save a buck I recommend to anyone that would like to get an amazing and true nail experience.❤️

When I spoke with the lady at the salon she was extremely rude. I told her I had called several places and was inquiring about the Groupon. She didn’t bother to tell me anything about the Groupon instead I had to look it up on the Groupon app and ask her about the services. If you don’t like to talk about your Groupons or be asked about your Groupons, then you should get off of Groupon ASAP!!’ Need to work on your customer service skills or get out of this line of business!!

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done from this point on. I recently got solar nails and Dawn (the owner of the business) did a great job. Dawn is a sweet, american woman who has been licensed to do nails and has been in the business for over 20 years. Shes traditional and she handles her clients with care. I think what I truly love about her technique is that she never used a drill. She will file and buff your nails but she doesnt damage them (like so many other salons).I do have to say that the location is NOT a high and fancy spa. This place is run out of an office building and Dawn serves ladies one at a time by appointments. If youre looking for a huge massage chair, you wont find it here. But what you WILL find is a woman who KNOWS what shes doing and does great nails!

Dawn is a wonderful person! She not only is a great nail artist (even working on my gnarly runner nails), but a fun and kind person inside and out! I highly recommend her!

I can see why Dawn would have many return customers. I love how my nails turned out. It was reassuring to know that if I do need a repair that her work is guaranteed, not that I think I will need it. She will definately be seeing me again :-)

I purchased a Groupon for this salon, excited to try a new place and spend girl time with my mother. I went to go make an appt but was told we could not have two people serviced together. They only have one technician who services groupons. Although I understand this, I purchased this so my mother and I could find a new regular salon. But instead of working with me they suggested that “we literally go anywhere else” and was very rude during our communications. And what makes things worse is they “highly recommend” you to tip certain amounts saying that the work is worth the tip but honestly that’s for the customer to decide. If they don’t want to give the discount or if they feel that it is not worth their time then they shouldn’t offer the discount in the first place. I would have loved to have tried this place but I do not like rude customer service.

This place is a joke can’t even get an appointment and when I did try to call they gave me the run around and hung up on me; if they can’t do your nails why have a salon; waste of my money!! I have never fealt so disrespected just for wanted my toes and nails done.

Bad customer service, when we mention that we have group on voucher they said they can only 1 pm appointment as a working person how can we go that time top if of it she spoke very rude. Highly not recommend

My nails lasted 1 day needed it for just 2 days! She was rushing me told me to quit talking! I think she is burnt out with this business! Are just does not enjoy it anymore😞 got it done thursday just needed it for weekend, didnt even last, i was so embarrassed.😒

Rude!! I was thinking of getting their Groupon and so I called first to see when their next available appointment was sand whoever answered the phone seriously just beyond rude one I mentioned Groupon!! Glad I didn’t buy it yet!!! It would have been a waste of money! Because I wouldn’t want to go after being talked to like that!!

I rate this place zero stars. I walked in thinking it was going to be a regular salon and it was an old chair and her own massage foot area for pedicures. When I come to get a manicure and pedicure its not my job to be talking with the lady the whole time I wanted to relax and make some phone calls I couldnt do that. as well as her telling me that she didnt like the color I choose I was debating between white or a coral she bashed the coral.NOT TO MENTION MY GEL CHIPPED 5 days in, its supposed to last 2 weeks tops. Horrible service and I hated my nails. My toes she didnt even polish the tips so the tips were still bare nail. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! Save ur money for a legit place where the customer service is spectacular and where the gel or whatever polish last!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. I couldnt even get past making an appointment, I can just imagine what the actual service is like. The person who answered the telephone was instantly RUDE RUDE RUDE. She was extremely patronizing, kept talking over me and made it difficult for me to even schedule an appointment. When I mentioned that I can only do a Saturday due to my hectic work schedule, she retorted that she had NO Saturday appointments; I was even willing to schedule a month out and she STILL refused to give me a Saturday appointment. She simply kept giving me push back and putting up walls. I have never had to deal with a business (especially a nail salon) who was so UNWILLING to get new business. This place does not even deserve one star. I rate this place a no star just on telephone service alone.

Their customer service sucks! I called to set an appointment and the phone lady was very rude! To sad you missed one client.

Bought a groupon gift for a close friend of mine...and when she called to make the appointment, was told that she had to pay a $12.00 gratuity...gratuities are tips that you offer because you are pleased withthe services...they should not be required...unless that is how they make up the difference from offering a good deal on goupon??? so they are a ripoff!!!!

I love Dawn, she has excellent customer service and she doesnt use a drill. What else could you ask for.......Im never leaving!!!!!
