I wanted to like this place because it’s conveniently located but I was so disappointed on my first time. The guy stabbed me with the drill Under my nail and broke skin. It hurt so bad and I told him. Then when he put my accent color, I immediately told him that I didn’t like it and it didn’t look like the samples up front. He expressed the powder and shellac can vary even though they are the same number. It was still wet and he could have wiped it off but refused to. Then to top it off I paid about $50 for this refill/color change. I’ve never paid this much before elsewhere. Will not return.

My daughter called to tell me that she just went in this place to get a refill and a pedicure. The original cost was only supposed to be $50. After all said and done, they ended up charging her $107. On top of all that, they did a very poor job. By no means am I a nail expert. But when she called me to tell me what happened to her, I was compelled to write this review. She sent me pictures of her finished nails. I myself even thought they looked poorly done— I’ve seen enough of my daughter’s finished nails to warrant that comment. This place just ripped her off!!!!

I’ve been going here since I moved to San Antonio and used to love coming here because of the great service and reasonable prices. I was just charged $87 for nails that weren’t even long, or had a lot of designs. My lines on my nails are even crooked. My cousin came before and got super long and dramatic designs so how did mine cost MORE than hers? She didn’t even take that long to do them either so why was it so expensive? They didn’t even take their time with mine and my sisters pedicures as well and weren’t very thorough.

Very disappointed in new management, in addition to price change and service. This was my favorite place to go. I have been twice and both times something seem to be wrong. This last visit I spent $125 on my daughter and my self and the message for both was super quick and no real care was taken. The person who was working with my daughter didn’t even know how to put the Parifen wax on her, he just set her foot on top. I guess I was so happy with the management and staff before that this new group does not seem to care about service just getting people in and out.I wanted to clarify I have been twice since new management. I have been going to this place for years and loved it.

Ive been going to this place for 2+ years and loved it. Even brought friends who are now regulars. However, since they are under new management they want to charge for everything. $5 for gel take off on toes and $5 for overlay take off on nails. My friend wasnt too happy about how they jacked up the price for an overlay (which they are now considering a full set). Wish the original owners would come back. Will be looking for a new spot.

Seven Heaven is literally the BEST place I have ever been to! Everyone is super nice & they take pride in their work. Everything is clean & sterilized for each client so rest assured that youre not getting exposed to bacteria from the person before you. I cant say enough good things about Seven Heaven! The receptionist Rochelle is a HOOT! Youll definitely love her! The complimentary drinks are amazing as well! Don is the BEST at my nails but it doesnt matter who you get because they are all GREAT! After 25 years of searching for a nail salon, I finally found a place to call my nail home! I am probably by far one of the most pickiest women youll ever meet when it comes to nails & I have to say that I have never been disappointed & Im never let down with Seven Heaven! The nail art is ALWAYS on point as well, I just tell Don to do whatever he wants & Im always happy with the outcome! Thank you Seven Heaven for keeping my nails on point and helping me maintain my Diva style! I love you all! 💋

I set up an appointment, arrived a little early and was seated right away.. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The woman who did my nails was Eva made sure I was happy with the shape and size and color. I chose 3 colors she made sure I found all the colors I wanted, even mid way thru my set I decided to change one of the colors and she happily obliged. In the end she did them exactly as they were in a picture I showed her. Happy with the set, will definitely be returning ☺ 💅

Had a great experience. The 3 of us had both manis/pedis. Prices quite reasonable. We had no wait time and the 3 of us were out within 1 1/2 hrs. Thats a 1st for me. Techs were friendly. Good job.

I have a very mixed review. We had a Mani and Pedi with shellac. The gal did a really good job on my nails. However, the gal that worked on my 8 year old daughter did not do a good job at all. We are gonna go back to our old place.

Never open on time and poor customer service. I was a regular as I always had good work done on my nails but they got too relaxed with the mask mandate and did not enforce their own policy of wearing the masks for patron. There own employees didn’t even wear them correctly over their nose which makes me uncomfortable as I am pregnant. I have since found a new salon I love.

Never going here again! They over charged me for shilac which they did not use on me after going home my nails chipped right away. They were all so uneven and I got a toe infection which I had to go to my dr for antibiotics. Worst experience ever. The person who did my nails did they unevenly and said it was because my finger was crooked and laughed about it. I wish I wouldve said something then but I wasnt thinking shady. Never going here dont recommend it. Take if from me or see for yourself.

This nail a salon is a hidden gem. The massage chairs are amazing. They are taking necessary precautions almost this global pandemic. I feel very comfortable here. So far I’ve gotten an amazing pedicure. My leg and foot massage has been very relaxing. This establishment goes above and beyond. I feel valued here and will return again .

I came in for a full set and a pedi, my first time here. I loved my nails, they came out better than I expected, I think her name was Tracy that did my nails 10/10 recommend. I showed her a picture and she did it perfectly! My pedi was okay. I got the lavender deluxe which I thought would’ve come with taking the dead skin off, but it was just a brush over with the scrub bar thing, and my polish ended up coming off when I got home, but I came in the next day and they fixed it no problem! Def my new spot.

Rushed (service was maybe 20 mins total), didn’t start until 30 mins after appointment time, broken pedicure chair, didn’t fill my water to even cover my toes, lumpy nail polish (debris in black polish on my toes), wasn’t offered a drink, left with dry legs/feet- not moisturized at all! Overall, way too pricey for the services received. Won’t be back.

I can not be more angry. Im visiting San Antonio and had a family meeting yesterday Saturday. I went to this place with my aunt because of the good reviews. I am very angry, 3 fingers have been cut, they left my nails under raised unpolished. It cost me$191 dollars for my aunt and me. I wasted my money and now Im in a lot of pain.

I’ve been coming to this place for over 2 years ( they even have numerous pics of my past nails on their page). Today I came to get my nails done for my birthday. First I’d like to start by saying that I had an appointment at 6. I showed up at 5:30 and my nails weren’t started until 6:30. I got my nails done by Vincent (I believe) for the first time. I was so displeased with the service to the point where I decided that I will not return. They didn’t have the original color that picked from their color wheel, so I picked another. They didn’t have that one either. After three other picks they finally had the color. My nails were cut shorter than I asked for. He asked what shape to which I requested coffin. They are extremely thing to the point where they look like claws instead. Some are wider than other and some are thicker and longer. My nails don’t match. I asked him to thin and file some to try and make them match. I don’t know what he did but my nails now point upward to the sky. I lay my hand flat and my nails literally point up. They are uneven and look horrific. I talked to the manager (Don) and expressed my frustrations about my nails to which he replied “the nails techs are so used to doing things a certain way and that’s the style now so that’s why he did your nails like that”. I replied “I understand that but that’s not what I asked for and I let him know that when he started”. He then replied “well this is how we do nails where I come from”. I was appalled at his response so I said ok thank you and I will not be returning. He said “ok pay for your nails today and I will fix them tomorrow”. I just said no thanks and paid and left. Needless to say I will not be returning and do not recommend this place any longer.

Went here for something simple and natural. I guess because the price was only $35 I was trying to spend, they felt like they had to up sale everything. Most of my visit was about them trying to get me to spend more. We go places like this to relax, get pretty and not be hustled. Just give me what I ask for. Simple. Don’t harass me and tell me what’s better unless I ask. This would turn me away from any establishment. Did I relax? No. Place was very clean tho.

I have been coming here for the last 2 years and have told so many about the fantastic service, but my visit last week was by far the worst. I was getting my nails done for my daughters sweet 16 the next day and I showed a picture of what I wanted. They told me they could do it. I told them I wanted to just use my own nails and add tips to the TWO nails that broke and to just use the square round shape I had. They ended up clipping all my nails aggressively and then proceeded with a coffin shape. About 3/4ths way through they tell me they do not have what is needed to make what I wanted happen. Idk why they wouldnt have told me from the beginning. They tried showing me other stuff that wasnt close to the picture, so I settled for some glitter nailposh. Well the lady did one quick coat and did the top coat and said ok done. I go to pay and they charged me extra for the shape I didnt freakin ask for!! I understand there is a guarantee for a week but my daughters party was the next day and I would have preferred honesty than being lied to and then charged extra for something I never consented to. I even offered to choose a simpler design in the beginning and the lady straight up gave an annoyed look and said she could do the original design. Overall a horrible experience...this place let me down.

Nail techs and other staff are rude. The nail tech didn’t even use the callous remover on my feet which is the only reason why I get a pedicure. He was more worried about getting my nail color on so he can go to the next client. As for my nails he was also rushing and I was surprised to see that they charge 30$ if you want long nails. I’ve never been charged for length at any nail salon I’ve been too. I think this place is very over rated and over priced. And the work is very mediocre at best. I’ve been to smaller nail salons where they take extra care and detail into pedicures

I have long nails, real, and I’m super picky when it comes to their care but Vincent did an awesome job, he is my new nail person.Had a a amazing pedi by Linda the first time I had to come back for another. She did a great job with my ingrown toe nails and I can’t say enough about the massage. Thank you for great service, cleanliness and nice atmosphere.

I thought that the overall service was okay but the tech cut me on more than one finger. My thumb was the worst. They gave me a 10 dollar gift card that wont get me anything. Anthony did say that my next visit was on them so I guess I will see if he holds true to that.I ended up going back in and they fixed me up good. Ask for kim.

These nails are not what I wanted but it’s fine I guess. I was more upset with the service and cost for acrylic nails. He even cut me twice while filing my nails down. The guy was very pushy and wanted me to get ombré long nails. It was multiple of the people that had worked there that had wanted me to get ombré. Every time I told him no he said, “get long nails they are better. He then said, “I’ll leave them long and file them down”. He was still not listening to me...the cost was no better. Felt like everything he used I was getting charged. Spent $55.00 for acrylic full set new nails. Would not recommend coming here. Very disappointed.

Every time I get my nails done it’s always a great experience. They are very welcoming and make sure I am getting excellent service. I was recommended to come through a friend, and I’m glad I tried out this salon!

Jerry seriously takes his time perfecting my nails each and every time. Ive been going here every 3 weeks or so since theyve opened to get dip on my nails, I love how sweet they are to my 3 year old who gets her nails painted. Just a great location and great service thank you.

I have been getting my nails done for 21 years and have never been treated so rude. I told him there was too much unpolished on the sides he replied rudely that he knew what he was doing. I asked several times for coffin shape and he was rude and I walked out without coffin shaped nails. It was an argument for everything. I paid $77 and was so unhappy! Will never go there again!

I paid a lot of money for my manicure here, they even charged me an extra fee for my nails being long which was unusual because nobody else charges a fee. it has been TWO WEEKS and my nails are already falling off! i am so upset i will never take my business here again and wouldnt reccomend any of my friends or family to do so either.

It was clean and the staff were very nice. They cared about your opinion. The only thing is the nail file that was used on my fingers cut into my skin on two different occasions and caused me to bleed. I dont blame the technician for this, I blame the file, but when I pointed it out he didnt change files... When asked after paying how my experience was I mentioned that and they said they would look into. They didnt rush my frienda and I even though it was super busy, they took their time on massages, I do wish they focused more on a foot massage instead of leg, Im on my feel all day and love a good foot massage. I will definitely be going back! But if I see that nail file again I will insist on a different one!

I would like to say . Dont ever go here . they did a horrible job on my nails and when i had a picture that i wanted them to copy from they didnt even try . Instead of telling me they couldnt do it they came up with another design with no effort and charged me a 82 $ fee .for the nails .. I couldnt even get a refund back from my bank .

They are organized and do well just the tech rushed and I did not like that not to mention my 3 acrylics that were redone only thing I came in for were done waaay too thick .

I went here because it’s close to my house. The place is nice, but the guy who did my acrylic nails a couple weeks ago was not nice. He kept motioning that my fingers were getting in the way, and kept telling me to relax. He was rough, and also cut me with the nail file. I didn’t get his name, but he is bald with glasses. Tammy did the designs on my nails, and I liked her. She was sweet and did an awesome job. I went back today for fills, and got a different guy (John), who did a great job on my nails. It was a better experience this time.

Asked if the could get me in for a dip mani and a pedi in under an hour they did and I got exactly what I asked for. I had water but they had other drinks available. Lee did exactly what I asked for. Very clean and friendly.

This was my first time into this nail salon/spa and it was spectacular! The moment I walked in, everything was very nicely kept and clean. The front desk and overall look of the salon was stunning. The woman working the desk was super sweet and very informative on all services. I came in for a pedicure and the nail tech was very nice and did a wonderful job! This will be my go to spot and I highly recommend for anyone in the area!

I have been coming to this nail salon for a few months now and I absolutely love it! The ambiance is relaxing and the decor is gorgeous. We schedule our appointments online and walk in to knowledgeable and very friendly staff. I love how they laugh with you, which is icing on the cake. Also they have nice refreshing (and complementary) alcoholic beverages to help you relax after a long work week. I definitely recommend give this nail salon a try!

I went to get my service from because I saw that they do holographic nails. Previous nail tech from another salon completely messed up my new set so I was pretty upset, but Don really did a great job. He knows how to shape the nails and make them look amazing. My boyfriend also got a pedicure by Ava and she really put time and effort to giving massages. The price for the both of us came out very reasonable, and wasn’t overly priced at all! I recommend this place 100%

Received a spa type pedicure from recently Tony it was fabulous!!!! Really loved the hot stone massage on feet and legs! He applied excellent pressure to key points on my feet. Also, Dayanna at the front who hustles everywhere to help everyone was helpful sweet and accommodating to all guests, these two had the best customer service! Thank you! We will all be back!

Omg the worst another nail just fell off like nothing 8 days later ! I got my nails done on the 30th of October, 6 days later my thumb nail falls off next day I got “ it fixed” they couldn’t find my color they put a whole different color on my nail that didn’t match & different shape very noticeable. Now today 8 days later another nail falls off !! I paid 120 for my set and that includes a 20$ tip ! What a rip off ! My nails are falling off like nothing no pain just poor quality!

Always such a great experience here. Clean and inviting shop. Management is very involved and makes sure clientele is satisfied. The mango margaritas are a plus! I look forward to my pedicures. Some techs are more attentive then others. Tham is the best!

Staff was friendly and helpful, always asking if I needed or wanted anything and making sure I was comfortable. They offered alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Also was given a discount for it being my first visit there. It was nice and clean inside.

Loved the pedicure I got.

I went in at 2:24 wanting to get a french shellac manicure. They started putting tips on and told me they could do a pedicure at the same time. I told them I only had until 3:45 (I had to pick up my daughter) and they said no problem. I ended up leaving with only tips on (not even filed down) despite me reminding them multiple times that I was going to have to leave. They offered me a chance to go back but this was my last free day for a very long time :(

I typically keep my nails short but when I go on vacation I sometimes like them to be longer. Don always does the best coffin nails. Especially for someone who likes her nails short. Been coming to him for years for this style. He’s the best!
