My experience was amazing. The staffs were really friendly and attentive. I had volcano pedicure, and it was the best pedicure I have ever had. Hand downs it’s the best shop in Alamo heights. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this place to everyone!!! Amy is the best!

I had been researching nail salons close to me and found this one, I stopped by kinda late on a Friday night (7:30 pm ) I think they close at 8:30 pm. I walked in and they had a lot of people in there, and a lady got up and asked me what I wanted, I told her pedicure and I was whisked away. I have shellac so she started removing my old then switched with a younger girl named Sunny. Sunny was wonderful, very polite, gentle, she explained everything to me and made great conversation with me. I was offered a beverage, given the remote, everything was great. When I was finished and walked to the counter, I had cash, I wanted to tip 20% but there was a mix up with change and I didnt realize till I had already left. Sunny, if your reading this, I will be back and make it up to you.

This place is ABSOLUTELY Amazing!!! Customer Service is fantastic as well. Very friendly...Yet Professional. The Best Pedi Ive has in years. Even got served a glass of Wine. I definitely Recommend this place to others 🥰🤩🥰🤩

I got a gel pedicure here more than two months ago and the polish hasnt budged one little bit. I am so impressed. Ive gotten gel pedicures at other salons that held up okay, but some of the nails always chipped off after a few weeks. This is still pristine. The technicians were all very friendly and helpful when I was there as well, and the massage and wax treatment were very luxurious. Ill be coming back!

I was helped right away and was greeted with such positive attitudes. I did not feel rushed. I was offered water and a towel for extra coverage. I was comfortable and impressed with the decor. Jaden was so nice and sweet. Definitely, will be coming back for a treat to myself. See you there.

This is such a cute and cozy nail salon. Me and my girl love it here. I love the delux pedicure with some cool mixed drinks. The prices are reasonable, and the services are even better. They made me and my girl feel like we are all family. Highly recommend it.

Brought my wife to get her nails done. Mann I think they are pretty good. Better than other nail salons for sure. Her nails look good and they treat you right.

The new owners of this establishment are very kind and brilliant at what they do. The customer service is spot on and cheap for high quality nails. Mine stayed on for a month and a half, will be coming back soon. 10/10

I normally dont get on here to review, but this place seriously deserve one. Its under new management, and everything is good here. I was very pleased with the way my nails anf toes turned out. The best part was when i got foot massaged. It was so relaxing. highly recommend to everyone... Ps: the prices are cheaper than other places with great services.

Horrible rush painful pedicure and shellac polish hand change... The shellac shipped right away and the tips of the nails turned black. Way overpriced for a very uncomfortable not at all friendly know that they were talking about me complete rush job low end but charged me out the wazoo never again

I really love this nail salon. They are always super polite and kind to me. Very fair pricing and I will go back soon and try their European facial services. They have been open a very long time and have a loyal customer base. I dont get pedicures often but I will probably always go here when I want one! They treat everyone respectfully! Love them!

The shop is great looking. Which featured two snoring seniors in foot massage chairs. Whom I later learned were the owners of this nail salon. The young lady who did my nails was totally a cool person to chat with. She even gave me two mini sized bottles of water to help me hydrate. The nail job left lots to be desired. She was going to send me out with scratched up, scuffed up, dull looking nails. Which was the result of her work. I had to ask her to do more trimming and then to buff my mails out properly. Am not going back!

The little man in the front is so RUDE! He was rude on my first time I was there and today on the phone. I tried having a civil conversation with him more than once and he made me sound like a maniac when he changed the prices on me! He insisted I was confusing the place... he’s so lucky I don’t go up there with my bank transaction to show him the price so I can embarrass him. But I’m not going to waste my time with this little man. I’ve been there before and I am so upset because I really liked this place, it’s down the street from me and I really liked Amy.. what a shame he is this way with his customers and pushing them away. Ruining business. I wish I could give this place 0 stars ONLY BECAUSE OF THAT LITTLE MAN IN THE DESK.

I went in for a nail repair, nails put on at another salon were way too long. David did an excellent job of making them shorter. My nails look beautiful! Very fast service.

Let me start off by saying that I love this place and I always get me manicure here but every since I had my baby it’s hard to get out. So today I final had time to get me nails done and I got someone that was inexperienced, and I’m sad to say that i am very disappointed with the job that was done on my shellac nails. The did not dry and they are lumpy, and color is uneven.

I just had to walk out of this place, they told my boyfriend and I 5-10 min wait, and made us wait for an hour with our feet in the water. They still charged me $30 for filing my toes only. It wasnt clean and they were unprofessional. Do not go here

NEVER AGAIN!!!! EVER!!!! I went in at 2 today and didn’t leave until 5. I got my toe nails painted ( not a pedi) which that went very well. Done by a man there. My mani, who was done by an older lady, took 2 hours. TWO HOURS!!!!! On top of that. On a scale from 1-10 on the work that was done on my mani was a 1. If that. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! She asked how her work looked and I told her that on of my nails was very noticeably shorter than the others and she said “ oh yes, sorry. Can you pay now before I put on the polish” She has no idea what she was doing. AT ALL.

Usually I have liked this place, but now I will no longer recommend them. Ever since I went there the last time I have been fighting a skin infection! I went there at the beginning of June and got a pedicure and gel nais. A day or two later I tore the nail on my left big toe and wen in for a repair. They put a fill on the torn nail and repolished it. My toe started itching and ever since then I have been fighting something like athletes foot with blisters! I wont be going back!

I had acrylics put on and they are awful. They arnt even, have huge lumps on the top, there are even hairs stuck in the clear coat. I had her look at them again and she said that’s how they are and she can’t change them. Literally the worst set I have ever received and it cost $45. I will never go back there again.
