Julie saved my birthday nails😭 I went to another place 1st and they totally ruined them, and she was kind enough to let me come in and she redid them...and they are 1000% better. Exactly how I wanted them. She was so sweet and I appreciate the attention to detail so much. ❤

I love this place. I just moved here and was so worried I wouldn’t find somewhere to do my nails the way I liked. They were so friendly, did everything how I asked, and the price was definitely fair. I will definitely be back!

My first time getting services done here and I had a great first visit. Henry did my pedicure and he was kind, funny and did a great job. I’m so glad to have found this nail salon so close to me.

Went in for dip manicure and they used shellac base and top coat (not what is supposed to be used for dip powered) which left an uneven and weird texture. By far worst manicure Ive ever had. Picture taken 2 minutes after leaving.

I would not go anywhere else. Ive have brought my daughter here since she was a freshman in highschool and they have always done a great job. My sister and I had our feet done today, Henry and Kevin were such amazing, straight down to earth with such a great since a humor. Finally, after years of living in San Antonio, I have found my nail home! Katie is absolutely amazing but when she is not available, all of the other techs are fabulous as well. I would definitely recommend calling for an appointment, they are super accommodating and have you on your way in no time.

Very rude. Came with my mother in law (who had an appointment)and I did not. The woman who finally spoke to me, 10 mins after waiting, said Id have to come back another time, and didnt offer to make me an appointment. Needless to say, we BOTH took our business elsewhere.

Every time I go here they are very nice and always accommodating! Julie and Kevin and LouAnn are always there and when I bring a picture from Pinterest they try their best to do the design for me and it is always perfect!!

Katie was phenomenal!!!! She took her time on each individual nail. My nails look like a movie star. 🤩🤩 I absolutely loved the entire staff, something thats never happened before. Very caring and loving individuals. Super family friendly! I took my 19 month old with me and we made it work!

I should have came here in the first place. i had went to the nail salon in walmart a couple weeks ago and i wasnt completely happy with the way the lady did my nails. they werent even and a couple were lob-sided. so i just sucked it up until i needed to get them filled or taken off.which brings me to today :) i went in on the recommendation from from a co-worker and it was a good decision. i had Ms Luann and she is amazing and super sweet. she did such an amazing job i cant stop looking at my nails. i didnt even need to get a new set she is awesome. so needless to say that i will be going back when i need a new set and a pedicure :)very clean environment and beyond friendly.

Today was my first time and I am pleased with the results of my shellac. Everything was quick too. Mary did a great job. I will be returning.

I am new to the area so I have been looking for a nail salon around here that isnt insanely pricey. Ive been to 3 different salons and you wont find better than this one! Everyone is so friendly and they take their time! The prices are very reasonable. I was helped by Christian and he got my nails PERFECT. This will definitely be my regular nail salon!

I came here with my friend for the first time & everyone was so sweet! I really enjoyed Julie & Nancy for taking their time with us & being patient to help us find what we wanted. I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I will continue to come here as long as they are both here because their customer service was above & beyond!

Love this place, Ive been coming here since 2001. Been through several different owners, this crew is very nice and friendly. They cater to your every need. Since I am a regular, they always greet me by my name and make me feel welcomed. Recommend to anyone.

Absolutely love this place. My acrylic nails and pedicures last me almost a month. I love the service they provide! Ive gone to other places, but this salon is by far my favorite one. Nothing compares to this place. I usually go every 2 or 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend this place if youre looking for great service. 💖💅

Kevin is amazing .. personable and very good at his job.. the only thing that concerns me is I didn’t see anything that had been enclaved.. other than that I made an appointment asked for the best and was taken care within 10 minutes of arriving.. will be there again

Just went here for the first time this past week. They got me in the same day I called and were very polite and professional. I was worked on by Henry and Julie and my nails came out beautifully and were reasonably priced, I love them so much! Ill definitely be going back while Im in town and Id recommend them to anyone.

Well, there is nothing much to tell about this one because they are already so perfect. The salon was super clean. The owner and staffs cleaned up everything after each customer. They kept everything organized and sanitized. Their service was fantastic at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this place, satisfaction is guaranteed.

This place was amazing! From the moment I walked in the staff was absolutely wonderful, they were able to get me in and do a full set change right away. I love the work that was done and have gotten tons of compliments on my nails. I will be recommending this place and will definitely be back in the future.

I got my nails done here twice. The first time, although a long wait, the staff did an amazing job on my nails. Sadly, this last week when I got my nails done again, the guy had no idea what he was doing. I got dip power, and when the man used the power tool he caused me to bleed because the tool was cutting up my cuticles. Also not even a week later the powder has cracked and looks tacky. The staff is super nice, but I wont be returning

Every time I come in the staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. The store is always clean and the staff is extremely attentive to how you want your nails done. I have never been unhappy with their work and my nails always look great! I recommend my friends, family and co-workers to visit Julie, Henry, Kevin and the rest of the wonderful staff all the time!

My sister have been going here to get her waxing done every month or so and she recommended that I come here to get mine done too. Boy, she was right, not only that the staff here are friendly and the salon is very neat and clean. But, moving on to the waxing the lady was gentle with me and it was painless throughout the process. She didnt miss a single hair on my arms and legs. I was very impress with how silky smooth my arms and legs were. Will be my number one waxing spot from now on!

I’ve lived in San Antonio for almost 10 years now and sadly had not found *my* nail salon. Other salons were inconsistent and overpriced with okay service. THIS salon on the other hand exceeded my expectations. The service was amazing, but more importantly, you are paying for QUALITY. I got my nails done red coffin shape on halloween- here I am the day after thanksgiving, 23 days later and not a single nail has broken. Mind you I work at H-E-B and use my hands frequently, even smashed my hand in a gate and not one nail budged. Thanks again for my amazing set- this one has gotten me so many compliments! Edit: came back just to say that my nails lasted me Oct31st- Nov28th. The longest I ever had one set and I’m ALWAYS using my hands at work!

I went in a few days before July 4th for a manicure. Maybe they were busier than normal but I still will not give them another chance. Service: polish was applied so fast and coats so close together that I sat with fan for an HOUR and the polish was still not dry when I left (this is with the fast dry spray). Attitude/atmosphere: many unhappy ladies were complaining while I waited for my turn. I thought it was because they were rude. Turns out, their attitude was probably a response to the workers in the salon. When I expressed my concern that my polish was not dry after so long, a male worker told my I was lying about amount of time I was there ( I knew EXACTLY b/c I asked my lady how long I needed to stay. . .she said 10 min so I was keeping track). Then he told me that next time I need to get shellac. Then he very roughly grabbed my hands from fans to spray the dry fast spray about 1/4 inch from my fingers. When I said that it didnt feel good (it actually hurt), he said it was the price to pay for getting them to dry faster. I cant believe all the positive reviews b/c my experience was awful.

My daughter and I have been customers for years. They are great people and do great work but some employees can be rude. So unkind and stare you down that they make you so uncomfortable. Tried going back but its supposed to be a relaxing experience and that is not at all what Im getting. I refuse to go back...

Been to this place twice, first time was awesome and has great prices. Second time, I was happy with my pedicure, but then we got to my powder nails. The lady showed me their samples of powder option(which is very lacking) and I chose a marble option. When it came down to doing my nails, she starts doing shellac(which I hate) and I say you said this was powder? Its shellac she says yes the base is shellac. Then another technician came to do the freehand shellac design. I expressed my confusion and also my dislike of the way it was coming out. He basically argued with me to the point where I felt uncomfortable expressing my disappointment. At the end I was still unhappy with my nails, and after paying, came back in with my boyfriend to ask if theres anything they could do. I hoped hed say I could come back and hed fix it, he immediately just offered a refund. I left, got in my car, and he comes running to my car and says he didnt mean to refund my pedicure and Id have to pay again. He says theyve NEVER had a complaint in three years (obviously not true) and he didnt appreciate me saying his work is awful( I never said). He says next time I should speak up about not liking it (I did). Will not be back.

Just went to Anns nails for the first time. Made an appointment for 2pm and did not get acknowledged until 2:30pm. people walked in at 2:35 me and they were serviced before me. I walked out. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

They were so sweet and wonderful, but the lady who did my nails, put way too many layers of polish. She didnt wait for any of the layers to dry and because of that, there are air bubbles in my nails. I was there for about two hours or so waiting for them to dry, but they never did because I now have a hole on my thumb nail and indetions and air bubbles.

I got a shellac manicure on Wednesday that were French tips and by Friday they were peeling off I came back in and they fixed it for free but then three days later they started feeling extremely bad again. I told him I just really wanted my refund and for them to take it off because it was so frustrating and I live really far out of town. They refused to give me a refund but said that they could redo it completely for me even though I dont have time for that. It seems to me that they should take the clients feelings into consideration more. I will say that the people are very nice when you talk to them and first coming in and my pedicure has stayed on the way better than my manicure and it was not even shocked that was used for my feet. I will not be back to this place since I have had so much trouble and the only thing I ever get done on my hands as a French manicure done and shellac.

If I could give them zero I would! Every time I go in they are under staffed and ask you to come back hours later! Dont waste tour time stopping by they will be under staffed and turn you away!

I would give zero stars if I could. I found one of the staff members very disrespectful to me and my sister. We had an appointment at 1pm, and we showed up early to just relax we didn’t mind the wait until 1pm. The male staff member sat us down and prepared us to get our nails done and then basically told us to sit back down and wait, because he did not realize the time. The only reason it became a big deal was how he handled the situation. I would never recommend this place they do not know how to treat their clientele.

Visited this salon this today because they got such good reviews, and I am beyond disappointed with their job on my nails. I got rounded solar nails with shellac and the first time the shape was horrible. I had them fix it but they came out equally as bad the second time due to the new shellac they put on. Every nail is uneven and misshapen, you can see my actual nail on every finger, not to mention the lady went too deep when filing my nails and cut me. I paid $55 dollars for this visit and all I can say was that this place was a waste of my time and money. Getting my nails removed tomorrow and done elsewhere.

I went for a last minute mani/pedi for a wedding. The staff was so professional and sweet! They got me in and out with a gorgeous nails that have lasted for over a month! This is my new nail place.
